Un enorme ponte con camino esterno si trova al largo della master suite con accesso degli ospiti dalla scala. La proprietà include l'accesso completo a WIFI e TV via cavo. Un sistema di gioco X-Box si trova nella camera da letto al piano inferiore ideale per i bambini. La cucina è completamente attrezzata e la casa è pronta per l'intrattenimento.

Where do I even big. It was terrible. Everything was broken, dirty, massively under kept and a total dump. I told you so good luck if you rent.

Thanksgiving in CDM

We had a wonderful time at this condo--comfortable, relaxed, everything in order. It's not as easy to communicate with the property management company as it usually is with private owners. But there were no major problems, so it didn't matter. All good, and thank you!

Great location but needs some improvements

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was great and overall the house was fine. But some improvement is needed. The outdoor furniture on the upstairs patio needs to be replaced. It’s falling apart. The living room couches could use a good cleaning. Lots of stains. A $6000/week rental should come with better towels and more of them. There should be two sets per person for a week. The air conditioning on the top floor was nonexistent. Not comfortable for sleeping. And we would consistently lose the connection on the TV in the master bedroom.

Good stay

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There are a few things I wanted to report:1) Some of the cookware is gross. 2) Why at such a high level rental, would the towels be so awful? They are like cheap motel towels.3) Instructions for fireplace in living room are wrong and I almost set my face on fire. 4) The policy of an hourly charge for early checkin is absurd. I usually use airbnb. I doubt I would use your service again.

Great location and beautiful home!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an amazing week in Corona Del Mar at this lovely home. We only had 4 adults but we enjoyed how spacious and well stocked the home was! We appreciated the paper products, and soaps at every sink. There was a fan in each bedroom closet to provide air circulation. We enjoyed using the AC at night as the bedrooms would get a little warm. The master bedroom was gorgeous with a huge bathroom as well as a door to a beautiful deck. We enjoyed our pre-dinner cocktails and snacks on that deck. It was nice that each bedroom had its own full bathroom. The kitchen and living room were a great place for our group to hang out. All and all, the house was perfect! The only thing I would suggest is giving the couches a good cleaning or replace them altogether! Hope to return to this rental house again!

It is located on a very quiet street.The property is very spacious and ample room for a family. The kitchen is well stocked.Vicky, the property representative, was very helpful and very pleasant to work with. Peter, the maintenance coordinator was very responsive to maintenance issues and Sal was very good with repairs .

Reviewer Comments: Since I am from the area I knew “where” to stay and this property is perfectly located. It has almost everything you need for your vacation and has great space. The decor was cute. The only disappointing things were no blinds on one slider area and next door neighbors bedroom was just across from living room so she looked out from time to time and I just waved. The opposite neighbor decided to take down their fence between this property and theirs so jackhammering started at 8am. A few minor repairs needed from other guest visits like a transition at top of stairs and rooftop fireplace screen and downstairs bathtub had a slight drip. But overall it was a great place!

October 19 Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location. We were there for a family wedding and our family rented this house and a house two doors down. Bed linens could have been cleaner, it was obvious the mattress pads don’t get washed regularly and the sheets themselves were not up to standards. We actually washed them again when we got there. Carpet is very stained and in need of replacing or a steam clean. Neighbor at the back is incredibly rude and yelled at us several nights about noise when we were on the patio, always before the curfew. We had a toddler in the room that shared a window with the patio and did not wake her up so clearly were not being very loud. A member of our family staying at the house two doors down was also bitten by the dog next door, so beware. Overall was a good stay, property is nice and had all the things we needed. House is a little tired and cleanliness left something to be desired.
