Jim is a very responsive host, always quick to answer any questions. He was flexible in check out time which we were extremely grateful for. The property was the perfect size and location for our group of friends and we felt right at home. It is really quite the private block with the only bit of infrastructure in sight being Jim's storage area to the back of the property. We would definitely stay again.

Hi thanks for your feedback. I checked the upstairs shower and there was a broken rubber tap valve blocking the hot water flow. Apologies for that! The hot plates seem to be working normally so not sure exactly what happened there but apologies for the inconvenience Jim

Our group of friends, along with their kids all had a great time on the property. We loved seeing the local wildlife and hearing the kookaburras laugh. We used the firepit nightly and it was fantastic to sit around the fire, drinking wines from the local wineries after a day exploring the area. The kitchen was well equipped, beds were very comfortable, plenty of space for our group of 7 adults and 6 kids.

Perfect for group

Although a little dated, this place was perfect for our needs. Lots of bedrooms and a full kitchen meant we could self cater. It’s in a quiet location and fantastic to just sit and chill after our function.

Comfortable place, great for a couple of families. Large enough so we did not feel on top of each other. Enjoyed the bush surroundings. Loved the emus and kangaroos that came by each day.

14 of us came for Adelaide on our bikes to explore the Grampians the house was beyond expectations the outside fire pit was unreal the house was better than the listing thank you very much had a great weekend
