Always an amazing stay!

We’ve been renting this property for 4 or 5 years now, and it is always an amazing time! The owner and property manager are friendly and helpful, and the house is perfect for our group. It’s a quiet area, and the dock access is amazing. We already booked again for next year!

Beautiful home

We enjoyed the property so much. We had a windstorm and a tree came down and they acted so quickly and had it all cleaned that day before we even arrived. Fantastic!

Lake George House

We had a great time. The location is great-right on the lake. Ticonderoga is the quiet side of Lake George but we really enjoyed visiting Fort Ticonderoga and drive up the Mount Defiance. It was good house for family of 8.

Great Getaway

The property was nice with a good layout. It was definitely more setup for families with kids and being a group of 30 year olds just needing a weekend away, there was a bit of awkwardness. But the view was gorgeous and the situation just as great as we hoped.

Great home for our family vacation

This location was awesome! The pictures of the home are exactly as the home appears. Home is well stocked bathrooms and kitchen. Our son in law brought his boat and jet ski and it easily fit at the dock. We loved the home, and the location. The property manager was awesome to deal with. Answered all of our questions. Would highly recommend this home, location and Lake George. Thank you for helping us make great family memories.

Beautiful house and location

The house is gorgeous and the lakeview is magnificent. We brought kayaks and fishing gear and lots of beer. What's not to like? Town of Ticonderoga is nearby and convenient for picking up whatever we forgot or needed more of. Our 3 grandchildren all enjoyed the large bunk room upstairs. There are air conditioning units in every bedroom and fans in the living areas. They all got used a lot! Temps in the upper 80's and sometimes low 90's. There is plenty of firewood for campfires. We had one almost every night. Bring marshmallows! Kids enjoyed the basement when it rained. There are pingpong and darts and foosball and a large TV down there. Day trips were fun as well: Fort Ticonderoga is worth the entry fee and has beautiful views of Lake Champlain. We also visited Burlington Vt. It's a great town with lots to do and see. Not too far away! Overall, we had a wonderful trip and if we can get our schedules to coincide next summer, we would like to return.

Fantastic

Incredible location! The view of Lake George is amazing. Enjoyed meals out on the deck overlooking the lake. Had a couple of bonfires during our stay. House was clean and comfortable. Each bedroom had its own individual air conditioner. TV service is through You-Tube TV. We absolutely loved our stay. Highly recommend!

Great weekend!

We had the best family time at this terrific and roomy house on Lake George NY. Being right on the water was a bonus for us and our boat. The views from the deck were awesome and we thoroughly enjoyed our time here.

Perfect Location

Pros: Great location, nice dock, bedrooms are tucked away from living area. Cons: Only have A/C in the bedrooms. Not usually an issue, but it was in the 90s a few days. Pest control could be improved.

Great family vacation on Lake George

There was plenty of room for two of my grown kids and a nephew and their families. We were lucky to have great weather and ate at the picnic table on the deck. Kitchen table also a great spot for all of us. Kitchen is very well stocked. The dock was great for tying up our boat and our stand-up-paddle boards for the week, and we made use of one of the kayaks at the house (stored in the basement). The house must have been built the same year as my parents' 1962 house -- similar style, but this one had so much room for extended family. We did not have any problems during our 6 days there. We were glad to discover the town beach not far away, and Wind Chill Factory. Loved the fire pit and the supply of split firewood.

Great Vacation

This house was very nice and comfortable. We had plenty of room for our family. There is a huge table in the kitchen and it was great to sit and chat. The living room was nice but a little too formal. We did puzzles and played games on the table in the dining room. 31/2 baths worked out well too. There was a game room downstairs and my 13 year old grandson loved it. He watched his sports on the big tv, we played the games and laughed a lot. Making good memories. The kitchen was well stocked and we found whatever we needed to cook or serve meals. There is an outside fire pit. Hot dogs and s’mores cooked over the fire were delicious. There were things in the garage that can help your outside cooking. The water was cold! But some of us did swim. Beautiful view of the lake from most of the rooms in the home, great dock, lots of floating toys, nice deck with chairs and big table. In Ticonderoga we found several good places for breakfast, lunch and dinner, small local businesses, great food and delivery too. There are things to do close by …. A great vacation. The owner and agent were very nice and helpful when we had an issue unrelated to the rental.

Great house. Beautiful views

Our second summer. Returned to the house because of its beauty and convenient location for boat rentals. Ticonderoga is definitely the quiet side of Lake George. But it also has a lot less things to do outside of the lake itself. The house was clean and well equipped. Just wish all the mattresses were updated. That said, we will definitely be returning.

The house accommodated my family of 8 well. Property was in a great location, right on the Lake George shore. The outdoor fire pit was a big hit as well. We rented a boat for the day and was able to tie it to the dock on the property. We have fond memories on our vacation that we will treasure!

Family outing at the lake

We had a great time at the lakehouse! Advantages: -The location is right on the lake. It can't get better than that -The kitchen is very well stocked with appliances and gadgets (for a rental) -The yard out front is big and has a lot of open space Disadvantages: -The air conditioning only works in the bedrooms; it gets very stuffy in the kitchen and living rooms without much ventilation -The beds aren't the most comfortable

great vacation house

The house is a little dated, but very well kept up and clean. Well stocked. Beds are not queen, but closer to full size. Very frendly and accommodating property management. The view is breathtaking! You can swim off the dock. Great for families and groups of friends.

Overall Great Place to stay

Overall everything was excellent. Would definitely rent again for family but would prefer to stay during warmer months next time. A few minor disappointments that I'm sure are easily resolved and will pose directly to owner as they do not hinder the quality of this home and location. Just the perfectionist in me!
