Questa bellissima casa sulla spiaggia di lusso ha tutto. Ottimo per famiglie numerose, questa casa è di tre piani con una grande camera familiare e cucina per ogni piano. 5 camere da letto e 5 bagni quindi un sacco di bagni per tutti. Un divano letto su ogni piano e la camera a castello con due set di letti a castello, quindi molto spazio per i kiddos. Questa casa dormirà 20 persone. Oceanic View ha anche un ascensore per i nonni o i disabili in modo che possano divertirsi seduti su uno dei due balconi. La piscina è proprio dietro la casa e il campo da tennis e il campo da pallavolo sono accanto. A soli 2 isolati dalla spiaggia
Il primo piano dispone di una master suite con letto king size e TV a schermo piatto e bagno con doccia. La zona giorno al 1 ° piano offre un divano letto matrimoniale e cucina completa e zona pranzo per quattro. La zona salotto sul retro del portico è perfetta per il caffè del mattino.
La zona giorno al 2 ° piano offre un suono surround e offre molti posti a sedere per tutti i gusti. Divani di grandi dimensioni, uno dei quali è un letto queen size, e comode sedie offrono lo sfondo perfetto per una serata di film per famiglie o per guardare la grande partita. Hai un'altra cucina completa su questo piano e tutte le pentole, i piatti e gli occhiali necessari per le grandi feste. La sala da pranzo ha posti a sedere per 6 al tavolo e altri 4 al bar per la colazione lasciando un sacco di spazio a gomito per la famiglia, dopo una grande giornata in spiaggia. Una lavatrice e asciugatrice full-size sono forniti lavare via l'acqua di mare e preparatevi per il giorno successivo!La master suite secondo piano ha un letto queen-size, una TV a schermo piatto e lettore DVD e un bagno completo con doppio lavabo e una vasca idromassaggio / doccia. In fondo al corridoio c'è una stanza a castello, il luogo perfetto per le sessioni di risa a tarda notte, con due letti singoli a castello (2) e una TV a schermo piatto con bagno in comune.

Il 3 ° piano ha un altro soggiorno, con divano letto queen-size, un grande schermo piatto, un lettore DVD e un suono surround completo. Qui troverete anche un'altra cucina completamente attrezzata, con zona pranzo per 6 persone e posti a sedere supplementari sul balcone di livello superiore. La camera da letto principale al 3 ° piano ha un letto king-size, una TV a schermo piatto e un lettore DVD e un bagno completo con doppio lavabo e vasca idromassaggio / doccia. La suite per gli ospiti ha un letto matrimoniale, TV a schermo piatto e bagno completo annesso. Sul retro della casa, c'è una doccia esterna, per il risciacquo dopo una giornata in spiaggia e una griglia per barbecue estivi.

Family birthday

We stayed for my father’s 70’s birthday. Came from each coast. A family of 18 from 70-4 weeks. The garage had beach toys, cooler, chairs, a couple bikes. Enjoyed the freedom of roaming with the golf cart. Management was very friendly and responsive with any questions we had leading up to the reservation and made sure we got settled in. They were also very responsive when we had a flight change and were able to accommodate a little later check out. The 3 floors were nice to separate for the early risers and those who needed to be in bed earlier. The beach was beautiful. The only thing, we did not realize Destin in March can be on the cooler side, especially at night. The pool is heated so the kids did take full advantage. We would definitely come again but later on the season where we can enjoy the beach more. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

Great location

We loved having the pool and tennis courts so close to the house. We were pleasantly surprised and very happy that the community pool was heated and could be used during our stay over Christmas break!

False Advertising!!!!!

The listing for the property did not match the amenities received. The main reason for choosing the property was that it had a golf cart and added amenity of an elevator since it had 3 floors to fit the whole family. However, the golf cart was not free and required a separate contract with a local golf cart company who required me to give my credit card information and that the golf cart be added to my insurance. However, if you call your insurance chances are they will tell you they do not cover those types of slow moving vehicles. We got stuck in the elevator a total of 5 times before it completely stopped working. The owner was not easily accessible and each time it took almost a day or more than a day to contact them. The elevator was never fixed. We had to carry luggage, food, and all other heavy items up two and three flights of stairs whenever we wanted to go to the beach or other outing. The management company was responsive, but there was essentially nothing they could do to help us since the owner had their own maintenance team. When I had the management company to reach out to the owner to ask for a discounted rate since we didn't have the top amenities we booked the stay for, the owner told the management company to tell me NO. Furniture/appliances were outdated/smelled. It was the worst stay I've had at a rental and put a major damper on our family vacation that we had planned all year. Do not stay in this place if you need a golf cart, elevator, or good owner.

Perfect family vacation spot

Excellent property. Exactly as advertised…clean, tastefully decorated and perfect spaces for our family to gather as well as individual space as to not be on top of each other. Golf cart was a big plus as well as the swimming pool virtually a few steps from the back at the property. Very close walk/golf cart ride to beach. Short drive to restaurants and a variety of entertainment. Our family is already discussing booking again next year!

Family Vacation

This is our seventh year to visit Destin. This house was one of our favorites. Very clean and well stocked. Communication was excellent and the golf cart was a wonderful addition to our stay. Loved our family time making memories in your house!

