We loved our stay at Springer Island. Everything was so easy as we felt part of the hotel but with the conveniences of a condo. We are a family of five (three teens) where we need at least 2 rooms. This space was so spacious and had plenty of room for all of us. Convenience is key as you have all the hotel amenities at your fingertips. Beach was great, food at hotel was wonderful. We will definitely be back.
Everything was lovely - whatever small issues we had were very attentively taken care of. We did not realize though that the resort would charge us for our beach chairs and umbrellas everyday - that was our only issue - we wish it had been included in the VRBO price. Other than that, we had a great time!
The unit was very spacious and clean. The amenities that you have access to at the Marriott are great. Short drive to some amazing restaurants. Would recommend staying here and will definitely look into staying here again in our future.
Had a wonderful stay. My three sisters and my niece came into town and we rented a 2 bedroom/bath condo. Beautiful place and The Marriott Resort was spectacular.
We had a great week at the Marriott Singer Island Resort. The condo was fantastic, with lots of room for big kids and adults alike. The kitchen was well-appointed, beds were comfortable and the unit was very clean. I would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a relaxing and fun family vacation for parents and kids of any age. Singer Island is a beautiful place with great restaurants and the beach is second to none. White sand and turquoise water. Totally relaxing!
What a perfect place to celebrate 60 years! We had great accommodations! Property posting spot on! Plenty of room for everyone and all of the necessary amenities!
The property was exactly as advertized. The ocean is visible from the balcony - the property has a nice beach, pools and onsight dining. The 24 hour marriot staff is helpful and allows for check-in/out anytime. The mandatory valet is not ideal but overall the property and location were great. I had limited need to contact the owner but sent one question and immediately got a useful reply.
The place was beautiful. Condo was great with one exception. The hot water!!! Sometimes we had hot water and sometimes we didn’t. We made it work, but it was annoying. We would stay there again despite it.

May stay
I stayed for three nights
Location and hotel amenities are great but need is old, not cleaned well , lots of light bulbs need changed
No TV Aremotes in bedroom , plumbing in shower and kitchen needs attention
Birdied owner/property manager and she promised someone will come address issues but no one showed up
The unit was in a perfect location for us - steps to the beach and pool, with hotel amenities and close to many restaurants and shops. Karen, the host, was helpful with recommendations and flexible with our arrival timing, which we greatly appreciated.
The unit is well appointed with everything we needed for cooking. Some of the furnishings are a bit tired - deck chairs, headboards in the 2nd bedroom, night stands. Some guests might want to know that the bedrooms have sliding pocket doors - not a problem when you want to be able to hear children/teenagers - but could feel a little less private.
The iron was one of those very cheap ones commonly found in hotel/ condos, which are normally broke as ours was. Also, I wish I had realized when you don’t book through Marriot, you must pay for certain things afforded to Marriot guests. Other than that, there is nothing negative to say. The property, from the beach, to the hotel grounds, to the room were all beautiful.
We enjoyed our week at the Marriott. The rooms were spacious the beds were great the showers are huge and the shady balcony with great ocean and intercoastal views is nice to sit out on even on hot days. The large pool and water slide is nice with plenty of seating along with the outdoor bar and restaurant by the pool. The owner was responsive and replaced a broken toaster. My only comments would be the kitchen could have a few more place settings and silverware. I was concerned about having to valet my car, but the valet system allows you to call ahead, and the car is waiting when you get downstairs. If you like to snorkel an added bonus there is clear water and a small structure just off the beach that has a good number of fish living on it.
Our stay was nice, but since last staying at this resort in July 2014 the hotel has adopted a “no outside food” policy at the beach. This is a condo resort with a kitchen. It is illogical to think guests are not going to purchase snacks to take to the beach. We had snacks, but we purchased lunch for our party as well.
The beach chair policies could also use some rethinking. If I rent a set of chairs for the day I shouldn’t have to be clock watching to make sure my PAID rented chairs are not available for me when I return to the beach, if I do not come back in 2 hours. When I do return, I have to check in with both the kiosk and the staff at the beach. In addition, if I am staying for 3 days I should be able to reserve my chairs for the length of stay. We were having to run down to the kiosk every morning at 8:30 to get in line to rent the chairs. Then had to go down again before 11 to make sure the chairs weren’t reassigned to anyone else if our 2 hr window passed.
We enjoyed our stay because we were with our children and made the best of it, but we will probably not return to this resort. A resort we had been going to since before it was Marriott . It used to be a Starwood resort.

Overpriced
The hotel was decent but definitely not up to my standards of a 4 star hotel. The food onsite was disappointing and the cafe closed too early.
The condo was ok. It’s a bit dated and there were too many small things wrong with it. The toilets are finicky and we needed to use the plunger a few times. Lighting was out in the second bathroom. The faucet in the kitchen doesn’t work properly either. Some staples for the kitchen were also not provided like dish soap, laundry detergent and salt - all were empty. There were other small issues in addition to what I’ve noted, including coffee grounds left in the coffee pot from a previous guest.
I reached out to the owners and they were responsive but how many times am I going to reach out. It’s annoying and not worth it at a point, so I mentioned a couple things and then gave up. They said they would drop off dish soap when I told them they were out but it just shouldn’t be empty to begin with. Also, I told them about the toilet and I was told it just works differently. It doesn’t work well and needs to be fixed.
The water is yellow!!! Very weird and apparently a hotel issue. We called the front desk and they said it’s been that way for years and they wouldn’t drink it. Very strange and annoying.
We stayed there for a bit over a week and it was exactly what we were looking for. Nice view and a good low key location. Would definitely stay again.

My husband and I have been coming down to this area for quite a few years. We love this Resort, so we decided to buy a unit. This is truly a wonderful place to get away from it all. We have many fond memories of staying here and look forward to sharing this special condo with others.
Why they chose this property
The beach and the amenities at the resort are great for all. Since our condo is right on the beach you can walk the beach, sit or lounge on the beach or wad in the ocean. Or if you prefer you have your choice of two pools. One of the pools has a slide and water fall area. Everyone loves this resort.
What makes this property unique
We keep out unit in tip top shape. Recently we painted the entire condo, walls and trim, bought new bedroom furniture for both bedrooms and recarpeted. We like to keep it updated for our guests.
