Questa casa privata ha avuto una grande cucina, sala da pranzo e soggiorno ristrutturato e si trova nella gated community di Sea Pines su Hilton Head Island. È una casa di terza fila a solo un minuto a piedi dalla spiaggia! La casa dispone di 3 camere da letto e 3 bagni privati con un concetto aperto recentemente ristrutturato, ampio soggiorno, cucina, sala da pranzo. Le camere si aprono su un patio recintato e condiviso, e il padrone ha il suo patio privato. Il master ha un letto king size, una camera ha un letto king size e l'altra ha 2 letti singoli. È inoltre disponibile un letto singolo pieghevole.

Il Tower Beach Park, rinnovato di recente, dall'altra parte della strada, offre bagni, grill, un padiglione coperto, tavoli da picnic e una passeggiata ombreggiata da e per la spiaggia. South Beach Marina si trova a pochi passi da casa e offre ristoranti, musica dal vivo all'aperto e intrattenimento per i bambini durante la stagione. South Beach è la sede del famoso ristorante Salty Dog e del negozio di magliette e molto altro. Salta sul carrello all'aperto di South Beach e raggiungi il famoso faro di Harbour Town e la zona commerciale. È un porto meraviglioso con bellissimi yacht, negozi di ristoranti, crociere, pesca e tutti i tipi di sport acquatici.

Hinton Head Beach Visit

Overall it was a nice property- as advertised close to Tower Beach and South Beach- no real issues as it's a beach house- the owners were very prompty to reply to some lock issues- We enjoyed our stay

FANTASTIC!

The location is perfect. Quick walk to the beach. Plenty to do in Sea Pines. Claire was quick to respond. Her home was absolutely beautiful and felt very "home"y. The family and I plan to come back again in the future! :)

Would start again

Bedrooms are huge. House was clean. Well stocked kitchen, toy closet, books, puzzles & games. Charcoal grill. Walk right across the street to beach area with restrooms, porch swings, covered picnic area. The community pool was closed for construction during our visit but we’ve used it in the past and it’s very convenient & family-oriented. Nice quiet area.

Great location and spacious

We definitely enjoyed our stay here! Great location close to the South Beach pool and racket club. An awesome place with five star potential but just needs a few touch-ups to get me there. Pros: spacious for 6 of us, very clean…especially kitchen, Roku TVs in each room, great location with short walk to beach and bike to South Beach Racket club and marina, beds comfortable, fun games and beach stuff. Really nice place overall. Cons: furnishings a bit “rustic” and some minor disrepair, outside a bit overgrown and unkempt, some dishes chipped, slow drainage on one of the tubs, kind of a weak water heater, a broken tile in kitchen, the little rugs in kitchen and bathrooms weren’t great.

Great spot on South Beach

Excellent location. Super quick walk to Tower Beach. Awesome kitchen. Great updated master bath. Nice natural lighting. Good spot for 2-3 couples or even two families with kids. AC and all appliances worked great. Quick shot to bike trail, ~3 mi bike ride to Harbor Town and Sea Pines pool. $60 if you want a family pool pass for the week, tennis also not included. Lock feature on the door was great. Very quiet street. Great option, thank you!

Perfect location

This was our first time staying this far into Sea Pines and loved it! The location was perfect. Easy 5 minute or less walk to the beach and easy walk to Salty Dog. We had an issue on day 1 with the washing machine. Clair sent a repair man out the very next morning and he determined it needed replaced and a replacement washing machine was installed the next day!

Great family spot

My husband and adult son and daughter and I loved our vacation at Claire’s house! It was the perfect size for us, giving us plenty of room as well as privacy with 3 bedrooms and bathrooms. The house was very well stocked with beach chairs, lots of games and puzzles, and books both on the beach and to keep us occupied during a rainy afternoon. We will definitely be back!

