Stunning 6 Bedroom Villa available for rental in the Disney area, in the upscale Champions Gate Resort, one of the best high end resorts in the United States, featuring luxury homes in a safe, gated, golf community, just 15 minutes away from Disney World, and just minutes away to Orlando's most famous attractions, fine restaurants, supermarkets and much more.

Come stay in our luxury home that features 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms open kitchen concept, game room, videogame, BBQ grill complimentary and a private heated pool with a nice SPA (Extra charged at $25 per night stay). Here you and your family will have great moments.

Our home is very well located in Champions Gate with short walking distance to the most extravagant club house, "The Oasis," where you will find various pools, a beautiful lazy river, water slide, water splash, gym, volley courts, movie theater, aerobic room, arcade, bars restaurants and much more.

If you enjoy playing golf Champions Gate also features golf courses, surrounded by 36 holes of golf offered through the Omni Hotel. If you enjoy playing golf, Champions Gate is considered one of the best golf communities in the Orlando area.

The living room is open and spacious with a sectional sofa to relax and enjoy the 55 inch TV. This area opens to the partially covered and fully screened lanai and pool area.

The large dining area seats ten around the table and another four at the breakfast bar. If you feel like cooking the beautiful and fully stocked granite and slate kitchen appliances are ready for you.

The Avatar game room is equipped with a Playstation 4 with games, high table with bar stools, Foosball Table and Air Hockey Table.

This family friendly home also offers free local calling and free WIFI.

The Screened Pool has an integrated jacuzzi and 3 lounge chairs to enjoy the Florida sun.

Love Week Away

A lovely, spacious villa that gave us a comfortable place to relax with friends after some hectic days. It had everything (and more) that we could ask for - large areas for entertainment from the pool / BBQ to a games room and great chill spaces from the cinema. Comms with the owner and property manager before and during our stay were very good and we look forward to returning some time in the future. Thanks

Disney 2023

Very nice spacious house in excellent location. There are a lot of properties on the large and very nice Champions Gate complex and the design means there isn’t much room between the properties. When sitting outside by the pool the noise does travel from neighbouring houses. The rules state a ‘quiet time’ after 9pm but that was not the case in the property immediately behind us!! Thankfully it was only occupied at the weekends. We booked for 21 nights and we would expect a change of bed sheets for a stay of that duration but that was not the case. We had a problem with the washing machine but that was resolved very quickly by the management company. Thank you. We enjoyed the cinema room.

Fantastic villa would highly recommend

The villa was spotless with great amenities. Everything was as it showed on the listing but the pictures don’t quite do it justice, it was even better in real life. Location was quiet and safe and just 5 mins drive from plenty of shops and restaurants. Time to Disney varied depending on the traffic, but 30 mins on average for us. Property owner was great, easy to contact and answered all questions no problem at all. Would not hesitate to go back to this property, an absolute gem. Thank you

Good location and space for a family group

We really enjoyed our stay at Gilberto’s property. Everything was clean and as described in the listing / shown in photos. Criticisms were the lack of cutlery and utensils considering this is a self catering property. Also the bbq was described as ‘complimentary’ however gas was not provided. As we were only staying for a couple of weeks at the end of the summer season? it didn’t make sense for us to fill a whole canister and for it to go to waste. It’s a shame this wasn’t complimentary. In addition, after a long day travelling it would have been helpful to have a welcome pack with details of local take outs etc.

