The newly renovated top-to-bottom-lofted bedroom apartment has everything you need for a vacation - steps away from the beautiful ocean!

In this apartment, you will find everything you need! We provide a fully stocked kitchen, modern aqua accents, and super comfortable queen-size beds. We have a sofa, 40 40-inch Roku TV, and large bathrooms.

The building has 8 Units - all available for vacation rentals. Each has its own super cool modern charm.

The loft is 400 total square feet, divided between two levels. You will love this beautifully furnished modern Lofted apartment. It has a Full living room, a mini kitchen with a stove top and mini fridge, and a queen-sized bed lofted above in an upstairs room with a full dresser and mirror.

The furnishings are modern ocean-inspired hues of aqua and grey for a zen-like relaxing retreat. It has 1 large bathroom with tub. We can offer kid/baby items such as cribs, toys, and high chairs at no extra cost.

There is a small washer and dryer in the back of the building, for guest use stocked with detergent and such as you need.

Bedroom 1 - 1 queen bed + 1 twin bed
Common space - 1 couch, 1 air mattress

A QR code for parking - guests need to:
1. Park in city parking spots along the street but not in private parking spaces.
2. Scan the barcode located inside the unit next to the entrance.
3. Follow the instructions to pay the city online for daily parking.
Note: Only one day can be purchased at a time, and you can buy daily until the checkout date.

Please DONT BE LOUD or boisterous in any area of the building or on the Patio of the apt. We have a great relationship with management and with our neighbors and wish it to remain that way. There are also more guests in the building ( like a hotel) and I’m sure they want to enjoy their stay as well!

We ask you to respect the people in the building as you would in your own home.

** To make your stay more convenient, we provide two sets of towels per guest. Should you need more towels, we recommend using the washer/dryer machine as a rapid solution. Additional towels can also be delivered for a nominal fee.**

Perfect Location

The location of this property is perfect. Just a minute or so away from the boardwalk and beach area. The apartment is as pictured on the site. Very clean and perfect for a party of two or three. Loved our stay. We will definitely return.

Beach stay for Concert

This property is very close to the beach (about a 2 min walk) and was just as the pictures indicated. Very clean and had everything I needed for a short stay while in town for a concert. Liked that I could walk to the beach as well as many restaurants. Check in process was easy but.....the directions for using the keypad to re-lock the door, not so much. There were not directions provided and it took an hour of back/forth via a chat (after a full day of travel at which time I was quite hangry) to get access to a key as the support person via chat could not resolve. Luckily later that evening the on duty security person (sorry I don't recall his name) was able to come by and sort it all out. It would be helpful to update all of the keypad directions on the website for future. Also, there was no information binder in the condo, which was a bit of a disappointment. Overall though, this is a clean, well equipped, close to the beach condo. I would stay here again in the future.

Nice place to stay

We like to stay in the Hollywood Beach area and the location here was very nice. Parking in this area is always a challenge but we just Uber from the airport and chill at the beach. The unit was clean and everything worked well. The only negative is a paid laundry that takes coins.

Great communication with property manager. Massive storm prior to our arrival. Communication very helpful to help us with checkin one day later due to airline travel delays. The unit exactly as described. Worked out great for our 3 nights there prior to our cruise sailing. Checkin and Checkout very easy and well communicated. Close to beach and restaurants I 2 minute walk. Would recommend stay. Would go back again based on the type of travel needs and length of stay. Not an enjoyable stay

The bathroom had water damage on the ceiling that was just painted over. The entertainment center under the tv was broken. There was hair in the bed. The floors and lower half of the walls were dirty. The bathroom door had patched holes in it that wasn't patched very well. The door to the apartment was gaping and you could see daylight through it. The only thing holding the door closed was the lock. There was no parking pass like was described in the posting. We had to pay $150 for a permit with the city to park on the street. The streets and sidewalks in the city were full of trash and bottles and beer cans and cigarettes. The couch was so worn out; it was gross and we didn't want to sit on it. The water in the shower never got hot. We were very disappointed. If you were coming here to get wasted and pass out, not a big deal but if you’re coming to enjoy the ocean and have a nice place to get away, this is not the place for you.

Had to go to a conference at Margaritaville and this location was perfect. Clean and nice. This would be a great space for a couple wanting to hit the beach.

Half a block from the beach. Lots of food options including Nick's Bar on the corner. They are open until 4am. Had groceries delivered the first day from Publix. Unfortunately they were out of insulated bags so keeping drinks cold on the beach was a challenge. We would definitely rent this location again.

Awesome Stay

I stayed here w my 3 teenagers for Spring Break! The place is small yet perfect. It’s extremely clean. My favorite part was waking up and being able to walk not even one minute to the beach. My kids loved it as well. I highly recommend this place. Parking is expensive the parking pass wasn’t available so that was the only down side. Other than that BOOK THIS HOUSE ASAP!!!

Amazing vacation! Feb 2022

We had an amazing time in Hollywood. Start to finish. The property we stayed at was top notch. It was hosted through Designed VR. Our host Kathrine was wonderful, very responsive and accommodating. The condo/loft was so pretty, exactly as seen in the pictures. The beds were really comfortable, having a washer and dryer in the back of the property was very convenient. It had everything we needed. My favorite part was being so close to the beach (2 minute walk) and each unit has 2 beach chairs to use. GREAT location! We had perfect weather, lots of sunshine. Thank you DesignedVR, Katherine for making our vacation a memorable one!!

Loved this cute little getaway!

We stayed in Hollywood Florida for the first time, and found our stay was in the perfect location! Steps from the beach, restaurants, the boardwalk, and lots of bars. The beach was beautiful & so was the weather for our stay. Loved the quick communication from Katherine and for allowing us to stay in such a cute, clean place! They allowed us with access to everything such as towels, beach chairs, and a furnished kitchen excluding an oven (we baked a frozen pizza on the stove lol). Will definitely come back in the future!

Perfect location!

Had a wonderful relaxing stay in this cozy loft, perfect for 2. My recommendation would be to Uber from the airport rather than renting a car. The parking pass is great, but street parking is at a minimum. Since you can walk to everything, we found a car to be unnecessary. Restaurant choices are plentiful, and the beach is beautiful! Steps from all that Margaritaville has to offer. Will be sure to revisit soon!

Great rental and convenient!

We were very pleased with the rental, wished we had more than 2 days. Being a duplex gave it a roomy feel. Had everything you need and it was quiet. We received quick responses to the very few questions we had. Less than a block off the beach. Definitely will stay next time in Hollywood. Close to Airport and cruise terminal!
