Excellent location on Gulf Coast

Perfect location. First guests after 2 hurricanes. Pool is perfect, overlooking Gulf. Directly across from John’s Pass. Will stay again.

Perfect week on Madeira beach

Thank you so much for the hospitality and peaceful place to relax for a week at the beach. We loved watching dolphins from the balcony and watching the sunset every night. It was truly perfect and we enjoyed every second !

A Great Stay!

We had another fantastic week at Madeira beach. The condo met all our needs. The balcony had a lovely view of Johns pass along with the ocean. You can watch the sun rise while sipping a coffee. It does get quite warm once the sun is up. The condo was comfortable and clean. It had all the amenities we needed.The beach chairs were much appreciated. There is even a large beach cooler as wellThe Hurricane caused a lot of damage to the area and our other condo we had booked was not ready. We were so happy to have stumbled upon this place. Madeira Norte is a great building that is well taken care of. The pool was clean and warm. We had a great stay and would highly recommend this condo. We look forward to booking this place again.

First family vacation

Everything about staying here was awesome! From the ocean view on the balcony to all of the extra things that are provided in the room. Only downfall for me being a family of 5 with teenage girls was trying to find space to our clothes and stuff for a week long stay. The owners are great and respond quickly with any questions and the bed was super comfortable. We will go back here and stay again in the future.

Great place to stay and location

We enjoyed staying at this condo that was right on the beach, accessible parking and across from John’s Pass. We watched the sunrise, sunset, and the bridge go up to make way for tall boats. The condo was accurately described and matched the pictures. The only downside was that there are no beach towels (we had to buy towels). Otherwise, we’d enjoy another stay!

Awesome Sunrises!

If you are looking for a stay vacation, this is the place to be! Everything is in walking distance. John’s Pass with food and shops is directly across the street while the condo is right on the beach. Side porch view is perfect for some beautiful sunrises

Great condo on the beach!

We loved our stay. Great location! The condo was just as pictured, clean, and a great amount of space for a family. It was stocked with all the things needed to cook in the kitchen and came with chairs, umbrellas, coolers and a wagon to bring down to the beach. Quick and easy access to the beautiful beach and a nice pool to enjoy. Highly recommend this condo and would definitely stay here again if coming back to Madeira Beach.

Great Stay Yet Again

This is my second time staying at this condo. It is clean and in a great location. Everything you need is there for you. It is easy to contact the landlords with any questions or problems. The beach is right outside of your door! Beautiful sunsets and sunrises every morning. Can’t wait to stay here again!

Two week stay

We were there for my husband to receive treatment at the Aphasia Center. The location of the condo was 10 minutes from there, right across the street from shops and restaurants in John's Pass and near almost anything you would need. You could stay a week and never move your car. The condo was clean and comfortable with everything you would want. The beach and the pool are great and the property is well-maintained.

What A Fantastic Condo!

My family of 4 from the NE GA mountains traveled to Madeira Beach to attend a family wedding and chose to stay at Ron's condo rather than rent a motel. He was flexible in accommodating our date request which was not the case with other VBO properties at the same location. That was the best decision we could have made. The accommodations were top notch and we had everything we needed right there. The photos and descriptions of the condo's amenities and spectacular water views were right on. The parking was great as it was covered and provided shade. The location was the best for visiting all the various boardwalk shops and restaurants in John’s Pass Village and for local shopping. It was very easy booking with Ron and we will certainly consider returning as his condo made our visit very enjoyable. I also must say that the condo was well maintained and spotlessly clean. He truly wants to provide a quality experience for his guests and his thoroughness in communicating directions, suggestions, and condo rules made it easy for us to just fit right in. I would recommend this property to anyone wanting to have a wonderful beach vacation.

Coping with Red Tide

We loved the area. Very active socially, bars, entertainment and eateries. However the majority of the time I had to wear a mask as the Red Tide affected my health as it did many others we met. Coughing was a familiar sound in the area. Such a shame as I was expecting to be fishing daily. The only fish we saw were those washed up dead on the beach. Perhaps we should have done a little more research into the presence of the Red Tide before booking. However, a bit difficult to predict it’s presence when you have to book a holiday so far in advance. We understood that it was present between Aug and Dec but as the temperature was above normal for the time of year the ‘Tide’ took hold apparently. However, our condo host was very helpful during our stay and the Red Tide aside, we would definitely return.

Wonderful Thanksgiving on Madeira Beach

Outstanding condo with great views of Madeira Beach, John's Pass, the Intracoastal and St. Petersburg. Condo is on the beach and across the street from John's Pass that includes many small shops and restaurants along the board walk. Everything in the condo is well thought out and included gear for the beach (chairs, sand toys, coolers, etc.), fishing poles, and fully stocked kitchen. Enjoyed the time in the condo, but especially enjoyed our time on the beach and exploring the Tampa/St. Petersburg area. What a great vacation!

Madeira Beach Stay

We had a great experience staying at this property. It was right on the beach and we enjoyed hangout on the balcony taking in the ocean view! The condo was clean and matched the photos. The hosts communicated clearly and timely. We will definitely be back soon to stay here and enjoy Madeira Beach!

Clean & Comfortable

This unit was on 5th floor,on side, with a partial gulf view. It was clean & comfortable. Building is old, need key for elevator (security purposes). Great location, right across street from John's Pass, which has many shops & restaurants. Unit had a beach cart, 2 beach chairs & beach umbrellas for your use- very thoughtful of owners to do this. Kitchen was small but fully equipped. Walk to beach very short. All in all, nice place to stay for a week!

Close to Johns Pass

Condo was exactly like the description on VRBO. Had a bit of trouble getting the key pad to work and as soon as I contacted Ron it was fixed immediately. Everything you need for the beach is right there and the pool was great. We would definitely stay here again.
