This Villa #1: boasts 4 bedrooms + 5 bathrooms - 4000 sq ft open-air concept home with a large infinity pool, heated spa and private beach.

- Our Bonaire Vacation Villas are located on the water, close to the city center but far away enough from the bustle and noise. About 8 miles (10 mins driving) from the main town, Kralendijk.
- About 3 miles (5 mins) from the Airport

Wonderful location and property. Great for divers and non-divers alike. There is a hose out back on the deck to wash dive gear (the house sits just between the Lake and Punt Vierkant and offers exceptional access to the reef from the house). The propane situation on the island means charcoal grilling and there is a large Weber grill on the deck. Overall wonderful property. Can't possibly be disappointed if you stay here. Alexis is very responsive to any issues that arise and lives nearby so is able to help. Also- check out the AquaSpace boat tour when on the island. We dove Klein Bonaire with them and it was amazing! Wonderful team. And this house sits just a few yards from Flamingo (VIP) Dive shop and school - could not be more convenient to pick up and drop off tanks and gear every day for the divers in the group.

The pool and ocean were incredible, I saw sea turtles and barracuda out right out the back door! Mosquitoes were pretty intense at night- but everything else was awesome!

A great stay at a wonderful location. The ability to hear the ocean all day long is refreshing. It was an easy drive to most places and the pool and hot tub are very relaxing. I would recommend this to anyone.

Fantastic Property/owner/property managers!!

The owner of this property owns several more on the Island. We stayed in 2 of them; both were absolutely amazing! The owner and property managers were in constant contact with us, making sure our stay was going well. The best part of these properties is AIR CONDITIONING throughout the entire house. This house is private with an amazing pool. Kitchen is well stocked. We will stay here again!!!

Private Sunsets

This Villa is spacious with floor to ceiling windows looking out at beautiful turquoise ocean. Private infinity plunge pool, sun deck with ample lounge chairs, and a private beach area allow for lazy days in the sun and private Sunsets in the evening. Kitchen gave us all we needed to prepare and cook meals throughout the day, along with a grill on the deck. We had private Chef Hector cook for us one night; the meal was exquisitely prepared and delicious, but his personality stole the show. Best meal of our trip!Super clean, super comfy, gorgeous views, and attentive hosts We will be back for another visit soon.

Diving Paradise, Incredible Home & Location!

This management team was one of the best we’ve ever worked with. We had a small issue at the beginning of our stay and they immediately addressed and moved us to another property (much bigger house) without us even asking. They accommodated some requests for booking additional services and even helped with a birthday surprise! They definitely went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and we were SO happy with our stay. Incredible property, amazing management and a perfect walk in dive site right in our backyard(dive gear wash station was so convenient as well!) Not to mention such proximity to everything we wanted to get to and do besides diving. HIGHLY recommend!!!

Amazing property, views, location. Minutes to town and airport and the best dive sites and local attractions. House is amazing. The staff is the best we have ever experienced with VRBO rentals. They have everything you could ever need down to a science. Coordinating any activities and special events that you have in mind even before you show up. We took advantage of massage and chef that they have available and all was prearranged before we arrived. Staff was quick to respond to any questions and proactively followed up with us to make sure we had everything we needed. Five stars not enough to rate this experience.

Incredible stay

We had an incredible month long stay at this Villa. Before we arrived, I was in contact with Alexis to arrange a birthday surprise for my husband. When we showed up, everything was perfect and exactly as I had hoped. She really went above and beyond to help arrange the surprise. The villa is very spacious and well appointed for an extended stay. The kitchen is well equipped and there are grills and a great outdoor seating area. For divers, the Punt Vierkant dive site is quite literally in your backyard, and The Lake is 30 seconds down the street. There are tubs to rinse your gear and an area out front to hang them to dry. It is close to all the main grocery stores, maybe a 5 minute drive. If we return to Bonaire, we would love to stay here again!

Perfect return to paradise

Once again, we had a lovely week right on the ocean in Bonaire. We come to Bonaire with family for windsurfing, snorkeling, Slagbaai National Park, and to spend peaceful time together. This villa is an excellent home base for all our activities. The villa is full of light, spacious, comfortable, clean and beautiful. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking—in fact, we ate all our meals in the villa and never lacked anything. It is also great to have a washer and dryer. The best thing about the villa is the spectacular views of the ocean, and being able to go out the back door and go swimming or snorkeling right there. Alexis, Flavio and Maxime are super friendly, available and helpful. After we arrived at the airport to go home, we realized that we still had a key to the villa. Flavio and Maxime drove right over to get it from us, and never made us feel like it was a hassle. The whole experience was smooth and perfect. We will definitely be back!

