Sit on your private balcony and enjoy watching dolphins (porpoise) in the river, commercial shrimp boats, cargo ships entering and leaving the Port of Savannah and Tybee Island`s beautiful sunsets. This unit is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath condominiums, with a sleeper sofa. This unit has a private balcony which sits directly on the beach facing the area where the Savannah River and The Atlantic Ocean meet. All units have use of the swimming pool, tennis courts, and BBQ grills.

All reservations canceled 48 hours or more from the booking date are subject to a $150 cancellation fee. Reservations canceled for any reason within 60 days of the date of arrival will result in forfeiture of the RENTAL DEPOSIT (50% of the original rental rate plus all taxes and fees). Reservations canceled within 15 days of the date of arrival will result in forfeiture of the entire rental amount, including all taxes, fees, and rental deposits.

This restriction includes the designated guest spaces and all unmarked parking.

Very Relaxing

It was as the pictures posted on line. We enjoyed the awesome balcony view including a lot of dolphin watching and cargo ships coming and going It was very easy commute into beautiful Savannah. We found a lot of great places to eat on the island. We would not hesitate to rent property again.

Perfect for weekend visiting local family

Tybee Time

Amazing! First time on Tybee. Loved the island and all the fun places and people. This condo has amazing views. It was well equipped for the 2 of us. The balcony is in need of repair a little tilted. Too much furniture on it. We enjoyed the dolphins and ships! The beach was lovely. Would stay again in a heartbeat. Thank you

Tybee get away

We had an awesome 6 day 5 night stay on Tybee. We had a great time taking in all the island has to offer, the beaches, the museum, the July 4th fire works and the awesome seafood restaurants.

My husband and I visited Tybee with another couple. Each couple rented a condo at the Beach and Racket Club. Our condo was beautiful! Amazing views of the bays, very quiet beach, within walking distance of a great coffee shop. We cooked in the room each day. Very well stocked!! Will we be back!

This was a perfect setting for our getaway. We loved being able to watch the ships pass by while we sat on the balcony, and the easy access to the beach!! We will be back!!

Tybee Getaway

Good water view and location. Property is showing it's age and is smallish but is adequate for a couple. We found a dirty fork in the kitchen sink upon arrival but otherwise unit was clean overall. Easy check in/out.

Dolphins daily!

Our favorite thing about the property was being able to see dolphins in the bay everyday! And sunsets were perfect when it wasn't raining. The condo itself is small but it's really all you need. Check in and check out was a breeze and we got to check in early as well. The condo was clean but you couldn't smell any cleaning supplies that may have been used so it got 4 stars in that category for that reason. I like my place to smell clean too. Overall it was great though!

Second on Tybee

This is our second year in a row to Tybee and the same property. We love the laid back vibe on Tybee and this unit's location looking out at the Savannah River is awesome. Several times during our stay the shrimp boats came in and anchored bringing a real dolphin show with them. We love this unit's location, view, and the unit itself. Tybee is great, not too big and easy to get around on a bike. We actually parked the car for the week and went everywhere on Tybee on our bikes.

Great Tybee Island Stay

Great location in a peaceful area of Tybee Island. Very short drive to the Crab Shack (highly recommended) as well as the Tybee Island shopping area. Walking distance to a few fun restaurants and happy hour spots. Views were incredible from the balcony. We loved watching all the fishing boats and all the dolphins. The binoculars were a nice touch! Also a short drive to spend a day in Savannah. Overall, the condo was neat and clean and would recommend staying here.

The dolphins and big ships awesome!

All the places we've stayed never seen as much wildlife a amazing experience ty for sharing your place with me and my wife for our 16th wedding anniversary. Would definitely come back. Never even knew Georgia had dolphins lol.

Great Stay and Visit to Tybee

The property was exactly as advertised, no unexpected surprises. Conveniently located, clean, everything worked as it should with a real coffee maker (not just a pod version), real viewing options on both televisions (no unwieldy streaming services), a beautiful ocean view and convenient to the beach access and also within walking distance of everything on Tybee. My interactions with the TBVR staff were great and they were very helpful and attentive. Overall, this is a great place to stay and just made my trip that more enjoyable!

Nice place

Good unit in a good location. Came in mid-October. Club was occupied, but definitely not crowded. Lots of room on the beach. Only problem with the unit is the door which requires multiple attempts to open and lock.
