About this property

This unique property is located in the gated community of Pedregal which sits on a mountain just above Cabo San Lucas. The modern design with wrap around windows showcase the stunning views of both the Marina and Pacific Ocean. The sliding glass doors will disappear into the wall so that the house is completely open, bringing the outdoors in. The house includes an outdoor kitchen and bar, ideal for cooking up your latest catch of the day or grilling out your favorite steaks. The private infinity pool and hot tub overlook the city of Cabo. There are four bedrooms located in the main house with an additional bedroom and bath located separately with its own private entrance, or the mother-in-law suite as we call it. It comes fully equipped with all the modern amenities including satellite TV's, state of the art sound system inside and out, Lynksys IP phones, and wireless internet. The expertly equipped kitchen is any home cook's dream or but it is also great to hire a local chef to prepare a gourmet meal.
The community of Pedregal includes has tennis courts and El Rincon health club for an additional fee (they have both daily and weekly rates).
The cost includes daily cleaning services, excluding Sundays.

Perfection

The house was so beautiful and comfortable in every single way. The views were gorgeous. The location felt safe. We had a few activities planned but were always happy to get back to the house because we just enjoyed being there so much. There were many areas indoors and outdoors to hang out and enjoy the views and scenery. The host was very responsive and helpful. We stayed for four days and wished could have stayed longer- we were very bummed out when it was time to leave. We would go back there in a heartbeat. Thanks so much to the owner and host!!!

So fabulous!

We’ve been to Pedregal before and love the area and really loved this particular house. From the interior design to the quality of bed linens to the proximity to town, it checked all the boxes. The property managers were very helpful and Catering to Cabo did a wonderful job with all our meals.

Great Getaway in Cabo

Casa Malibu paradise

Neighborhood, house, and staff were wonderful!! Everyone had their own bedroom bathroom with super comfortable beds and bedding. The housekeeper was outstanding! Wouldn’t have known she was there but magically the house was perfectly clean and tidy everyday. House manager Oscar set up our chef and masseuses which were top notch! We will be back!

Fabulous 70th birthday celebration

Our adult children and our young grandchildren enjoyed themselves immensely at Casa Malibu. The inside/outside nature of your home with the sliding doors was amazing. We were fortunate to see so many whales. I particularly want to commend Oscar, the property manager for arranging groceries to be delivered, massages and chefs. Casa Malibu

The house is gorgeous and had plenty of room for our family. Oscar the house manager was incredibly accommodating and took care of some very small issues almost before I could hang up my phone. The house and kitchen are well stocked if you choose to cook. The beds were all VERY comfortable. Dani the housekeeper is the sweetest and it was a pleasure having her there every day. Craig the owner was also very helpful with the booking process. Our family had the best time and we look forward to our next family vacation at Casa Malibu.

Great stay

We had an absolutely great time. Great location, you can walk to the marina. It is hilly but doable. The house was perfect, lots of stairs for Those w/mobility issues we loved our morning walks around the neighborhood and down to the beach. We used Iber to get everywhere if we didn’t feel like walking. Pool was great. There is a grocery store down by the entrance if you need to buy anything for eating. Great little store. We cooked one meal and our lunches and breakfast. We went out to eat a couple nights and had a chef come cook one meal. Stay here you won’t be disappointed.

Casa Malibu perfection

Casa Malibu is a modern gem set in the perfect location in Pedregal. From the front steps it's a 10 -15 min walk into town, or go out the back steps and it's a 10-15 min walk to the beach! The house itself is set up to entertain your group in an indoor outdoor setting with the sliding glass "wall" that opens to the pool/bar area. The views from the master suite balcony are tremendous! Anyone can have a great house to rent, but the owner and staff are ultimately what make your trip go smoothly. I literally can not say enough good things about Craig (owner) and Oscar (house manager) as well as the rest of the staff. They were wonderful to work with!

A little piece of heaven

Due to a family emergency we had to cancel our trip but ultimately our son and a friend ended up going down half way into our 10 day rental. The owner, Craig, was a pleasure to deal with (and most understanding) and Oscar, the property manger, made sure that our son was welcomed and well looked after. The property was even better than the pictures and the gated community of Pedregal provided us with the assurances of safety, while also providing luxurious comfort and spectacular views. Being a short 12 minute walk to town or a similar distance to the private Pedregal beach made this property's location A1. Stay with confidence!

Just book it!

The best recommendation on a property is whether the renter would return -- and we would, in a heartbeat! This Pedregal home was better than the pictures. How often does that happen? While Casa Malibu was spacious and beautifully decorated, it was the small touches that made a big difference in our family's stay: shampoo/conditioner/soap in the bathrooms... cooking basics like salt/pepper/olive oil in the kitchen. The house 'manual' sent by the owner was a great primer on what to expect and where to find everything. We were greeted by the house manager on arrival allowing for a smooth transition. A maid came by every day to freshen up. My only regret is that we didn't stay longer!

Cabo perfection!

This property was everything and more from the description! So spacious and well appointed with high end furnishings, room for the 9 of us to find a spot for ourselves to unwind - or together. Five adults, 4 teenagers - it was comfortable, convenient, private and relaxing! A 15 minute downhill walk to town, and a moderately easy walk back up. Ubers were also plentiful if needed. The views from the patio and balcony's were stunning, the neighborhood gorgeous and we felt safe both at the house and in town. This is a must stay house for a group - and with Oscar's assistance we had groceries, chef services and answers to any and all questions that came up throughout our 5 night stay. The owner and Oscar were both very accommodating and we were so happy to confirm that there is a reason that only 5 stars were given by prior guests and now we add our 5 stars to the reviews. You will not be disappointed in Casa Malibu!
