River Road Villas sono le novità più recenti di River Road! Siamo situati tra la 2a e la 3a traversata. Siamo a circa 15 minuti da Gruene e New Braunfels. Siamo una proprietà fronte fiume con oltre 100 piedi di accesso diretto al fiume. È possibile visualizzare il fiume dal portico al piano superiore o dal ponte al piano di sotto o rilassarsi lungo il fiume. Ottima area per rilassarsi e / o giocare nel fiume. Inoltre, goditi le viste panoramiche sulla scogliera. Questa è una nuova casa da bagno 4br / 3 con cucina / sala da pranzo / soggiorno aperta. Cucina completa con stoviglie, tutti gli elettrodomestici e pentole fornite. Abbiamo anche una Smart TV a schermo piatto da 65 "e Wifi. Sono inoltre disponibili una lavatrice e asciugatrice. Lenzuola, asciugamani e cuscini non sono forniti.

Il servizio di noleggio e navetta della metropolitana si trova su entrambi i lati della struttura. Puoi entrare qui nel fiume ed uscire in una varietà di luoghi su e giù per il fiume e tornare alla proprietà.

New Braunfels è vicino a Schlitterbahn, Whitewater Amphitheatre, River Road Ice House, Gruene e la famigerata Gruene Hall, Canyon Lake (un lago molto bello e pulito e ottimo per andare in barca), San Antonio (visitare lo zoo, l'Alamo, Riverwalk, Fiesta Texas, negozi di molte cose da elencare), Austin (la Capitale, 6th Street, i bellissimi parchi), San Marcos (outlet) e molte altre piccole città Hill Country uniche. Goditi la giornata nelle città vicine e torna a casa sul fiume per la sera e i tubi.

Thanksgiving Stay

This was a very nice property and the location can’t be beat. Direct river access and facing the river as well is just great. The outdoor area is perfect for enjoying the area. I’d stay here again.

6th Visit

Our annual River Trip, we stay at the same place each year. River front, walking distance to tube rental and the downstairs open kitchen and BBQ grill are some of the top reasons for choosing this spot.

It’s a great spot have stayed at this specific house twice now and each time has been a blast, great house with a great scenic view and awesome river access.

Awesome House - Perfect Location

A group of friends and myself have stayed at numerous places on river road and this is by far one of our favorites now! It’s in the perfect spot, and the house has an amazing layout. The up and downstairs patios, with downstairs kitchen, is the icing on the cake! 5 out 5 stars and will definitely be coming back!

Another successful River trip!

First time staying here and we had a blast! The place was in a great location, clean, amazing interior, fun two story decks, Easy access. We really did have a great time and appreciate using y'alls home for the week. We look forward to coming back in the future.

So much space for our adult group of 12. Enough room for sleeping arrangements, space to sit inside and outside and cook. Perfect house walking distance from the best part of the river. On either side of the house you can rent tubes/shuttle. Don’t have to drive after a day of drinks on the River

Perfect!

This is our 2nd girls trip staying in this home! It is literally perfect. Perfect location, clean, comfortable and beautiful. We are already trying to book this home another weekend in the near future. Our favorite part is the outdoor kitchen and bar area. Book it…you will have no regrets!

Great, clean place! Wonderful view! Very spacious! Wonderful outdoor cooking kitchen! Only problem we had was there was a massive problem with yellow jackets and honey bees. We were not the only house with this problem. We hunted all over for the hives! Even though we had the problem, we would definitely highly recommend!!!

Awesome location and well stocked rental.

This is the 3rd property that we’ve stayed in at River Villas, and this one has the best view and location. House was clean and well stocked. We would definitely stay again!

Great time. Perfect location with great view of the river, trees, cliffs etc. Plenty of outdoor space and seating. Comfortable beds and very clean overall. Highly recommend.

Great Property

The property itself is super nice and had everything we needed to cook with and then some!! The only issue we had was the houses are VERY close together and the neighbor lady was very rude and had children screaming all day and into the evening. Some of the kids even came over and tried to interfere with our corn hole game that we were playing. We all have kids and we were having our annual adult weekend trip, so the last thing we wanted to hear was kids and the parents screaming and running around the whole time. If we knew it was just a rental for the neighbors, we would blame it on bad luck for our adult trip, but it appears that this rude woman and her family live here, or are here very often like a weekend home. She appeared to be very irritated when we arrived and made rude comments when we were trying to park our vehicles. For this reason alone, we will not becoming back. Thank you for letting us use your beautiful home!!

beautiful house

the house was very clean apon arrival. plenty of space indoor and outdoor to use. the additional kitchen was amazing and very convenient. property was right on the water and very easy to access tube rental next door. neighbors were so friendly and fun. would definitely recommend for groups of 8-14 people. will be coming back next year for sure!

Absolute awesomeness!

Everything was perfect! Location perfect. Layout of house is perfect! Both upper and lower decks are extremely comfortable with great views. Full kitchens and bathrooms on both levels is a great touch! Loved our stay! Looking forward to future stays at this property!

Amazing House in an Amazing Location!

We stayed here for a friends river trip and it was absolutely perfect! It was just steps from a river entrance and right by a tube rental which made it super convenient. The outside kitchen and patio were where we spent most of our time and they were wonderful and worked out perfectly for our larger group as we never felt like we were on top of each other. The owners were super helpful and responded quickly to messages. Would definitely stay here again!
