This 2,200 sq. ft. townhome is the ultimate in beach accommodations. Very spacious and comfortably furnished, this vacation retreat is suitable for multi-generational families. Located in quiet, less crowded South Mission Beach, the home consists of a ground level 450 sq. ft. private 1-bedroom (#4) suite with 2 XL twin beds and 2 standard twin trundle beds providing beds for four. At a renter's request, the XL twin beds can be converted to one king bed. It has its own entrance on the first floor and is equipped with a kitchenette with second refrigerator, which is very beneficial for large groups. Also, there is a private bath on this floor, perfect for the grandparents or teens who want their "own space". The first floor also has an oversized washer and dryer and indoor staircase access to the main house.

The main entrance to the rest of the house starts on the 2nd floor (1750 sq. ft. 3-bedroom 2-bath). It boasts of a large patio (seats 6) with beautiful teak furniture and ample seating for guests and sunshine! Enjoy grilling and dining while steps away from the deep blue ocean! The beautiful brick flooring, fireplace and a large "sunken living room" provides comfort to catch up with friends and family. The cook will enjoy the well-equipped kitchen, a dining area as well as a kitchen nook which provides seating for 14. Also on this floor is a master bedroom (#3 as seen on floor plan) with king bed, breezy balcony, and bath.

When your San Diego adventures are done for the day, head to the 3rd floor master bedroom and take a nap on the king bed or view the ocean from the private deck. The 3rd floor also has another bedroom (#2) with a queen bed. There is an adjoining full bathroom to both bedrooms on this level. Also on this floor is a private sitting room (second living room) which includes HD DirecTV and two queen overstuffed futons that can sleep an additional 4 people.

Other amenities include a two-car side-by-side garage that will accommodate two Suburban's, as well as an outdoor carport space, which will allow extra parking for a mid-size car or small van. Garage dimensions 18ft Wide x 20ft Deep x 7ft Height (door entrance). There are six HD TV's (4 smart TV's) with HD DirecTV and high speed, wireless internet. Also the home has lots of beach toys to set your family up for your beach vacay, including: kids wetsuits, scuba gear, an outdoor shower, a small tub for rinsing off after your beach adventures, and boogie boards, Wheeleez Beach Cart, 8 Tommy Bahama beach chairs, 3 Beach Umbrellas, sand boards, beach blankets, 48 quart cooler and beach towels.

Also available are beach cruisers along with bike locks and an air pump. Take advantage of this home and its perfect location and all amenities it has to offer! You will want to make this your vacation destination for years to come!

This home contains many stairs to and from the home as well as inside. If you or someone in your group struggles with stairs, this may not be the unit for you. Please note that this home has a camera over the garage.

This property is per friendly. There is a pet fee of $225 + taxes per pet. Pet Friendly properties have a maximum of two dogs per property (sorry, no cats!). There is a fee for each pet. Please alert us if you intend to bring your pets.
