The cottage is on a beautifully treed and large quiet lot in a terrific golf course neighborhood with mostly seasonal homeowners. We use a professional cleaning company that limits the number of their clients to ensure the property is attended to at the highest levels. Our cottage features central air conditioning and heating to keep you comfortable during your stay.
The kitchen comes fully ready with updated slate gray kitchen appliances, granite counter tops, and a complete kitchen full of all amenities anyone would need to prepare fabulous meals. Two decks and four smart HDTV's. Stream using the convenience of subscription to Hulu via Wi-Fi using Roku remotes. In addition to the two decks, the patio features beautiful wood look porcelain tile and a gas fire pit to enhance the outdoor experience. The game room offers Lazy Boy recliners, a nine-foot shuffleboard table and electric fireplace in addition to the fireplace in the great room. The cottage has comfortable quality furniture and beds from Basset, Serta, and World Market as well as IKEA. We have recently added top grain leather great room furniture from Costco. Cookware, linens, spa bath towels, etc. are all top quality. The great room features amazing light from the transom windows during the day and star light views in the evening peering between the massive Ponderosa pines. In the winter, the wood burning fireplace in the great room adds comfort to enjoy those chilly evenings.
You'll find hotel amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, bath and body bars, coffee and more. Bring your boat, quads, and other outdoor toys. as the large circular driveway can accommodate anything that can be towed.
A short 25-minute drive to Sunrise Ski Park and only 2 miles to Hondah Casino, this area is the best in Pinetop as it is close to all of the outdoor recreation that the White Mountains offer yet just a few minutes to the restaurants, shopping, and the numerous local shops of Pinetop. It is absolutely the best location for ski, nature, golf, and town amenities.
Comfortable king and queen beds with down duvet comforters and quality linens to make your stay relaxing. The interior is well decorated with expansive front windows framing views of tall mature pines. Two twin roll-aways are available for additional sleeping for kids. The side yard has enclosed fencing to allow your dogs to roam with safety coated wire on the three-rail lodge pole fencing. The new four-foot-high fencing will accommodate most dogs. A 16 X 24 detached garage offers plenty of space to accommodate large vehicles and its own blue tooth stereo for those that like to make full use of the space. Unusual for this size property is a game room with a shuffleboard table, a poker table and Lazy Boy recliners to view a movie or just lounge and read a good book.
Access is available (with guest fee) to the Pinetop Lakes recreation center which offers swimming, billiards, hot tub, tennis, weight/exercise room and more! The HOA has increased the rates as of 01/01/2021. Check with owners to inquire about the increased rates for recreation center use as well as current amount of guest limitations.
Approximately 1/3 of our guests are return guests having stayed at least on one previous occasion. We think that speaks to the value, cleanliness, and quality of the cottage. International guests without U.S. residency should inquire about additional booking requirements.
Home Away/VRBO guest with 5-star guest ratings will receive immediate approval for bookings. We welcome new VRBO guests as well although approval may take a few hours to approve. We exclusively use VRBO for all of our bookings for the advantages it offers our guest as well hosts. All booking requests must be made at least 3 days prior to arrival.
If you are traveling with pets, please fully disclose the type, breed, and quantity. Our pet maximum is two pets including any additional guest that you may have visiting during your stay.
We do have exterior cameras on the property that do not interfere with guest privacy and assist in protecting guest and the host from any issues that may arise from the HOA or compliance with the rental agreement (no parties). Let us know if you would like additional information.
