Just as described!

We spent a week at Dan’s home and had a great time! Short walk to Vanderbilt Beach, pool was amazing and use of beach chairs and umbrellas and bikes was great - made the trip all that much better! Check-in was easy and we had a wonderful time.

Naples Delight

We really enjoyed our stay here. The property is spacious and perfectly located in the Naples Park area. It's a short walk or bike ride to the beach. Quiet bake yard with a nice pool. We will stay here again when we come back.

March get away

The house was well equipped and very clean! We loved having the grill and enjoyed the pool area! We used the bikes chairs and coolers daily. Host was fantastic to work with! Proximity to beach was wonderful. We will definitely be back! Ty for a wonderful stay.

Everything is great

Everything went perfectly fine, I contacted the host Dan with a special request and he took care of this immediately. The property was well maintained and has everything you can possibly need,from an outdoor grill coolers, bicycles and much more. Great house in Naples close to everything

Girls weekend in Naples... loved the home and so close to everything... large spacious kitchen and family room, the bedrooms were a great size and the pool and patio were lovely! Great stay and wonderful host!

Naples vacation

Property was very clean and everything was as stated. Grandkids loved the pool! The bikes were a nice addition. We used them everyday to go to the beach or just ride around the neighborhood.

Everything was as described in the listing. Dan has great communication skills, the house was amazing and very clean. We had a great time drove up to Sanibel and got lots of beautiful shells. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The house has plenty of room, the beds are comfy, the pool was awesome! The host provided everything we needed for our stay and my 80 year old father really enjoyed relaxing on the back porch.

Convient location

The home was clean but showing signs of wear. However the kitchen was well equipped, beds comfortable, patio and pool were nice. All beach needs and laundry facilities were convenient. Owner is extremely responsive and available.

June week in Naples

Had a great time at this beautiful property in Naples. Ideal location and the house was equipped with everything you might want. Our two teenage daughters were either in the pool or riding bikes to the beach/nearby shops, as we prepared meals in the awesome kitchen. Perfect vacation!

Enjoyed Florida for many years, however so impressed with this area and will never leave. Enjoy the beach and how easy it is to get around from the house. Recommend taking the bike over to Publix or Whole Foods for a prepared dinner to go, biking to the beach and enjoying the sun as it falls off the horizon for a perfect end of the day.

This property is set up to enjoy the people around you in a home like setting. It is easy to step out to the pool, pop in a movie, grill outdoors and eat in the lanai. Vanderbilt Beach and Bluebill beach access is less than a mile away with parking available.

There are sidewalks to Vanderbilt beach (with two main access points) and great views of the canal streets with a 15-20 minute walk or the bikes will get you there in 10 minutes. The people are friendly and laid back and the neighborhood is very quiet. For a family, this setting far outweighs any hotel situation. Everything you need is there and set up for a stress free vacation.
