Unit was very clean. Amenities were included , just needed to buy our groceries. One thing to mention that all units share the pool and our unit was one of the farther units from pool area . Good to know if you are expecting to have kids with you utilizing the pool all day. Nice dock and gulf view.
We stayed here for a week (party of seven). The property is beautiful and the pictures don’t do it justice. We really enjoyed the beautiful rooftop deck, with excellent views. It was a short walk to the pool, which was heated and very lovely for cool days. The manager replied immediately to questions I had about the property. Three bathrooms were just enough. There is currently two beds (not three, as pictured) in the third bedroom. We did have to use the pull out bed in the living room instead. Nice location and convenient to everything. The elevator was a huge plus!
Great property and the managers were super. Been coming to the Keys at least one a year forever and this is far and away our favorite property.

Defective refrigerator caused flood in the middle of the night
In this townhome, the kitchen is located above the bedroom. At 4 AM water poured from the ceiling due to a defective refrigerator. Spent a couple hours placing empty trash cans and towels on the floor then into dryer so we could reuse them. Turned off refrigerator which partially solved the problem. Needless to say it was a terrible experience.
Clean convenient to the area plenty of usable space.
Quiet place enjoyed the rooftop, people renting other places were very friendly. I would recommend this to other people looking for a nice place to stay
No small detail overlooked - too many to mention. Comfortable, clean, and convenient to middle and upper Keys. We had no issues during our stay. Safe, quiet, and well-appointed.
We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Marathon. The house was exactly as described and had everything we needed. Even though there were a couple rough days because of Hurricane Ian, we enjoyed every minute. Perfect location between Islamorada and Key West. Looking forward to coming back next year.
The house was great. Perfect location, only thing it stated private dock and pool. You shared this will 13 other houses. But other than that I would definitely stay there again. Check in process was very easy.

The house is centrally located and that it very easy to get around the island and down to Key West. Beautifully decorated and very well stocked with large beach towels and kitchen items.
Just a warning if you have a smaller boat (ours is a 17 foot). The dock sits at Vaca Cut and has very strong currents. It was impossible for us to leave our boat at the dock. We had put in and take out daily at a public ramp (1/4 Mike away). Thankfully the Public ramp was close, but it was an inconvenience putting in and taking out every single day.
This a a lovely, clean, and spacious property. It is fully appointed with everything a vacationer would need. Our favorite spot was the rooftop deck with its wonderful views and spectacular sunsets. It was a great spot to have a snack or a glass of wine and just enjoy the view. The unit is conveniently located near restaurants, attractions, and local beaches. We had a delightful experience in the Keys. Thank you for sharing your condo!
Beautiful, comfortable, and clean. Incredibly responsive property manager. My husband and I didn't want to leave. All the details were there - more than we could have expected. We will be back next year!
I'd have to say the main thing was the fact the pool is in the shade before 11 and after 3. It is located between two of these houses. If you are like my spouse and are there to just sit in the sun by the pool during the day, you might not like this location. That is really the only thing that was slightly disappointing, but not major. Like I say, if you are there to fish and go to beaches etc, you won't be bothered by it. It is a nice, quiet area, the owner was great at communication and you are within minutes driving distance of any places you need like stores and pharmacy.

A Week in Marathon
Elevator wasn't functioning properly & when reported on Sunday we were asked to not use until elevator serviced. Never saw anyone to service. We had to find a different place to dock our 23 ft boat as docks were in poor condition. Otherwise the unit was clean & everything functioned well. Pool is very small for number of people in complex.
We had such a wonderful time staying at this property! Spacious, very comfortable for a multi-generational family of 6. We made great use of the outdoor spaces, the balcony off the living area and the rooftop at night for grilling. The property managers were fantastic and quick to resolve any issues that came up with the house. Would highly, highly recommend a stay here and are looking forward to coming back next summer!