What a fabulous house. Dramatic and beautiful! But, there is a long flight of stairs 18 steps, to get to 2 of the bedrooms. The master is on the main floor and the other bedroom is in the basement, down more stairs. And we asked for propane the first day of our wonderful vacation and never got it. We had hoped to have fresh seafood every night, but never did. There was a storm about a year ago which laid bare the wonderful coral ringing every beach. This coral makes it very difficult to get into the water to swim or snorkel. Guests must have a ladder to get in. This should be mentioned in the write-up. We had a fabulous time and Flavio was amazing. He guided us in many of the decisions we made about restraurants, shops and beaches. Bonaire is a sleepy paradise.

Fun in the Sun

This property has it all. Very spacious inside. Two of the bedrooms have t.v.s but not the main gathering area. Kitchen was complete with dishes and utensils. Cooktop is a bit tricky so get a quick tutorial. After figuring it out, worked fine for us. Outside area is great but not a lot of shade around the pool. Very nice outside eating area with an impressive wooden slab table and spotless stainless grill as well as a charcoal grill, charcoal was supplied. It's Bonaire so it's hot hot hot but thats what ya get and we loved it! Beach shoes an absolute must in order to get in and out of the ocean over sharp coral and volcanic rock, but once in, awesome snorkeling just off the rocks.Alexis and her crew were amazing. Communication was the best I have ever had as a VRBO regular. They are just like concierge. They helped us book two private chefs, each with there own flair.The island is made for diving and the corals are the most pristine I have seen in 40 years of diving. Entries are very tricky so be very careful. I stepped in fully geared and folded my ankle ending my diving for the week but recovering in the villa was super comfortable. Plenty of restaurants to choose from and groceries are just up the street.We had a few issues but they were no one's fault and were handled with great communication and response time.Not only will we be back on island, but will fully consider this house again.Thanks again to the whole team!

A week in paradise!

We have never had such a beautiful and trouble-free vacation! Having access to Bonaire's protected marine environment just steps from the villa was incredible. We could swim and snorkel any time we wanted, with no need for a boat or car. Right out the back door, we saw every fish on the chart, plus turtles, and a moray eel. You definitely need water shoes for the rocky entry. Best would be neoprene ones that protect ankles as well as feet, and fins with an open heel which can be pulled on over the shoes/boots once you get out to swimming depth. The villa itself was spacious, clean and well-equipped. The views from the great room and the two seaside bedrooms are unbeatable. We cooked and ate all our meals in the villa, and the kitchen had everything we needed. One of the reasons we chose Bonaire was for the many grocery stores, especially Van Den Tweel, where they have just as many options as a US grocery store (except for eggs, which are in short supply right now, but they are working on it). One of our party is a vegetarian, and we had no problem getting tofu, veggie burgers, veggie crumbles for stews and sauces, oat milk, and fresh vegetables. The large table (seats 8) provided tons of room to eat long meals with gorgeous views. One morning, we saw a pod of dolphins go by while eating breakfast! The beds are comfortable and not too squishy/soft as some can be in rental places. Each bedroom has its own large bathroom, plus there is a powder room on the main floor. The rooms were dark and quiet at night and the temperature was very comfortable. We loved the villa's location in Belnem. The neighborhood feels very safe and peaceful. From the pool deck, you can watch the sun set over the ocean. We frequently saw flamingos flying by, and also an osprey fishing. After dinner, we liked to take a walk south down EEG Boulevard towards the salt pier to admire the stars. The villa managers were great—easy to reach, professional and helpful. It was fun to meet Maxime, who is a world class windsurfer, as well as being a great guide to the villa and anything you want to know about the island. I highly recommend this villa. Five stars!

Fabulous Home

The home was outstanding and exceeded our expectations. Fully equipped with great attention to detail and providing guests a premium stay. Relaxing by the pool and spending time on the beach enjoying the quiet surroundings. I would recommend this home to all and would definitely stay there on a future trip to Bonaire.

fantastic relaxing beach villa

Property is just as pictured. Owner Alexis and her team (Flavio, Maxime) were all beyond helpful and friendly from the beginning. Alexis in particular is an outlier owner in her desire that her guests enjoy themselves. My teenage kids and I felt well taken care of. We also took advantage of the SUV they rent out; some sort of vehicle is absolutely necessary as the property is on the edge of town. Snorkeling was just as good right out front of the villa as any other place on the island too! Will be back; highly recommend.

Diving trip

We have stayed many places on the island over many years and this was most enjoyable. Alexis was absolutely wonderful responding to our every need immediately. The reef in front of the house was an excellent place to dive with an easy entry. Look forward to going back soon.

Wonderful property!

The lay out of the property is wonderful. The best spot for sunsets. Large main room with a view of the ocean. Very well maintained infinity pool, outdoor swing, beach bed, beach chairs with umbrella. So many extras! Booking was easy and we were welcomed and given the layout and started the vacation. We can't wait to return!