Just back from 2 great weeks staying at this property. Villa was spotless when we arrived, small welcome pack which was appreciated. No problem with access arrangements and the two car passes we had requested a few weeks before were waiting for us. Plenty of room for our group of 11 adults. Pool was cleaned twice during our 2 week stay. Correspondence with owner was good too. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Location good, but has issues

Generally location good with local amenities and roads to Disney and Universal, but currently has chronic roadworks - so add about 20-30mins to your travel time if heading towards the I4. The house is large and well portioned. The only issue I had was the cleanliness, broken furniture and the general maintenance. Considering the cost I would have expected a higher standard of cleanliness at the very least. Other than a hoover, mopped floor, changed bedding, checking the fridge, oven and counter tops, I don’t think anything else has been cleaned or had a general maintenance in a very long time. The amount of dirt and dirty on the skirting, the few downstairs blinds that remained had months of dust on them, ever door and door frame had spill marks or food on them, one even had quite a bit of blood. The sheets and general sheets were nice and white, crisply pressed, the rest however, not nice, I even had a grease stain and food stuck to our coverlet….. you don’t want to know about the rest, but I have some pictures if you want them 🤢 The shower in the master was so built up with soap and other scum, I couldn’t physically get in it, even door handles on the wardrobes had brown build up in the handles and most were loose as well. Don’t go by the pictures as even though we hadn’t expected it to be dressed, we at least excepted the furniture that in the pictures. Only 7 chairs for the dining table (very handy for the party of 8 that we were), 2 bar stools, missing lamp and lamp table, all the large blinds, broken cinema sofa, most of the lampshades are either stained or broken ( I went round and either tightened them up so not wonky or turned them so I could see the stains). I had to call the property management company who did turn up on the Monday but meant we had to change our plans on our 1st day. They sorted the handle on the patios this was insecure and almost falling off, sorted the chairs by repairing the fixings as most were loose, cleaned the patio windows so that we could see out of them and got new sheets and pillows… I washed everything else and remade the beds… not something I thought I’d have to do whilst on holiday. Also if your staying more than a 4 to a week, you don’t get a change of bedding, you have wash, dry and remake yourself.

Three Generation family trip

Our holiday was a three generation family holiday which was delayed by two years because of covid. In that time the date had to be changed several times and Gilberto couldn’t have been more courteous and helpful. We all loved the house and were sad to leave.

Fabulous Florida Holiday Home

Perfect stay!

In february 2018 we stayed at this property. The weather was fantastic for the time of the year, so was our stay. We found the property exactly as described and spotlessly clean. Close to all the parks and supermarket. Kitchen was fully equipped and the beds gave us a very good nightrest. One car could be parked in the drive way, other cars could be parked in the street. Wish we could have stayed longer, maybe some other time! Gerda

Great spot for multiple families!

Overall a great stay at Champions gate. House was clean and as pictured in the listing. We had 3 families, 6 adults and 6 kids and we did not feel over crowded, lots of space. Beds were comfortable. Communication with the host was good, they addressed any of our needs in a timely manner. Our only suggestion would be to have a few more kitchen items available, but it was manageable. We would book this again.

We enjoyed the place, but thought it would be nicer for the price

It was a bit pricy for what it was--the listing looks much nicer than what it was, but we thoroughly enjoyed having our own pool and hot tub. The dishwasher and blender were both broken. The hot tub wasn't heated the very last night and the contact for the property didn't respond due to a big time change...I guess there was another property manager, but we weren't aware of that contact, which was unfortunate to not have the hot tub on our very last night.

Was upset that there was a game missing in the game room hockey table was damaged the PlayStation hdmi cord kept disconnecting and the remotes didn’t work in the bedrooms was annoying to keep having to get up to turn the tv down other then that it’s great property I love champions gate right close oasis’s club with the water park lazy river and tiki bar I love it nice and clean lots of things to do that’s near for everyone even babies my 8mth old love it her first vacation

Great family get away

Overall it was a great place …. A few things to note …. The kitchen is not well stocked - for us we live close enough that we grabbed some more stuff to cook with, the water does not get very hot for showers …. But other than that it was good!

Champions Gate

The property was great-house was great- BIG ISSUE with your vetting process. Many homes in the community had super large groups, snuck people in, there was a huge gang fight at the pool which scared our kids and there were people up partying with large groups until 2-3AM- we notified security many times--they did nothing. The community needs to uphold the standards they advertise. we she not be concerned about our families safety when going to a resort community pool-also there was a hidden charge from the owner about heating the pool and hot tub--feel like things were advertised alot better than the reality