Great location next to beach

We loved the location, directly across the street from the boardwalk leading to the beach. The beach itself is very quiet, with access more or less only for the people who live, walk, or bike there. As for the house itself, the exterior could use a bit of upkeep, and there is a slight musty smell in the house. The interior was clean and comfortable. Overall, our trip was very enjoyable.

Love it!

We have stayed here before and love the condo and location. There might be a couple of items that could be updated, ie, mattresses, ceiling fans, but overall, a great spot!

Surpassed expectations

The property was a wonderful experience and I recommend it wholeheartedly. From the communication at the beginning of the process until the day we checked it, the entire experience surpassed expectations. Claire was timely in her communication and made the check in process as smooth as silk. The location of the property was convenient to all we wanted to do- the beach access was a short walk across the street and Salty Dog was a quick bike ride down the smooth paths of Sea Pines. The property itself was comfortable, open, and had all the amenities you need to have a relaxing vacation away from home. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at “One Particular Harbor” and look forward to returning.

Spacious home and great location

The beach was just a simple walk across the street from the property. The location was peaceful to be in the Salty Dog area of Sea Pines . Nice bike ride (which could be rented at Salty Dog) to Harbour Town. The house was nice and spacious and nicely decorated and furnished.

Great House. Better Location.

We've been spoiled. This was our first time staying on Sea Pines and I'm not sure we'll stay anywhere else. The house is right across the street from the Tower Beach access and a 3 minute bike ride to Salty Dog. We went to Salty Dog 5 times in 6 days...We might have a problem. Great house. Roomy.

Not clean

After driving 4 hours we had to clean everything…dried up food on kitchen table, spaghetti string on back of table runner urine around toilets, kitchen drawers all needed to be wiped down looked like a liquid had been spilled down them. Other than that great location, ample space.

Perfect home

This house was in the perfect location. Close to beach and our favorite shops at South Beach. Never had to get in the car. The house had everything we needed, and then some. Claire was a pleasure. We would stay again in a heartbeat.

Great location, but….

This house is in the greatest location with the beach a short walk away. The house needs a serious cleaning and carpets rugs and furniture feel old and unfortunately dirty. But the weekly price is lower than anything in the area so you have to factor that in. The biggest complaint that we had was that check in was brutal because we were told there would be a pass left in our name and we had to make multiple attempts at both the gate and the check in office because they didn’t have it. A lot when you are tired from a long drive. Secondly the visitors book never told us the location of the trash bins, which were in the bushes on the side of the house. The one trash can at the back door was full from the week before. By pure chance we were there when the garbage truck came and was about to leave w/o picking anything up. I chased them down. The 2 green cans in green bushes would never have been found by us otherwise. I took the liberty of writing this info in the visitors book. We had perfect weather and a good time at this property which badly needs some TLC.

Comfortable stay, ideal location

This beach house has an attractive open floor plan with spacious rooms and a large, updated kitchen. It is located next to the tower beach club in south beach. This makes for a short walk (3 minutes) and easy access to the beach. My family has vacationed at Hilton Head for years. This house and the location have become a favorite for us.

Wonderful property just steps from the beach!

My family of 4 plus my in-laws really enjoyed staying here. We typically go to a different beach in FL but decided to change it up this year and were not disappointed! The house is spacious and the kitchen was very well-stocked if you enjoy cooking. The beach is less than a quarter mile walk and is so easy to get to-one if the best locations in Sea Pines! The beach was not very crowded and the sunsets were the best I’ve ever seen! We even got to see the baby sea turtles heading to the ocean after hatching. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Stay

This is a great place in an ideal location, with just a short walk to the beach. The whole process was a breeze and Claire could not have been better to work with.

Very nice house!

Very comfortable and very convenient to the beach and Salty Dog area. The kitchen was the best equipped one that I have ever stayed in! I would definitely recommend it and I would definitely return again someday.

Beautiful, clean, and a great location!

We loved One Particilar Harbor! The setup was perfect for our family of four and so kid friendly. There were even toys and children’s books available which meant less to pack for us. We would love to stay here again!
