Convenient location. Safe, dead end street with just a 5 - 10 minute walk to the beach, downtown, downeaster train, dog park, library, bank, grocery store, etc. Maine Turnpike/Rt 1 is only a 10 minute drive, making this location an easy drive to MMC/Portland or SMMC/Biddeford. This home rents for $1600/month plus utilities Oct-May or $1800/month utilities included. Mid- May-Sept it is rented $300/day, 3 day minimum, 12 month lease available @ $2800/month.

Excellent property, just as listed. Clean, easy check in, close to the fun but far enough to be quiet in the evenings. Perfect for couples or family with older kids who could walk to the pier and shops.

Was a great stay, walking distance from the beach! We loved the area and the house is very clean, it was excellent having a washer and dryer as well as being pet-friendly. The campground is quiet and we were close to all local attractions. Would stay again! Only con: the water smells a little like mold, which I’m not sure if that’s common in the area or something having to do with the water tank.

The place was perfect! Clean, washer and dryer, stove, fridge air conditioning and gas grill. I left a full tank! Enjoy! I never drove my car anywhere for the whole week! I was in walking distance to everything I needed. Close to the beach. I had such a great family vacation. I will be making reservations for next year. The campground manager was such a great host!

We had a great time. Place was close to everything. We walked everywhere. Great to be able to take our dog. Love there was a dog playground down the street. People were really nice and helpful on where to eat. Having a shellfish allergy can be difficult around a sea shore area. The place was very roomy with four adults. Although we went to the beach all the time and did not use the pool. It did look very clean. All in all we would rent this place again thanks Allen and Peggy.

Cabin was great accommodations clean and comfortable also very well stocked with necessities and amenities Great location short walk to everything downtown and the beach My only complaint was the pool was poorly maintained could not even swim in it Overall enjoyed our stay Alan was great to work with
