Family get away

Truly peaceful and nice property. About and hr to Branson. But we enjoyed staying around the cabin cooking and playing games.

Great relaxing vacation

We enjoyed the view of the lake and watching the many hummingbirds every morning over coffee. The host were fantastic! The cabin was clean and comfortable,nicely decorated. The kitchen is nicely stocked with cookware. We also enjoyed sitting around the campfire in the evengs.

Quiet and Relaxing

We were looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city and found the perfect place at this cabin. This was just what we needed - peaceful and quiet and beautiful natural scenery. We brought two small dogs and absolutely loved the gated deck that allowed the dogs to be outside with us and not have to worry that they'd run away.

Perfect Get-away

My wife and I had a perfect vacation here! Peaceful and quiet. A nice walk down to the rocky area to sit ans float in the water to keep cool. The host was very helpful and friendly. Would definitelylove to come back!.

Perfect weekend escape

This was perfect for an unplugged weekend for our family. The view is of a quiet part of the lake, amazing views and a great place to fish and for the kids to swim. The hosts were very kind and accommodating.

Peaceful scenic lakeside getaway

This is a very cozy and peaceful place to stay and experience Bull Shoals Lake. The lake itself is pristine and quiet. Hardly any boats at all even on a weekend. Amazing view of the lake from the cabin and nature all around. The owners are very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely go back.

A lovely location!

Incredible!

We were looking for a quiet getaway for the 4th of July weekend with easy access to some nice water, and this cabin lived up to all expecations. The huge porch with built in gates was a dream for our family (including the dog). We spent all of our time in the lake and enjoyed the walk down to our own little private rock beach. The kitchen was stocked with eveything you could need to make dinner and the gas grill and laundry were so convient. The beds were so comfortable and the entire place was neat and clean. The views and quiet of the lake and country were just a cherry on top of a gem of a cabin. Can't wait to come back and stay again!

FABULOUS family vacation at the lake

Mom, Dad, 20 year old and 13 year old sons, Grandmother, Great Grandmother, 2 dogs and 17 ft sailboat arrived on Monday afternoon to a clean, cozy cabin with plenty of sleeping options, a tidy bathroom and kitchen with lots of pots & pans, baking pans, utensils. We had a blast sailing and floating in the water off of the point; which we accessed by foot and 4x4. Mary and Terry provided lots of helpful info prior to our arrival and were very responsive. Highly Recommended!

Supplies stolen.

Very cute cabin, but was unsure about the stability in the structure. Woke up and could see daylight with 1/4 cracks in the walls. Had fishing supplies stolen while we stepped away for a few moments. Also very loud equipment was running pretty well the whole time there. The cabin isn’t as private as the listing implies. The hosts were very quick to respond to questions and very informative/ helpful of things to do in the area.

Awesome again! Location is amazing

Enjoyed our second visit to this cabin. Once again everything was perfect. Location is amazing if peaceful, secluded, and easy access to the lake is what you are looking for. It’s shocking how quiet this part of the lake is, we probably only saw a handful of boats out in the four summer days we were there. It’s a nice change from the bigger lakes in the area that are very crowded and rowdy. We felt like we had the lake all to ourselves! Exactly what we were looking for. We had a few hot sunny days and spent all day on the lake, but also has a rainy day and enjoyed sitting on the covered porch and watching the storm move in and rain on the lake. Beautiful and relaxing all around. It’s a long drive to the nearest town so bring everything you need with you (or a quick boat ride to the marina). The owners are very accommodating and friendly. The cabin was nicely stocked with anything we needed for cooking, rainy days, campfires… The kids are begging to come back in the fall, they can’t wait a whole year until next summer! Next visit to Bull Shoals we will definitely come back to this cabin!

Peaceful, restful stay

We really enjoyed our stay on Bull Shoals! When we arrived, the cabin was SO inviting and welcoming; kitchen table was set, AC was on a comfy temp, radio was tuned to a local station....it felt like "home". Terry and Mary were excellent hosts/owners, providing all the information we needed and requested. The cabin was clean, and well stocked with anything/everything we might need. We truly enjoyed the covered and gated front porch, and spent many hours there enjoying the lake view(s) with our dog. The entire setting was peaceful and very relaxing. Even going up into town for groceries was pleasant, as it's a beautiful ride. Many thanks to Terry and Mary for sharing their beautiful cabin with us!! We highly recommend this cabin for a relaxing vacation!

Peaceful and beautiful

If you don't want to be in the midst of tourists but within an hour of things to do, this is a perfect place. We did the touristy things during the day and hung out at the cabin at night. Mind you...it really does take an hour to get 35 miles down the road because the roads are curvy. If you have a boat, you'll be able to do and see a lot more of the lake area than by driving. There's a dock and the water is right in front of the cabin. Beautiful sunrises. The cabin is clean, comfortable and exactly as pictured. There's not much in the way of TV but the channels that we got on antenna kept us entertained. For us, TV is background noise while we sit on the porch and talk so not a big deal. They provide a cabinet of DVD movies and games. Fully stocked kitchen. Everything worked perfectly. Keurig will brew carafe or single pods... felt totally at home here! We were there Saturday night through Wednesday morning and it was just after Labor Day so FYI...several of the things to do in Branson only operated on weekends. We didn't realize that until it was too late to get tickets for Sunday. But in spite of that we still very much enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend.

Clean, comfy, beautiful view, short walk to the water and boat dock .

We loved our week at the cabin . Beautiful view, short walk to the water and boat dock. We were allowed to launch and dock the boat on site and fished and swam daily. The cabin was fully stocked, very clean, a/c units kept it nice and cool inside even though it was HOT outside. Terry was super generous with ice and letting us use their paddleboat. Played yard games and used the fire pit in front yard nightly. Advice: Come stocked up on groceries or stop and get groceries on your way to the cabin because it's about 35 minutes to the closest groceries. We loved our time there and highly recommend chilling at this tucked away treasure.
