Morgan Estates welcomes you to our elegant cottage home located approximately 10-minute drive to the historic downtown Savannah and approximately 20-minute drive to Tybee Island. Our home includes many amenities and it is close to shopping and restaurants such as Target, Crossroads Shopping Center, Whole Foods, IHOP, Chick-fil-A, McDonalds, Papa Johns, Arby's, Chiriya's Thai just to name a few. Great getaway for families, couples and large groups.

Our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home can accommodate up to 8 persons comfortably. Take a trip to downtown and visit the Savannah Historic District, Forsyth Park and various walking tours. Our home offers beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach toys, beach towels, and a cooler which you can take to Tybee Island and soak up some sun or relax on the beaches.

The following amenities are included:
- Parking in front driveway (2 cars) or rear driveway (3 cars).
- Washer and dryer including detergent.
- Beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and toys for the kids.
- Fully equipped kitchen including coffee maker, dishes, utensils, cookware, etc.
- Bathroom amenities: shampoo, conditioner, lotion, body soap, facial soap, and makeup remover wipes.
- Bathroom, hand, facial and beach towels provided.
- Spacious fenced backyard with patio for lounging or having dinner.
- Board/card games.
- Free wifi.
- Sling TV including Amazon Prime, HBO, Starz, and Showtime.

Holiday Stay

We had a lovely time staying at this jewel of a home in Thunderbolt for this Christmas holiday. My husband enjoyed the tv accessibility and plethora of show options! The best part, was being able to be close in proximity to our family that lives here. We will definitely try to stay here again the next time we have an opportunity to be in the area again for an extended visit.

Mom and daughter get a way

For an all girls trip the neighborhood is up and coming. The couches are so uncomfortable to sit on. All the mattress need to be replaced. The drive downtown and to the outlets was not bad.

Relaxing Cottage

Very clean and convenient place to stay

The house was very clean with everything we needed. However, the spare queen bed mattress sank in the middle and was not comfortable for the couple who slept there. And the dishwasher leaked. But we would definitely try to stay there again.

Trip to celebrate my sister

The house was a lot larger than what the pictures portray. It was beautiful, clean, and had everything you could need for a trip. There are a bunch of stores close by and a perfect location for the St. Patrick’s Day weekend. Not too busy, and not too far away from downtown or the beach. I will be staying here again if I’m in Savannah.

Quiet Getaway

We stayed here for a local marathon and the description painted a perfect description of a quiet getaway to prep for/recover from race day. The house is beautiful and is equipped with everything from bathroom hotel-like necessities (e.g., little shampoo and conditioner bottles) to laundry detergent pods. When we checked in, there was an electrical issue and we reached out to the owner. Within 15 minutes, he replied and helped us solve the issue. Great customer service. This house is also designed as family friendly and even had board games available. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks, Jimmy.

A wonderful stay for our Savannah Adventure!

Really loved our stay. The house was wonderful and very cute. Only thing to note is that the hot tub listed is a bath tub with jets, not a jacuzzi that would be outside or anything.

This Home is Amazing!

This home was stunning, very well stocked with everything we could need and so clean and pretty. I wish I lived there! The neighbors were kind and friendly, the beds were so comfortable and the location was phenomenal. With that being said, the communication from the owner/property manager was not very welcoming. It was a very curt "Here are the rules and these are the quiet hours. If you break any rules we will know because we have cameras at the house. The authorities will be called to remove you and you will not be reimbursed." We are up in age and not really partiers, but we did come here to have a kid-free weekend to unwind, play card games, drink a little and relax in the hot tub. The communication from the owner/manager made us feel like if we even laughed too loud, the police would come to kick us off the property, which definitely put a damper on our stay. Also, the property is advertised with a hot tub but there is not a hot tub outside. There is a nice jacuzzi tub inside that was wonderful for a solo soak, but we could not get the jets to work. Other than that, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend!

Just Perfect

My husband and I plus our two kids (21 and 14) just got home from our 6 night stay and everything was perfect. The house was clean, decorated well, plenty of room for our family, and a great distance from downtown Savannah. After long days seeing the sights we looked forward to coming to the house to relax. We would definitely recommend this home. Communication was great too! Couldn’t ask for a better trip!

Great place to stay. When we come back if it is available we will stay hehe again.

Our stay was great. If and when we come back to Savanna and this property is available we will definitely stay here again. We were very comfortable here. We really enjoyed our stay here.

You will not be disappointed

This “home” for the 5 days my friends and I were there were fantastic. The house is immaculate, decorated beautifully, very roomy, just plain comfortable and beyond clean! There are ceiling fans in every room, including the front porch and back deck. There’s also a comfy and cozy gazebo area in back yard. The house is in a perfect location, 15 min to downtown, 25 min to beach. You will not be disappointed. ENJOY!

Family visit

We had a lovely time at the house! It was very comfortable, clean, accommodating and inviting. I also appreciated Jimmy's proactively, responsiveness and receptivity to my questions. Having a nice owner always makes a rental stay that much better! We loved the location as it was ideally located to get to Tybee beach, downtown Savannah, restaurants and general stores (ex: CVS, Whole foods, Starbucks, etc.)

Retirement girls trip

The house was very nice and clean. We are 4 educators who recently retired. We decided to take a trip to Savannah to celebrate. This house was perfect for us. Within a short drive to Savannah. We decided to drive most days but it is a very quick Uber ride. The house is also very close to any store you need. Would also be a nice house for a family with the bedroom set up.

Lovely and quiet

This cottage was beautiful..was in a quiet neiborhood but close to everything we were interested in. The home had alot of extras that you dont normally find in rentals. A pantry with extra cooking staples was nice. Plus extra beach chairs and towels!! Jimmy was always available for any questions we had. Will stay again!

Perfect Family Friendly Home

The house is very nice and roomy. Great that the master bedroom was separated from the other bedrooms as we had young children with us. We were here to visit family and sight see so we found the location perfect, easy access to Downtown and Tybee Island. One small issue, I would recommend replacing the fry pans. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here again for our family gathering.

Excellent choice for a girls weekend trip

This rental was an excellent choice as far as Being convenient to both Savannah and Tybee Island. The house itself was very well stocked and fully met our needs. I would most definitely recommend this rental to anyone I know.

Perfect Getaway

We loved our time at this property. Everything was clean and it was a very relaxing place to be. Our time there definitely wasn’t long enough and I would love to live in a place like this. The master suite is not right next to the other bedrooms so it gives more privacy if you have other guests and also has it’s own bathroom. My husband and I brought my mom there to spend time in Savannah and Tybee Island and this property is a good location for both areas. It is near lots of stores and restaurants. The owner was great to work with and I would definitely stay there again! Check in and check out were easy and the house was a breeze to find. Highly recommend this house!

Beautiful, Clean, Easy access to downtown

The home is beautiful, clean, nicely decorated, and has nice furnishings. Plenty of room for 6 adults to move around. The kitchen is well stocked. Easy access to the highway to get downtown. Jimmy, the owner, was very quick to respond to inquiries and takes care of his home.

Beware of rental contract

Difficulty communicating about the cleaning fee with property mgmt. They keep referring to a security deposit, which is referred to in general terms in their rental agreement, but didn't show up at all in the breakdown of what we paid. They insisted the cleaning fee was non-refundable. We left the place spotless, which we documented with photos. Will not stay there again; will not recommend.
