Bella casa sul fronte laguna in prestigiose Loveladies a Long Beach Island, NJ. Questa casa è stata completamente rinnovata nel 2011 tra cui cucina e bagni nuovi di zecca. Completamente arredato e disponibile in affitto per settimana a settimana oa lungo termine. La casa comprende 6 camere da letto (2 master suite), 4 bagni, veranda protetta, terrazza sul retro della casa, salotti aperti, cucina in granito e bagni, doccia esterna e capannone, badge spiaggia e pass per il parcheggio privato per l'accesso all'oceano. Cammina fino alla spiaggia privata (1/2 miglio) o nuotare nella laguna proprio sul retro. Rilassarsi e cucinare sul ponte.

Questa casa si trova in una zona residenziale, ma puoi passeggiare o andare in bicicletta fino alla casa illuminata di Barnegat Light o goderti gli ottimi ristoranti di Harvey Cedars.

Family Rental

Our family rented this house due to the proximity to the beach, which was a casual 5 minute walk, and because it was on the lagoon. We enjoyed our stay but would recommend updating some of the features to make the rental more comfortable for future guests. Such as, the refrigerator and some of the showers could be repaired and thoroughly cleaned. The outdoor furniture could be updated as the table and chairs were very worn down and rusty. We absolutely loved the location and beach access with parking and badges. A second kayak would also be a great feature to the lagoon property. Overall, we enjoyed our stay as their was ample space for our family.

Great week in Loveladies

We had a very good stay at the house. There were 6 bedrooms with enough room for our party of 11. The location was perfect, the bay was right in the backyard and the closest public beach was in walking distance (Coastal Street). Afternoons in the yard are relaxing since it was in the shade. There was plenty of parking and the property was well maintained. Our only critique was that it was a tight squeeze around the outdoor table.

Great accommodations for a large family

Wonderful family vacation

My family and I had a wonderful time at this house. The location was amazing and we spent a lot of time kayaking and paddle boarding. We walked to the beach easily and had a great vacation. The owners were very accessible and helpful, there to answer any questions we had. We would definitely recommend and rent again.

Best LBI vacation

We have been vacationing and Long Beach Island for over 20 years this was the best vacation ever. it was so much fun to be on the lagoon swimming kayaking paddle boarding and just relaxing on our rafts. Jonathan was so accessible for any questions I had. Want to rent this property again next summer

LBI family get together

Great house perfect for family vacation with grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins. Great house and location, a few very minor things could be improved, but owners very responsive. Will def consider again for next summer.

Peaceful getaway

All of us thoroughly enjoyed our week here. Jonathan was great with responding to questions and has provided so many things (especially in the kitchen and shed) that we really didn’t need anything. The spot on the lagoon is fantastic. We really enjoyed having our morning coffee out there and even meals. There’s a lot of room to spread out. Great memories were made. We highly recommend this house and host!

Wonderful area

A very nice house and location on Long Beach Island. A very quiet and relaxing stay during the off season (after Labor Day in late September). The weather was beautiful - we were down for 1 week to attend a wedding at the Brandt Beach Yacht Club and decided to stay a week and make it a vacation. The house could use a few updates but all and all a very nice house with 6 bedrooms and multiple bathrooms able to accommodate a large group. Beautiful deck area overlooking the canal - the owner should consider putting in a pool as all the neighbors houses had pools on the deck and having a pool would have been a great asset for the week we were down as we are not huge beach and ocean people - but a pool, we would have been in it every day! Thanks for one of the nicest places I have rented via VRBO

Awesome family vacation

The house and location were perfect! The floor plan was great to have all sharing a meal or playing games together, while still providing an extra sitting room (second floor) for one to work from there. The lagoon was a great addition that we didn't expect to be so enjoyable, looking at the animals (fish, crabs, jellies, etc) was really fun and provided a very relaxing place for all to gather in the morning and late afternoon. Jonathan was extremely available for questions before and during our stay. There want anything more we could have asked for!!

Great quiet neighborhood off the beaten path

Nice house, and the location on a little “canal” is wonderful. Great deck w/ sizable table and chairs to sit w/ coffee or wine overlooking the water and relaxing (though deck is in full sun all day, so you might be scrambling for umbrella shade at the table depending on time of day - awnings would be nice to make both lower and upper decks more usable). Nice Trex-style decks and dock (no splinters!), and dock has ladders to get into the water with your kayak or floatie or just for a quick dip. Plenty of parking out front, a quiet and pretty neighborhood. We were a group of seven - kids all had their own bedrooms, and w/ four bathrooms and an outdoor shower plus two living room areas (not to mention the big deck/dock), there was plenty of space to spread out. Hosts were perfectly pleasant to deal with and responded to our questions in a timely manner. Cleaning crew did an awesome job before we moved in. Unfortunately, they were behind schedule the day we arrived so we didn't actually get into the house until close to 5 p.m., which was a little disappointing. Property comes with linen service, so sheets and bath towels were waiting for us when we arrived. There were a few little inconveniences but the hosts were aware of them and had them covered..... Automatic ice maker in the fridge wasn’t working, but they provided an ice-making machine in the kitchen (so cool, didn't know anything like that existed, and it worked really well!). Grill's automatic igniter was broken, but house manual indicated there was a lighter in the kitchen. There wasn't, so we ended up purchasing one. The biggest issue was the dishwasher - it was unstable and didn’t seem to be properly installed and we had to be very careful opening it or it would pull out from under the counter. The hosts offered to have someone come take a look at it, but it wasn't a vacation-destroying issue and we declined the offer - the dishwasher still worked well. The air conditioning was more than adequate for such a big house, lots of ceiling fans, and there was always plenty of natural light with all the windows. Beach badges and passes for the private beach parking lot were great to have (we expected to walk to the beach but ended up driving - easier to transport all our stuff). It was nice to be on the bay side of the island and we took several evening bike rides to watch the sun set over the water. Another fantastic and memorable LBI vacation in the books! Thank you!

Great Vacation / Great Location

By far this was one of our best vacations! Staying in a house on a lagoon was a first for us on LBI and a HOME RUN, everyone enjoyed the location. House was perfect for us inside and out!

Wonderful stay - great value

I booked this property for a three day weekend. Communicating with the property owners was very easy. The house is very spacious and was extremely comfortable for the 5 of us. I would recommend this property to anyone.

Beautiful home in a fantastic location

We enjoy our family reunions on LBI and this home is perfect for these events. The two master suites and four additional bedrooms are perfect for multiple families, the lagoon frontage is a great spot for a boat 20 ft or more, and the short walk to the beach makes it all spectacular

Our family grew up going to the Shore in this neighborhood, a truly special place for us. We love the neighborhood, the people, the private beach access. The house was designed to be comfortable for a large family or families because we love gathering here.

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

After purchasing this house, in the same neighborhood that we grew up coming to, we tried our best to renovate but try to keep the beachy feel of the place. We had the kitchen re-done and carpets as well as other projects throughout the house. There are a ton of windows and open space and it is a large home great for having a few families in at one time.
