My place is close to Sunland Park Mall, Trainsmountain Outlets, El Paso Downton, University of Texas in El Paso (UTEP). You will love my place because of the location. My place is good for couples, solo adventures, businesss travelers. families (with Kids), and big groups. The house has a swiming pool with a diving board, and a hot Jacuzzi. The fireplace heats two sides of the fireplaces front and back. We alsohave a big BBQ grill so you can cook outside.

Great property

Great property with nice sunset views. Dust storm affected pool/hot tub clarity, but manager sent pool company out to fix twice. Will reserve this location for future visits.

Fun El Paso house

Beautiful Sunsets

The house was perfect for our needs, everything was clean and in working order. Adrian was a great host and was able to accomodate our late check out request. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful and the sunset view was amazing!

Wonderful view, Good Location, Cooperative Owner

This is a large and comfortable house in a quiet, safe neighborhood. The views from the area around the pool are wonderful. The pool and jacuzzi are older and jets are week in the jacuzzi. The main pool is not heated, but there is a heater for the jacuzzi. The kitchen is roomy with updated equipment. Check in information was only given one hour before occupancy, but the owner worked with us to release it a couple of hours early so we could pass the information to our guest who was to arrive an hour or two earlier.

First time experience

This was our first time staying at a house and not a hotel and it was a great experience. The property manager was very communicative and pleasant. The neighborhood was calm and reassuring. I love the view in the backyard and the kids had a great time, especially when they got to swim in the pool. We are definitely coming back to this house if it’s available on the next trip.

Great house

We’ve stayed at this property a few times and plan on staying again. The kids love the pool, close to the outlets and the water park. My only wish for all Vrbo would be black out curtains. No complaints staying here. Adrian is very responsive have a great stay every august.

Beautiful house

The house is beautiful and had everything we needed for our stay. It was in a good location for what we had planned. Adrian was super helpful and responded to inquiries fast. The pool was an added benefit and the back yard had amazing views.

Visited family. We had a great time. The house was great. Close to many shopping areas. My kids loved the pool. It was windy season so it was difficult to keep the pool and jacuzzi clean. The place was clean and the outdoor area was great to sit and have your morning coffee.

El Paso Comfort

Traveled up from Arizona to visit my son that is stationed in El Paso. The house was super clean and very comfortable. My parents were with me on this trip. We checked in and got settled, realized that evening that the coffe machine wasnt working. My dad has to have his coffe in the morning. Adrian drove up and dropped one off to us that evening so my dad could have his coffee the next morning. Definitely recommend this place. Adrian made sure we were settled in and assured us that he was available if we had any questions at all.

Great property and excellent communication and service from owner

Adrian was very helpful and responsive and checked with us several times just to make sure we had what we needed. Best service I’ve ever had with a VRBO. And the property is great. Very clean. Very comfortable beds. Very nice patio area in back with a large covered seating area to just chill around the pool and hot tub with beautiful mountain views. We really enjoyed our stay. Peaceful setting

We were in town for two weeks of work. The house worked out perfect. it was large enough and spread out enough that my co-worker and I could be together or separate and not in each others business in our down time from working. beds were very comfortable. Showers were great with plenty of hot water and nice water pressure. It was to cold to use the pool or jacuzzi but it looked very inviting. Overall our stay was great and we would stay here again on the future trips to El Paso

Wonderful House

This property was very nice and clean. There was plenty of room, and we enjoyed it very much, especially sitting on the back patio and visiting with local family in the evenings.