Excellent Property & Communication

This property was a perfect place for our family. The 3 separate floors with all the necessary needed items were an awesome to be able to separate after a long day of site seeing. I would definitely recommend this property to all my friends and family. It was just off the main stretch of scenic hwy so the noise wasn't bad at all but everything was super close for access. The provided golf cart was perfect for us to get around and just go exploring. Thank you for the hospitality and providing us with a perfect place to stay on a much needed vacation.

Good Location

The house was good and the area is really nice. Plenty of floors for a big family. The only issue we had was that the beach access area is one of the smallest I’ve ever seen. You are sandwiched between two private spots. We would probably book again, but it’s right at the top of our budget.

Family gathering

We loved the 3 separate living areas - each family could wake up and start the day at their leisure. The 2nd and 3rd floor were large enough for our large group to gather and enjoy dinners together. The beach was a short walk away. It was easy to bring our little ones back and forth for naps during the day.

Girls get-away

The house was located conveniently near the ocean and right behind thw pool. We traveled a little by golf cart but, also, had very responsive Lyft drivers to this house. Would definitely recommend!

9/2/23 Here is a listing of pros and cons relative to our stay at 61 Mira Flores which I hope can be helpful to you. There were 10 adults in our group so we needed every room and amenity advertised. PROS You have been very responsive to our requests - Thank you. Close to beach Adequate room for all HVAC kept up Swimming pool CONS Not close enough to beach for some. Shower at pool not functioning HVAC was not functioning when the first ones arrived.( Maintenance fixed it promptly) Water Drip from 3rd to 2nd floor bathroom (Maintenance fixed it promptly) 3rd floor dryer not usable due to broken knob which had to be ordered - thus unusable. Large sink on 3rd floor not draining properly. Call buttons on elevator not working - thus elevator was essentially unusable. (elevator was a key amenity for choosing the location) Golf cart insurance issue was not acceptable, did not use it --It was also one of the key factors for choosing this location. WE went so far as to contact our auto insurance agent who contacted the underwriters for confirmation and they said that the Slow moving vehicle would not be covered under our Auto policy. Showers/tubs need grab bars. Mattresses' on bunk beds were not comfortable for adults.

Big Family Home with Great Amenities

Nice roomy home, the 3 kitchens were more than we needed, the amenities- pool, golf cart, tennis courts and beach volleyball- were a huge hit with our family, the location near the beach is good, the private beach area is a bit small, the kitchen is stocked great for cooking for a crowd; overall super nice stay!

Family getaway

Everything about this property was awesome! Great location. The golf cart was wonderful to use for transporting all the beach gear and babies. Very clean house. We will be back.

Wonderful home!

This house was the perfect fit for a large family and family members with physical limitations. The elevator made it easy for all of us to get together for meals on the same floor. The kitchens were well equipped with everything we needed. The golf cart was a great perk and nice to have. My only complaint, if it’s even a complaint, is the comfort of the beds. The mattresses were old in all the bedrooms and should be replaced. I even went and bought a memory foam topper from Walmart on the 2nd day to give some type of comfort to the 3rd floor master bedroom. Otherwise, it was a great home and we are looking forward to renting again next year.

Plenty of room

We just spent a week at this property with 2 families. There were 10 of us and plenty of space for everyone! Each family had their own floor and it was so nice! The pool is in the backyard basically. The golf cart was great transporting us back and forth to the beach. The beach is an easy walk as well. There were a few beach chairs in the garage to use. There were plenty of sand toys. We also used a tent that was in the garage that was great for the hot beach days! Property management was quick to respond back to us on any questions or issues. We would rent this property again!

Amazing Vacation Home

This home was so absolutely beautiful beyond what the pictures show!!! It was very clean and smelled good when we arrived. Each floor had more than enough for cooking Items like pots, pans, silverware, plates and cups etc. everything we needed to prepare meals. Our family had the most amazing time in this beautiful home. It was in a perfect location with so many family fun activities at our finger tips… The pool, tennis court & volleyball areas all located just feet away & the pool was very clean and a perfect size…. The tennis court had been newly remodeled & it included a basketball goal which the kids really enjoyed… the volleyball area was also very clean. The home came with a propane grill ,but there are also three charcoal grills for the community just feet away from the home if you prefer charcoal which came in handy for us. The balcony area on each floor was simply amazing especially a night with the cool breeze to end the day. The elevator also came in handy for our mother that has health issues. The staff at the rental company was simply amazing & very responsive when we had any questions ;furthermore, the golf cart company was also just as amazing. All trips with huge families like ours expect bumps in the road ,but the staff from the rental company, cleaning crew, & the golf cart rental company made everything perfect. Our family absolutely loved this home!!!!!!!

Pullout sofa bed broken, unusable; 2nd sofa bed collapsed on day 4; some pots & pans covered in grease & cooking residue;loud squeaky beds; furniture in 2nd level was about sot, very uncomfortable, need to be replaced; HOA decided that pool would not be heated, children & adults not happy. Refund should be in order.

Location!!

House super location! Garage a disaster. Uneaten food left in beach cart. M&Ms all over floor. Bicycle tires flat. Used my portable compressor,still went flat. Downstairs kitchen fan didn't work. Food processer broke. Upstairs laundry flooded on floor. Outside grill was perfect for us! Too bad other renters don't take care of place as though it was theirs. Overall good vacation spot!
