Uma casa totalmente nova, concluída em junho de 2013, esta casa de férias oferece todas as comodidades novas em um belo lote arborizado antigo no Lago Wylie. Este é um pouco do paraíso em que você precisa acreditar. Uma das poucas casas de praia no lago Wylie, esse terreno plano facilita a entrada e saída da doca. O quintal tem muitos recursos e atividades, incluindo dois pátios, um levantado com uma mesa para 8 pessoas e o outro perfeito para uma lareira. A doca vem completa com um guarda-chuva e cadeiras de praia. Os ativos disponíveis incluem poço de ferradura e jogo de cornhole.

Uma vez dentro, você encontrará uma linda casa construída sob encomenda com estilo contemporâneo. Piso plano muito aberto, com 10 'tetos no primeiro andar. A cozinha tem uma ilha substancial com assentos, máquina de gelo e gavetas de bebidas. Perfeito para festas. A grande sala tem um enorme corte na frente de uma HDTV de 50 '. A sala de jogos está completa com mesas de pingue-pongue e shuffleboard.

O quarto principal no primeiro andar tem um banheiro personalizado e closet. Inclui uma cama king-size e uma varanda privativa com varanda. O segundo andar tem dois quartos, cada um com seu próprio banheiro. Um quarto tem uma cama queen, enquanto o outro tem 2 beliches para dormir 4 crianças. No loft, há um novo ônibus suspenso e uma HDTV de 40 '. isso é perfeito para os equipamentos de jogos infantis.

The lake view was beautiful. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t the best most of the time, but the inside activities and things we had planned kept us entertained. Communication with the owner was excellent, we really appreciated the quick responses. We were also grateful they allowed us check in a bit earlier, it enabled us to get everything ready for when the rest of the family arrived.

Just wonderful…what a blessing

Unfortunately due to a death in the family myself and other out of state fall members made the long trek to SC this weekend. This home provided us with so much warmth and comfort in a very difficult time. It was spacious allowing everyone the opportunity to connect and decompress as they needed. The view was beautiful and the neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. The host was very attentive to our needs via email although there was not much we had to ask fo as it had all we needed. TIKI TOSS was family hit!!!! We have not laughed and poked fun that much in a very long time. We will probably talk about that game for Years to come. Thank you for a wonderful stay and blessing.

Amazing house on the lake

This place is simply amazing. The yard is very private. There are trees that line the property and the adjoining houses are far apart. The dock was very long so there was always plenty of sun hitting it (it extended well beyond the tree shadows). The house had everything we could ask for. It was clean, comfortable, and the furnishings were all top of the line. We had a great time and look forwad to staying here again in the future.

Amazing time, lots to do and very relaxing.

We stayed for a week and I can't express how much fun we had, the home was very comfortable and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. We went with kids from 2-15yrs old and they all enjoyed it. We drove to a few local water falls and rented a pontoon boat with Boat Rental USA and they left it on the dock for us which was very convenient (704-980-7627) . With the pontoon we went to a sand bar that was about a 10 min boat ride and did tubing also. The home was very comfortable, everything about it was just amazing! Thank you for letting us stay in your home.

We are locals that spend a ton of time on lake wylie. this location is exceptional. we loved our stay and the property manager (and owners) were extremely pleasant to work with on a few special considerations we needed assistance with.

Great Lake Wylie Getaway

We live in Charlotte but needed a short getaway as all our other vacations this year were canceled due to COVID. The house was perfect for my husband, son and I. Very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the kayaks and the fishing off the pier was fantastic, caught (and released) several catfish and small bass. The house was clean and the little touches - like shampoo and body wash in the showers, extra toothbrushes and ear plugs - was unexpected but so nice. We also loved the game room, many matches of ping pong and shuffle board were played. We rented a platoon boat on Saturday and had friends come join us, the house and yard easily accomodated the extra people and they all loved the house too. The kitchen was pretty well stocked for a rental and there were some basic spices and salt/pepper/olive oil. Highly recommend this house to anyone who wants to enjoy a little peace and quiet on Lake Wylie.

