Dirty, not safe, and remodeled without city permit!
My stay was a nightmare, a dumpster that is not safe for families, it was offered to me by the owner when I was trying to rent a plano house and I didn’t really look into it!
I tried to get a refund to move somewhere else the owner refused! Homeaway couldn’t help me neither and said the best I could do is for me to leave a feedback of my experience and file a claim with them!
I’m writing a detailed list of why you should avoid this place,
1. Garage is dirty and not safe if you have kids: cigarettes on the floor, used as storage ( including mirrors and hardware) and kind of a workshop you name it’s there!
2. Kitchen blind fall off when my son was trying to open it!
3. Bedroom 1: was freezing there was no heat installed at all on that room which is next to the main living area.
4. TV Cable wires are exposed in both living area and master bedroom again not safe if you gave kids (even if you don’t)
5. Bathroom are small and dirty, there was growth on the shower and bathtub cartons (mold), I didn’t shower for 4 days (there are no pictures of the actual bathroom on this listing ).
6. TV in master bedroom was setting in 2 small coffee tables, easy to fall off.
7. Last day of my stay I found a Notice from the City of Carrlton taped to the main door for remodeling the house without permit)! Which explained a lot.
