When you arrive at check-in, I personally greet you, give you a tour of your beach house and answer any questions you may have.
First class rentals- New, Updated, Modern, and Clean. The best in Seaside Heights!
During your stay I am always available in case you have any questions or concerns.
Why they chose this property
After each rental, your gas grill is taken apart and completely cleaned and put back
together so that you can start “NEW” when you begin your vacation. Now, who does that!!
That an "Exclusive Parking Pass"= $2.00 PER HOUR value is included with each of our BEACH HOUSE RENTALS!!
You can park by the boardwalk or water park for FREE as long as you want.
When renting multiple weeks, EVERY Saturday our professional cleaning people will vacuum, sanitize floors and bathrooms ( between 10am and 1 pm). Every shower curtain will be replaced weekly, so you start “fresh” and there is NO CHARGE!
ALL trash and recycle containers are scrubbed, rinsed and sprayed with BLEACH each rental.
I EVEN TAKE ALL TRASH AND RECYCLE CONTAINERS OUT TO THE CURB,AND BRING BACK TO YOUR BACKYARD!
YOU'RE ON VACATION!!! -WHO WANTS TO WORRY ABOUT THE TRASH?? NO WORRIES!!!
I GOT YOU COVERED!!
A new, sanitized shower curtain is installed each rental.
That our professional cleaning people sanitize ( bleach) all door knobs, remote controls, ceiling fans, cabinets, furniture, bathrooms, mattress covers and all floors before you move in.
Each backyard is “groomed”-raked (all backyards are stone) to check for bottle caps ,lids, broken glass, debris etc. EVERY rental.
Each beach house has its own WIFI modem and tower ( and password) for ultra fast downloading,Facebook,Twitter etc.
When you arrive to begin your vacation, the air conditioning is on “a bottle of wine is chilled” for you and I’m there to personally greet you, explain parking, give you a tour of your vacation home, answer any questions you may have, hand you your key(s) and beach badges.
THIS IS MY FULL TIME JOB.- also meaning you don't have to wait many hours or days for the owner to respond to a problem or concern.
I do stop by many times a week to water flowers,take out trash and recycles, sweep up debris etc. and to say “hi” and check to make sure you have everything.

After your tour, I will give you your House Keys, your FREE Beach passes,and your FREE Exclusive Parking Pass to Park by the Boardwalk for FREE 24 hours a day.
While on vacation we take out and return ALL TRASH AND RECYCLE BINS,All you do is RELAX and Enjoy your Family ,after all -You're on vacation!!
