Sandy Flat, ett strandhem på Pawleys Island, South Carolina, är ett utmärkt ställe att bo för en avkopplande semester. Sandig
 Lägenhet sover 10 personer med ett sovrum (queen size-säng) nere, 2 sovrum på övervåningen (queen size-säng i en och dubbel och tvilling i den andra). Barn älskar på övervåningen med sina tvilling- och rulla sängar .. Även om huset sover 10, kan mer än sex vuxna känna sig trångt!
Badkar med dusch och badkar på varje våning. Utanför sluten dusch har varmt vatten. Däck har vacker klar utsikt över Pawleys Creek. Havet kan ses från sovrummen på övervåningen. Wifi och 3 TV-apparater ingår.
De flesta föredrar att ta med egna lakan och handdukar. Prata med ägaren om detta eftersom de kan vara inredda.
Parkering är tillgänglig för högst tre bilar.

Pawley’s at it finest!

The property was everything, that it was advertised. The host was very helpful made it very easy! The property was perfect for our family coming and going so close to the beach just short walk to the beach!

It was everything as was described. Love the fact that the owner made contact with us and made us feel at home. The extra bonus was it was easy short access to the beach. Definitely will stay there again.

Vacation at Sandy Flat, Pawleys Island

This little cabin is clean and has a good location, even though it’s not on the beach- it’s a short walk to the beach. The kitchen is very small, two people are crowded in it. The main sitting area has old uncomfortable furniture. Slide glass door needs to be replaced.

Relaxing!

We enjoyed our stay at Sandy Flats. The home was comfortable and had everything we needed to make our stay sress free and relaxing. Communication with the owner was great. She made herself readily available if we had any questions or needs and was gracious in allowing us to bring more than one dog, so our pups got a vacation too. She goes out of her way to provide for your needs to make vacation as relaxing as possible! Thank you for making your home available!

Perfect location!

If you're looking for an affordable place to just enjoy the beach, this is it. The view of the marsh is beautiful and you are a 2 minute walk to the beach. The neighborhood is quiet and people are friendly. A 5 to 10 minute drive to the mainland gets you to shops, restaurants and grocery stores. Highly recommmended.

GREAT STAY

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was quite comfortable and really close to the beach. Would definitely stay there again. There is plenty of room for 6 or more. We were only two and our dog and it was a great place to stay.

Best vacation ever!

We absolutely loved our stay at Sandy Flat! Location is superb, with sunsets over the marsh on one side and a short 3 minute walk to the ocean on the other. Nancy was a delight to work with and we couldn't be happier with how everything went. We will be back!

Quick but lovely stay!

Great Beach House

This house is the perfect beach bungalow. While it is not fancy, it had everything we needed with a nice homey feel. It was a very short and easy walk to the beach (close enough to hear the waves from the screened in back porch). We really enjoyed the marsh view from the front deck as well. The owner, Nancy, was great to work with too! We would totally stay there again.

I grew up in Greenville SC Where I graduated from GHS and Furman University . After graduation I taught high school math and science in Charleston before marriying and moving to Georgetown, SC.
My husband and I had 2 children. After his untimely death at the age of 42, I became a New York Life agent retiring in 2000.
At 54 I started taking cello lessons and currently play in 2 orchestras. I am a “member with excellence” and former president of the South Carolina Watermedia Society.
I am currently married to Terry Agner, a retired Lutheran pastor. We are the grandparents of 7 grandchildren and divide our time between Georgetown and Asheville, NC
