Come enjoy a worry-free vacation in this beautiful, fully furnished vacation condo. Two bedroom, two bath fifth floor unit. Master bedroom has queen sized bed with private bath and view of river and pool. Guest bedroom has two twin beds. Living room and balcony have view of pool and river. Kitchen and guest room have view of ocean. Full size kitchen is equipped with full sized appliances with plenty of dishes and cookware.

Recent updates include new carpeting, master bedroom mattress, stove and recliner.

Assigned parking is just steps from the front door with key fob entry. An extra assigned parking spot may be arranged.

Very clean pool with ample lounge and seating areas.

Nice place for the money

Great location. Right across from the beach. Within walking distance of stores. Had a great time. Unit was a little dated but, that was seen on the pictures when we booked it.

The ocean was not across the street, large swimming pool, and it was very quiet.

I found it online, it was really easy to rent it, but checking in through a real estate company That's not all the property, made it a bad experience for us when it took 3 hours to get the keys and check in our room

Property manager was in touch with me prior to arrival explaining the check in process, with address were to pick up keys, and the condo address. The condo was clean, and in excellent condition. It is in perfect location, only about a 1 minute walk to beach, the pool is clean an well maintained.

Nice, but dated

The property and location were great! We thought it was on the beach, it's across the street. The unit is dated but everything works properly. Evidence of pets is strong, which made me not want to walk barefoot on carpet.

convenient place, great pool, needs updates

The location was a walk from the beach with many options for groceries and food around. the unit could use some updates including the flooring, carpet and furniture. the pool was great and clean and the residents, pleasant. the manager was helpful and available when needed.

Nice place, although it says it has sleeping for 6,really it’s 4. Was told there is a washer and dryer there but it’s on the same floor as the condo, not in the room. Over all nice place.

Nice place, not loud

Great place, but a lot of rust on electrical appliances, sinks. The stove is obsolete (broken stove rings). Finally, the lock of the door handle is difficult to open with the key. By making some changes regarding the items mentioned above, it would become a dream place.

Need some house cleaning

Went we first arrived there was a terrible odor we think it was the carpet that needed to be cleaned. Stanley Steemer can clean and take care of the odor they have an additive for that . There were only I think 4 wash clothes with 3 people staying that was good for one night I had to buy some wash cloths. There was not any soap for the bathroom to take a shower or bath I had to buy soap . There were only 2 rolls of toilet paper for 3 people for 3 days I had to buy toilet paper. Then there was a lot of hair that was not ours in the shower and on the bathroom floors there was a big gob of hair on the shower curtain. Other than that everything was fine.

Nice condo in a great location

Condo is well used but not down and out. Nice all around. We cooked all meals to save on our trip and it was up to the task. Second bedroom with twin beds worked great for our adult children. Plenty of room, nice pool, very comfortable. I would stay again, no problem.

Definitely not what we expected.

I want to say RUN far away but maybe after renovation it will get better?!? I'll start with we ran out of paper towels, trash bags and toliet paper. There was a single trash can with one bag in it for a family of 5. The bathroom had less then half a roll of T.P. in one bathrooom and 3 girls had to share that room, needless to say we had to go buy trash bags, toliet paper and paper towels becuase those also were only about half a roll and we were there 4 days. On another note we were awoke by workers EVERYDAY at 7am sharp as they were roofing directly above the condo using nail guns and a very loud air compressor right above us...had I know this I would have NEVER stayed it was suppose to be a vacation. The day before we were to leave we received a call from maintenance stating we had broken the front door that day however we had went to sea world that day and hadn't even been at the condo, when we had returned it was propt open by someone else, no key fob needed. Lastly the elevator is also pretty scary, hoping it's getting renovated also. Needless to say this condo was not a good deal or fit for our family.

Clean, tidy, comfortable, beautiful...home away from home

From the booking process to checking in was hassle free and super easy. When we arrived I almost expected that old musty hotel feel, we opened the door and it smelled like a fresh breeze!! It was beautiful!! We woke up every morning and ate on the balcony with a view of the river. Even with me being on crutches we walked a very short distance to the beach. The pool was crystal clean and refreshing. Even though the roof was being repaired it didn't stop us from having a perfect vacation. When we visit again I'm definitely hoping this property is open. The owner was super nice and very helpful, quick response to any questions we had. It was definitely sad to have to leave, it felt like home to us during our stay.

Nice, clean, and comfortable

We enjoyed our stay and had everything we needed in this comfortable condo. The pool was clean and the condo is a short walk from the beach. There is an awesome ice cream store right next door with arcade games for the kids which was a plus. My only heads up is there really is only sleeping room for 4. Our son slept on the couch which is NOT a sleeper, but he didn't mind. The 2 bedrooms are spacious with spacious closets. The 2 bathrooms are also nice sizes - one includes a large walk in shower. The kitchen is stocked with dishes and cookware. Everything worked fine and we felt comfy here.

A very nice stay

My husband and I traveled to Daytona with his mother to visit relatives. One thing that attracted us to this unit is the recliner in the living room - as his mother often will sleep elevated. Additionally - there was a working elevator, beautiful pool and it was directly across the beach from a beach access. When we first booked, we were surprised to find out that the booking agent did not take credit or pay pal. I can assure others that everything went through exactly as it was supposed to - so don't be overly concerned that this is not legit. Troy at the Rental Company was very professional and everything was as it was described. The condo has a pool view from the living room but if you look out the kitchen window - you can see the ocean through the condo's across the way. It was an excellent location. The parking spot for this condo was excellent as well - directly across the parking lot from the front door and next to the handicap spaces. The entrance required electronic entrance, so it was very safe. The only negative I would say is that the master bed mattress is probably in need of replacement as it tended to "roll" us toward the middle. Everything else was in good working order. I would recommend this place for families, elderly, friends just about anyone who wants to stay near the beach for a reasonable price. Thank you for sharing your condo.

Kids said it was their best vacation yet!

Our stay the past week here was over and above any vacation rental we have used in the past. The condo was clean and tidy when we arrived. It provided us with everything we could have needed. Communication with the owner and management company were great. The beach is just a short walk across A1A. Perfect access without the price tag of being on the beach. We met quite a few of the condo owners and they were very friendly and helpful when we asked questions of the area. Our family is already thinking about next year's vacation. Thank you!!!