House was very clean and new with lots of amenities. New firepit which wasn't in the pictures was a nice surprise. Wish the checkin procedures which listed details were sent ahead of time as we already packed some things that were included (e.g., beach towels, beach toys, life vests). Overall a great place to stay!

Most serene and comfortable. The house is well laid out and was a great home for our family weekend.

We would definitely rent again. The kitchen is well stocked and the cookware in great condition. We couldn’t figure out the Sonos system but love the idea.

Amazing House

Had everything we needed!! Views of lake and the fishing was oustanding!! We had kayaks which was most enjoying exercising and the game room was awesome!! Wonderful short get away and can't wait to get back!!!

Wonderful Lake Getaway

Our family recently spent a few days here on Lake Wylie. This home was the perfect getaway for us. It is a beautiful house with gorgeous views of the Lake. The kids had a blast in the game room and outside on the private beach, dock, and on the kayaks. Evenings were spent going to dinner in town, then returning to the house to sit outside and take in the views of the lake and stars. Carol, the property manager, was extremely helpful in helping us get situated and answering any questions we had. She gave us some great recommendations for local things to do and see as well. If you want a peaceful place to escape and enjoy as a couple or family, this is it! You won't be disappointed.

Great Lake location

Family Gathering and Celebration

A beautiful setting with a variety of amenities for all to enjoy. regardless of age. The shuffle board and ping pong were a big hit with the grandkids, as was the loft where they could play the video games they brought.. Outdoors, the corn hole game was a popular choice.The kitchen had everything you needed whether you wanted to cook a meal or just bring in take-out.. Also there was plenty of space for everyone to find a seat to watch their favorite college football game. My mother in law whose 90th birthday we were celebrating enjoyed being in the midst of all the activity taking place in that expansive open area on the main floor. Reading previous reviews, I will concur with the one that shared that the size of the bed upstairs as being a double rather than a queen. Not really an issue, unless a future guest was counting on a particular size. Bottom line however, the house was great and it played an important role in the success of our visit. We would strongly recommend it for people looking for place to stay in the area. .

Wonderful Vacation

This property is a wonderful hidden gem. If you are looking for a private lakefront oasis, look no further. The house is very spacious and very kid friendly. We had no problem entertaining my 4 yr old great niece and 2 yr old great nephew here. Very private yet close enough to stores and shopping. The owners and the manager are wonderful people to work with. We will definitely keep this property in mind if we plan on returning to Clover. Thanks for helping make our family vacation so great!!

Beautiful home and beach

Our family of 9 (6 adults & kids ages 3,7 & 9) just spent a lovely long weekend at this home. The beach is lined with driftwood & shells and the kids enjoyed wading in the water. The tree covered beach and yard are home to many singing birds. We were visited often by geese and their darling fuzzy babies! The home is spacious with a well appointed kitchen with high end appliances. Everyone enjoyed playing ping pong. There are 2 outdoor dining areas that we enjoyed along with the gas grill. We were 10 minutes from Walmart and Walgreens and that was handy as we forgot soap and shampoo for the bathrooms. We didn’t used the kayaks but rented a pontoon boat at Tega Cay Marina but were disappointed that they wouldn’t rent us a tube to pull behind it. Too dangerous they said. The master bedroom king bed is very soft and squishy which we liked. The bunk beds were sturdy but not especially good for adults.... but what do you expect with bunk beds? The 3rd bedroom has a double... not a queen bed... and was very old and uncomfortable and wobbly. Make sure you bring beach towels as there was only one. The WiFi is strong and reliable, and the one TV in the home was large and had a good picture quality. The property is private and homes on either side far enough away to not be bothered by our noisy grandkids that were having a blast on the beach. TIP: The owner will send you instructions on how to get to the home... you’ll drive through a cul-de-sac and go slightly to to the left on a small road. The house is the first one on the left. Also, the lock box is tricky to open after you enter the code. We kept pulling down on the lever to no avail.... but you need to pull down the lever and pull out on the lever and it will open like a drawbridge. Enjoy!
