Savannah Beach & Racquet Club - Unit B319 - Water View - Swimming Pool

Sit on your private balcony and enjoy the ocean breezes, watching dolphins (porpoise) in the river, commercial shrimp boats, cargo ships entering and leaving the Port of Savannah and Tybee Island's beautiful views of the Atlantic Ocean and Savannah River entrance.

The beach on Tybee`s north shore (Savannah River Entrance) is subject to strong currents during tidal changes. Please swim with care and observe all posted cautions.

All reservations canceled 48 hours or more from the booking date are subject to a $150 cancellation fee. Reservations canceled for any reason within 60 days of the date of arrival will result in forfeiture of the RENTAL DEPOSIT (50% of the original rental rate plus all taxes and fees). Reservations canceled within 15 days of the date of arrival will result in forfeiture of the entire rental amount, including all taxes, fees, and rental deposits.

I liked the location of this property. Not super busy or touristy. Property was older and showed its age but was still well taken care. We would definitely like to stay here again the next time we visit Tybee Island.

The best location

We love this location on Tybee! Access to the pool and beach are so convenient. The dolphin spotting is great and there are little waves, great for little kids. Inside we felt at home with plenty of towels and bedding. The pull out couch is a little uncomfortable but we brought a blow up and slept there instead. TV was easy to use and mostly good internet. Thank you for a great stay!

Great Facility

Very nice venue. Clean, patio view of ocean, easy access to Tybee venues and a short 20 minute drive to old Savannah's offerings. Truly an area to explore for All.

Condo was cozy and had everything we needed. Balcony had a great view. We enjoyed sitting out there every morning, drinking coffee, and watching the boats and dolphins. Will definitely be returning.

Location is key!!!

Our stay was perfect! I wouldn’t choose a different property! It was a little out dated by nothing major. Could fix the shower door and patio screen, but it’s still mostly functional. We will be back!

Perfect spot for our family. The unit was very clean, plenty of linens, the kitchen had everything that qe needed. We enjoyed watching the dauphins every day from the balcony!

1st Visit

This was our 1st time visiting Tybee and will not be our last, the location of the property was perfect! We beaches, pooled, shopped, drank & ate, rented bikes, did a dolphin tour and charted a boat to little Tybee.. we’ll be staying a full week next time! It’s is exactly what we were looking for

I stayed with two young kids. We loved our stay. Perfect for us 3. My kids had the best time. The o my negative thing I have to say is maybe get the shower door looked at bc I almost got stuck in it and could t get it opened back up. Kept coming off the track. But other than that we loved our stay and the room was perfect for us.

Long weekend get-away

The unit was great for a long weekend get away. The bathroom shower did have some mold. The sliding door to the patio area was hard to open and close, but overall the place was okay. We would stay again.

Great place 😉

I really love the third floor with the overlooking views. If you have younger children and or older family members that doesn’t like all the waves from the many other locations…this will be a great option. But with the location and cool breeze’s and everything you need to make a home cooked meal you can’t help but to love this place.

Great for ocean-life lovers

This is a great little place to stay, especially if you spend all of your time on the beach. The place has a great pool, and perfect sunset location. The grounds are maintained beautifully and we felt secure. The pool is clean and supervised. (But no lifeguards) We wish they kept it open a bit more, hours are 9-9, which is a little early to close. We visited in June and saw dolphins every single day! Lots of hermit crabs as well. Cool place to boat watch too.

Property and location was wonderful. Floors were not very clean and shower floor had black stains that would not come off and our feet would stick to it. Everything else was clean , tidy and in place. We would try to come back to that property if we ever get the chance to come back. Thank you

The unit could have been cleaner. Our patio door had a broken board and we couldn’t use the screen door. It needs repair. Exhaust fan in the bathroom was not working.

Pretty perfect!

This unit was perfect for us! One of our party has mobility issues but there was a ramp into the building & an elevator to the third floor. The shower chair provided was also super helpful for them. The unit had decent basics so that making meals was easy & there were plenty towels & blankets. Even tho’ we were on the North side getting around to the pier & such was no hardship. Beach access is just across the parking lot which is also super convenient. It was great that the 2 parks on Tybee both had adaptive swings. At the Breakfast Club we had life changing waffles, & Savannah Praline’s Dole Whip was as good as that in Disney Parks! Savannah is so close it wasn’t a great production to just pop over for dinner or to look around. The Walmart & Publix were nice & close for picking up anything we’d forgotten or needed for meals. Everyone we met were so very welcoming & kind. 100% I’d rent from these folks again & 100% we’re coming back to Tybee!

Tybee vacation

Property personnel reached out to me prior to coming to let me know that our condo was ready, and we actually checked in a few hours earlier. This was greatly appreciated, actually the first time I have had this happen. The only thing I could say for improvement would be that the toilet is small, and should probably be upgraded for handicap accessibility. It would also be nice to have private laundry facilities, however I knew about the laundry situation prior to visiting. Family had a great time would highly recommend

We are fully licensed, insured and bonded, and all reservation payments are deposited into an audited trust account. We manage the rental process and maintenance of a wide variety of privately owned properties which allows us to pretty much provide something for everyone. We strive to provide our guests with excellent service and value by offering a wide selection of quality properties that are clean and well maintained.

Our Mission Statement

At Tybee Beach Vacation Rentals we are committed to operating a vacation rental business that is driven by excellence in both product and service resulting in customer satisfaction from both the owners we represent and the guests we serve while at the same time providing an empowered work environment for our employees.

We are here to serve you 7 days a week. Our day starts at 9:00 AM and ends at 5:30 PM, however Sunday hours may vary during the off season. Our phone lines are open from 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM we turn them over to voice mail at 5:00 PM. Our office is closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's Days and for some holidays we will close early the day before. We also close early some days to participate in community events such as the Pirate Fest Parade, Beach Bum Parade, etc. Yeah ..... we like to party here at Tybee Beach Vacation Rentals!!!
