The ground floor features a family size sofa that can easily turn into sleeping space for three. A fully equipped modern kitchen with dining table and a bathroom are also on the ground floor. A glass front fireplace is an additional welcoming feature in the open plan living space.
Large patio doors open up onto a private veranda that is part of a fragrant orange tree garden. Flat screen smart TV’s are on both floors with secure internet coverage throughout.
An energy saving heat pump provides pleasant and effective cooling and heating all year round.
