Efter en lång dag på stranden, kom hem och ta en dusch i den stora lyxiga helt nya duschen. Du kan inte slå platsen att kunna gå precis utanför din bakdörr för att kunna s��tta tårna i sanden. great place to stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time at this beach rental, the weather was fantastic, surf spot right outside, and lots of beachcombing for rocks. The place is a bit dated, but clean and comfortable. The back bedroom is a little noisy from walkers passing by. Otherwise, highly recommend :)

Sun and Fun on The Island.

We do appreciate all the upgrades the homeowners have done over the years. Enjoyed walking down to Venus Spirits for cocktails and appetizers.

Great Small Home on the Island.

Great vacation

This house suited the needs of our family of four very well. There is no private parking space but we always found a place right out the backdoor to park. Our stay was only a couple of months after the big storms that battered the coastline here so the beach wasn't quite as pristine as usual. The big bummer was that we did not have beach access from the patio due to ordinances from the local authorities. The concern being that the rock wall is unstable. It looked far from unstable to us. This wasn't the property manager's fault. However, it did impinge on the vacation experience not to be able to walk out to the beach as we had planned. The management company in general was a dream to work with and was incredibly helpful and responsive, really great. Unfortunately, the house next door was under construction for a lot of the week, which made being on the patio not very peaceful. The views are incredible, the kitchen well appointed and the location was good for us. Overall a very nice stay.

Beach Drive paradise

The sound of the surf will lull you to sleep

Reviewer Comments: The only drawback to the experience was the fact that the owner has placed barriers and chains along three sides of the back porch, which is off-putting and a visual distraction. If you want an unimpeded view, stay elsewhere.

Although this place was on the beach, it was the main walkway for people, so a lot of foot traffic. Bedroom situation was not ideal as all bedrooms were connected and center room had to walk through one of the other bedrooms to exit or use bathroom. Bedding was not clean. Blood on one of the pillows.

Good times with friends

We (3 old college women friends) had a great time. Access, communication, cleanliness, kitchen (small but chock full of everything), etc. all were good. Gave 3 stars for description and 4 overall instead of 5 due to lack of description for bedroom layout. The middle of the 3 bedrooms can only be accessed by going through one of the other bedrooms. Being long time friends this was fine for us but maybe not so great for 3 couples. Description should explain that whom ever is in the middle bedroom has to go through one of the other bedrooms to get in and out of the bedroom including to go to the bathroom (in the middle of the night).

Fun at the Beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 38th year at this property! All the new upgraded makes it a very nice destination for my family!!! The outdoor shower returned GREAT!! Plus fans were helpful as it was quite warm this year! I recommend 272 for a small family cozy,clean,uptodate. We’ll be back next year. Always visit Pixie, went to The Mystery Spot, and The Santa Cruz Boardwalk! Would love if we didn’t have to share the walkway with bicycles can’t allow my granddaughters to play on the walk with the discourteous riders whisking bye. Not under your control just takes away from the beauty and peacefulness. See you next year.
