Private elevator. Your own 600 square foot ROOF TOP TERRACE with BBQ, Concrete bar/table and lounging furniture. Enjoy yourself in the relaxing ROOF - TOP with a glass of wine watching the SUN-SET as luxury yachts pass you by. There are also two Balcony's with lounge furniture perfect for your quiet morning coffee, reading or naps. This place is beautiful and private with just 14 units total. Property is 8 units away from shared pool and ocean. Ground floor has covered parking. Community pool . Heated pool faces the ocean. There is a boat dock #3 available( We are not responsible for your boat) has Mooring Whips to hold your boat away from pilings. We don’t recommend leaving boat in water when bad weather occurs due to high currents and waves. Dock includes; fresh water, electric, fish cleaning station. Controlled depth of 7 feet with just seconds out to the Atlantic ocean or Gulf. Your unit comes with a bait freezer. Jogging/Biking/walking path outside your front door. Shopping and golf course very close by. Publix supermarket and restaurants 5 minutes away. Beds: 1 King Bed, 1 Queen Beds, 1 bunk-bed and 1 full sofa bed. Sleeps 6 adults.

Marathon gulf side

Unit was very clean. Amenities were included , just needed to buy our groceries. One thing to mention that all units share the pool and our unit was one of the farther units from pool area . Good to know if you are expecting to have kids with you utilizing the pool all day. Nice dock and gulf view.

Beautiful and clean

We stayed here for a week (party of seven). The property is beautiful and the pictures don’t do it justice. We really enjoyed the beautiful rooftop deck, with excellent views. It was a short walk to the pool, which was heated and very lovely for cool days. The manager replied immediately to questions I had about the property. Three bathrooms were just enough. There is currently two beds (not three, as pictured) in the third bedroom. We did have to use the pull out bed in the living room instead. Nice location and convenient to everything. The elevator was a huge plus!

Defective refrigerator caused flood in the middle of the night

In this townhome, the kitchen is located above the bedroom. At 4 AM water poured from the ceiling due to a defective refrigerator. Spent a couple hours placing empty trash cans and towels on the floor then into dryer so we could reuse them. Turned off refrigerator which partially solved the problem. Needless to say it was a terrible experience.

Perfect getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Marathon. The house was exactly as described and had everything we needed. Even though there were a couple rough days because of Hurricane Ian, we enjoyed every minute. Perfect location between Islamorada and Key West. Looking forward to coming back next year.

My experience

The house was great. Perfect location, only thing it stated private dock and pool. You shared this will 13 other houses. But other than that I would definitely stay there again. Check in process was very easy.

Great house and amenities

Ed, the property manager, made everything about our stay enjoyable! Easy check in, quickly answered any questions that came up, and easy check out. The house is centrally located and that it very easy to get around the island and down to Key West. Beautifully decorated and very well stocked with large beach towels and kitchen items. Just a warning if you have a smaller boat (ours is a 17 foot). The dock sits at Vaca Cut and has very strong currents. It was impossible for us to leave our boat at the dock. We had put in and take out daily at a public ramp (1/4 Mike away). Thankfully the Public ramp was close, but it was an inconvenience putting in and taking out every single day.

Marathon Key Fall Getaway

This a a lovely, clean, and spacious property. It is fully appointed with everything a vacationer would need. Our favorite spot was the rooftop deck with its wonderful views and spectacular sunsets. It was a great spot to have a snack or a glass of wine and just enjoy the view. The unit is conveniently located near restaurants, attractions, and local beaches. We had a delightful experience in the Keys. Thank you for sharing your condo!

Nice home, great location

I'd have to say the main thing was the fact the pool is in the shade before 11 and after 3. It is located between two of these houses. If you are like my spouse and are there to just sit in the sun by the pool during the day, you might not like this location. That is really the only thing that was slightly disappointing, but not major. Like I say, if you are there to fish and go to beaches etc, you won't be bothered by it. It is a nice, quiet area, the owner was great at communication and you are within minutes driving distance of any places you need like stores and pharmacy.

A Week in Marathon

Elevator wasn't functioning properly & when reported on Sunday we were asked to not use until elevator serviced. Never saw anyone to service. We had to find a different place to dock our 23 ft boat as docks were in poor condition. Otherwise the unit was clean & everything functioned well. Pool is very small for number of people in complex.

Super comfortable property and centrally located

We had such a wonderful time staying at this property! Spacious, very comfortable for a multi-generational family of 6. We made great use of the outdoor spaces, the balcony off the living area and the rooftop at night for grilling. The property managers were fantastic and quick to resolve any issues that came up with the house. Would highly, highly recommend a stay here and are looking forward to coming back next summer!

You can fish from the community dock, launch a kayak and explore a small off shore island, or just relax on the beach and enjoy the view.; First Floor: Entry foyer, stairs to second floor, elevator to second and third floor and under stair storage; Carport that accommodates 2-3 cars or 1 boat trailer and 1 car Second Floor: King size Master Bedroom, double walk in closets, private 8 X 20 covered deck. Ensuite Master bath with large separate shower and whirlpool tub; Second Bedroom with full ensuite bath; Full size high efficiency washer and dryer, storage or linen closet, hall alcove with built in cabinets , elevator access; Third floor: Combination Living/dining with 8 X 20 covered deck, spiral stairs to roof terrace.
