This family friendly villa is just north of Pacific Coast Highway and a half mile from Newport Beach peninsula. From the Sunset Park bluff overlooking the peninsula, only a 15-minute walk (or better yet, a 5 minute bike ride) to the sandy beach and Pacific Ocean. The Newport Pier is just another mile south (5 more minutes) along the beautiful beach boardwalk.

Enjoy a dual-master bedroom layout with two full bathrooms, beautiful wraparound balcony and sun deck, hardwood floors, three TVs, fireplace, internal laundry services, and a open kitchen with all-marble countertops, huge skylights, and stainless steel extra-deep sink.

Modern bathroom remodeling in 2020. Second master bedroom has Queen bed plus two twin kids beds.

Disneyland, Knott's Berry Farm, Queen Mary, and the famous Newport Fashion Island and South Coast Plaza shopping centers are a half hour away. LEGOLAND is 90min away. Sea World is 2 hours. Visiting someone at Hoag Hospital? You could throw a frisbee and hit the medical center from the condo balcony.

A FABULOUS CONDO!!

I spent a month in Casa Cristina and it was the best 1 month I could wish for in LA! The Condo is very well maintained, super clean and spacious. The house is equipment with all the things one would expect to see in a 5 star hotel and more. The condo is located in one of the best places in the OC with only minutes away from the beachfront. Steve, the Property Manager, is excellent and attended to any additional requests or inquires we had in a very friendly and timely manner. The condo is also very well priced compared to other rentals in the area that offer so much less ! I highly recommend it for any visitors & I look forward to staying here again in my future visits.

Such a fantastically located property. 10 minute walk to the beach, great facilities on premises. This property has everything you need and nothing you don't. Property manager was attentive and responsive. Great for kids as well! Hope to return soon, thanks so much Casa Cristina!

Another great month a Casa Christina in Newport Beach. Great location, beautiful grounds, love both pools and jacuzzi’s. Weather was perfect everyday and the beaches are amazing. The condo has everything you need with a relaxing patio too.

Love Casa Cristina

Another great stay at Casa Cristina🙌🙌🙌 The manager always does an excellent job attending to our needs. The location is great, only 1/2 mile from the beach and a couple from all of our favorite restaurants. We love the grounds, pools and gym. Every summer we hate to leave.

Can’t wait to return.

Casa Cristina continues to be marvelous— this is my 4th time staying at this property and I’m looking forward to returning soon. My husband and I traveled with my parents to Newport for the New Year and we can’t think of a lovelier place to stay. June ‘22 Visit

Property manager made the rental process a very smooth and pleasant experience. He was extremely helpful and attentive during our stay. Condo location is excellent with good proximity to beach, restaurants, etc. The condo is bright and airy on the third floor and has a spacious balcony that the kids loved to play on. The negatives are that the finishes are a bit dated, water pressure is poor (CA issue from what I was told), and the A/C temp must be reset every 3 hours as it has a thermostat designed for rental property. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!

Great stay! Steve was great!

Our daughter and her two classmates at Biola U stayed here for the month taking online classes. Spacious and quiet, well appointed, great WiFi for Zoom! Steve was great, even helping get our daughters printer connected to the WiFi. Safe, short walk to the beach, great parking!

A+. Excellent! Amazing host and cheerful, beautiful condo!

Our experience was amazing! A+. The condo is located in a beautiful condo community with lush gardens and cool and inviting feel with meticulously maintained grounds. The community is a 5-min. walk from the wonderful Newport beaches. We easily walked back and forth and enjoyed the safe neighborhood (didn’t need a car). The condo itself is lovely. The decoration is cheerful and cozy. Our first impression was a relaxing vibe that made us want to slip into a spa robe and relax, with the background sound of a zen-like fountain right outside our balcony. We automatically felt welcomed by a sense of family hospitality. This is also due to the host’s amazing attention to detail. He welcomed us remotely during pandemic times, taking care of us and making sure we felt safe, secure and pampered. He recommended grocery delivery services (Wholefoods, Costco etc) that really enhanced our stay, receiving groceries at our condo door. He ensured we were comfortable and patiently answered all our questions. We will definitely come back to Casa Cristina! Hoping to book same time next year since we noticed it books up very fast and well in advance!!

Our 3 months stay at Villa Christina

We had a wonderful time at Villa Christina. The aparment is very bright and offers a lot of space. The community is very well maintained and the location is great (walking distance to the beach 10 minutes). Furthermore the communication was always very smooth and the host always answered very quickly. Overall we definitely recommend this place for a vacay or even a longer stay.

Great Newport Beach Condo

The location was excellent (1/2 mile from the beach and a mile from 17st). The facilities (pool, weight room and parking) were also excellent. The top floor condo was a good size one and well equipped meeting all of our needs. The property manager responded quickly to any questions and needs very quickly. We will definitely return.

A lovely stay at this property - property manager very responsive. A very relaxed community with great pools, gym and tennis courts. 10 min walk to local beaches and less than 5 min drive to local supermarkets (e.g. Vons/Trader Joes) and stores. 15 min walk to the Lido area for great restaurants. The apartment itself is a great size - loads of space. A great spot to land for a very relaxed holiday.

You want to have a family beach vacation, but the rentals right on the sand are a Hassle! No parking, very crowded, and Tiny! Also, beach housing are usually 60+ years old with bad plumbing and poor lighting.

The Villa Balboa community where Casa Cristina resides was built in the late 80s and the top-floor location means tons of natural light though huge skylights.

What makes this property unique

Wraparound balcony has barefoot-soft grass and bright bold sun chairs to drink in the SoCal sunshine with privacy. Please note the balcony does not face the ocean. Two pools to choose from -- serenity or family fun. Huge 15-person whirlpool jacuzzi. Tennis courts! Boogie board and beach bag ready for sand castle construction. Elegant marble kitchen countertops. Internal laundry services (clothes washer and dryer), ironing board.
