Condominio renovado de lujo en el Sunbird. Encimeras de granito y gabinetes nuevos en la cocina. Ducha a ras de suelo y lavabo de diseño en el baño. Cama king size en el dormitorio principal. Espaciosas salas de estar con puertas francesas dobles que conducen a una sala de lectura adicional. Los colores brillantes y el suelo de baldosas con pinturas al óleo originales y antigüedades náuticas. Hermoso y relajante y justo en la playa. La mayoría de los huéspedes regresan año tras año. Great location

Property is right on the beach and is gated. Located right next to Pineapple Willy's. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. Will definitely choose here again for our next trip!

Return renters!

Condo is very clean and Steven the owner is very easy to work with and very responsive to any questions that I had. This is the second time we have stayed in this condo and would love to return in the future. Definitely recommend this unit!

LOVED our stay

The check in process was so easy and we got to check in early which was so nice. The condo was exactly the way it was listed and we loved it. Would stay again for sure!

Perfect for us!

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean, location was wonderful. I had a question and got an almost immediate response from the owner. We would definitely recommend and revisit!

Paradise and relaxation

We were so happy with our stay at Sunbird. The room was perfect, especially the comfortable bed. The view was amazing. The owner was quick to respond and also informed us quickly of information regarding the building. We stayed on one of the busiest weeks of the year, on a popular beach, however the space, building, and patio were by far the quietest and most respectful of privacy. I would definitely recommend this unit, and can't wait to go again.

Paradice with a View

The unit is layed out excemptionally well. The space is very well utilized and we got to enjoy it for a month. The view of the beach was amazing and the Sunsets are what dreams are made of. The landlord was very prompt to respond to all enquires, we recomend this place for a great vacation. Brian/Darlene

by far the best stay!

property manager was so helpful and responded very well! even tho there was construction, it didn’t bother us! instructions were very clear, and checkin/out were very easy! highly recommend this place! such a beautiful view and comfy stay!

Nice Unit

I would like to start off by saying the unit itself is absolutely amazing. Very clean, beautiful view (perfect to be exact, 3rd floor spot on) and my response is in no way meant to harm any future staying by others as this was out of the owners hand. But, why in hell does a condo organization allow for construction to begin during what is about to be the busiest time of the year. Only 1 elevator worked, taking forever to get down with beach supplies, main pool closed and to be honest I have no idea what it looked like as it was gated off. Outer area not clean, and the noise was horrible. I was told though the pool may not be open and some construction could be happening so I guess my fault for taking a chance. Zero amenities also. Just a basic 1 bedroom, extremely clean inside, with a beautiful view condo. Perfect for a single guy like me. I may try and rent again this winter.

PCB is my happy place

Amazing view, fantastic location. We really enjoyed our stay and hated to go back to the frozen tundra. Enough room for the two of us and the bed was very comfortable. Mister would have liked a recliner and a dining table but we made due with the little table on the balcony and the coffee table. Thanks for your hospitality!

Just what we wanted

Super easy check in. Loved the secure parking and not having to worry about anyone messing with our vehicle. Elevators are conveniently located next to parking so hauling luggage to the condo was quick. Great layout with comfy king bed and great ocean view from the balcony. There is no dining room table but not a big deal for us.

Simple and awesome stay in PCB!

My wife and I had an excellent vacation during our stay at Sunbird! We loved the views from the deck and the easy access to the beach. There were a variety of restaurants and bars within walking distance, so meals were no problem at all. The condo had everything necessary to enjoy a week at the beach, nothing more and nothing less. I highly recommend visiting Pineapple Willys and the buffet at the Wharf. We'll be back again!

Room was ok.

Some things could used little cleaning or changing like the quilt on the bed, arms of the couch, and the bar stools. Didn’t have a kitchen table so little disappointed with that. Had to use our beach chairs on the balcony because I was weary about using the ones provided. It was all and all an ok room for the price though I guess.

Mother & Daughter Getaway 2022

Condo had everything we needed to be comfortable for the week. We very much enjoyed the views from the balcony. Easy access to everything. No problems! Great communication with Stephen. Awesome having Pineapple Willy's next door, highly recommend the Island Nachos and the Daiquiris to Go!! Would love to return, but looks like already booked up for August of 2023 😔 Thanks so much for sharing your home!
