Questa casa è una casa colonica ristrutturata degli anni '30 ed è stata sotto gli attuali proprietari negli ultimi 30 anni. I proprietari si sono trasferiti sulla proprietà e hanno amato il fascino della casa e hanno deciso di condividere un affitto per coloro che hanno bisogno di rallentare. E 'situato in posizione centrale nella Hill Country, a 3 miglia da Blanco ea circa 35 miglia da San Antonio, Austin, Fredericksburg, San Marcos e Marble Falls. La casa dispone di 3 camere da letto, la camera da letto principale ha un letto king size con bagno, 2a camera da letto ha 2 letti singoli, la 3a camera da letto ha un letto singolo con rotelle che tira fuori per un altro letto singolo. Queste 2 camere da letto hanno un bagno in mezzo con una vasca. Il bagno principale ha vasca e doccia. Sono inclusi anche 2 TV con DirecTV. Wonderful secluded getaway!

We loved this property, with all its charm and beautiful views. It’s a perfect place to get away from the city life, but close enough to so many little Texas towns. We loved the outdoor space and made sure to witness every sunrise from the front porch as it’s truly spectacular. We hope to visit again!

Slice of Paradise

Property exceeded our expectations. The house was everything advertised. We were looking for a nice quiet and peaceful get away after Christmas and this property met that need. The country house was so peaceful we did not even hear fireworks on New Years Eve. The host is exceptional in anticipating the needs of travellers. Thank you for allowing us to stay.

Beautiful, quaint country home. So much bigger than it looks online. Very generously appointed with everything you could need. I plan to rent this house every time I’m down visiting my family in Blanco!

Peaceful and comfortable

This property was great! My siblings and I stayed here while attending a family baby shower in Blanco. It had plenty of room to spread out and had everything we needed. Host was very responsive and quick to answer any questions we had. We would live to stay here again.

Great Location and Getaway

Nice and quiet country setting with wonderful cinnamon rolls and milk in the refrigerator by owner. Our stay was excellent, no issues, very clean everywhere and lots of space for parking. Plenty of towels, great a/c, comfy beds and lots of room inside and out. We would definitely stay here again! If you have a group of 5 or more this is a perfect location to visit wineries, Johnson City, Fredericksburg, Blanco and more!

Lovely, Peaceful, and Relaxing

The well-manicured and maintained property is back away from the road and shaded by large, beautiful oak trees (with a little treehouse the kids loved). We enjoyed watching the cattle roam through the wildflowers in the pasture next door and the semi-private, long driveway was perfect for walks, riding bikes, driving RC cars, and searching for lightning bugs (we saw a few!). The house was charming and had everything we needed. We arrived to milk in the fridge, ice in the freezer, and a basket of snacks on the counter. The bathrooms were well-stocked with fluffy, soft towels and extra toiletries. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were also nice - not flat or lumpy like some hotels. I loved the quirky things that come with old houses - the floors, the doors, the original windows - a few interior doors wouldn’t close all the way, but everything was in good repair and we had no problems. It was really neat to see old pictures of the house and how it has changed! This was the simplest check-in process we’ve had and when I requested to add an extra night and the cottage behind the house just days before our arrival, the host responded very quickly. We had a great time fishing and swimming at Blanco State Park (8 minutes away), exploring LBJ State Park (a gorgeous 30 minute drive), and touring Natural Bridge Caverns (about 45 minutes away). Overall, a great experience!

Great house for large group event

Loved this place! The big dining room is perfect for large gatherings and the huge lawn and common areas are perfect for anyone gathering with a group. We will definitely be back!

Quiet Country Farm Cottage

Beautiful old farm cottage in the heart of Hill Country, Texas. Great base for day trips to area towns. Host generosity provided breakfast treats and coffee. Very charming country deco on a beautiful property. We will be back.

The house was very clean and comfortable. The location was convenient to Blanco. We appreciated the homemade cinnamon rolls in the fridge, but unfortunately didn’t have time to bake them. We will definitely be booking again.

Cozy and quiet spot

The property is beautiful and quiet with a great patio and lawn. The house is welcoming and comfortable. And the hosts were great, communicating well and leaving us treats to enjoy. And when our dog caused some damage to their house (sorry again!) they were very understanding and helped us resolve it with no drama.

Blanco get away

We had a great time. The house was clean and inviting. The host left us cinnamon rolls and some water and milk along with other snacks. The beds were very comfortable. After dark the stars were a welcome sight for us city dwellers.

Cozy Cottage in the Texas Hill Country

Peaceful atmosphere. Cute house with antique decor. When you walk in you feel like you just took a walk back in time. Really cool vintage style bathtubs. Huge backyard. My family really enjoyed our stay. Only thing we disliked was the way the local water tasted. If you are not from the area bring bottled water!

very nice home

We had quite an adventure staying in Blanco, Texas decided to have one of the worst ice storms in 100 years and we lost our electricity and heat but our wonderful hosts brought us firewood for the amazing huge fireplace and a generator so we were able to have some electric and water. The house is beautiful country home and we will love to go back soon! Thank you again for taking care of us!!!
