Bellissimo condominio 3 ° piano attico chiavi in mano 3br / 2ba condominio con ascensore e piscina riscaldata, a pochi passi da splendide spiagge di sabbia bianca. Raffinato e arredato con materassi nuovissimi, lenzuola di alta qualità e arredi per la casa. Completo di cucina completamente attrezzata con ripiani in granito, lavatrice, asciugatrice, tutti gli elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile .... tutti i comfort di casa! Bella vista sul lago e sul golf dalla camera matrimoniale. Cammina verso un parco e un parco giochi, a solo 1-2 miglia da negozi, ristoranti sulla spiaggia, banche, tennis e Mercato, la nuova "Uptown" di North Naples. Tutto questo e solo una breve passeggiata per la spiaggia!

Quiet condo in great location

This was our 2nd year renting. Owners easy to work with. Condo is comfortable and space is great. Living- dining area is one room. Pool is right near condo. —stairs or elavator. Walkable to beach . ( 3/4 mile each way) or can drive and park in Delnore Wiggins Park. I’d love to go back!

A fabulous stay!

Stayed for the whole month of January, and really enjoyed our stay and plan to return. Tastefully and professionally decorated (loved the chandeliers when walking in); immaculately clean; very quiet condo unit w/elevator even though only 3 floors (nice when you have groceries); both bathrooms lovely and good sized w/tile and granite (tub a little old and small). The master shower is super big with a lot of space. There are two sinks and vanities in there. VERY nice. Loved all the windows everywhere that you can open, especially the ones lining the master bedroom; lots of storage space (closets, drawers, cabinets); Wi-fi and all 4 TV's worked great; lots of high-end towels, cloths, bedding; kitchen appliances worked excellently (especially the Ninja blender and Keurig); washer/dryer worked great; outdoor pool temp just PERFECT (I hate stepping into cold pools); location awesome if want to be close to the Gulf (we often just walked); Greg, the manager who checked us in was so nice and will take good care of you; lanai looks over a small, quiet parking lot, but there's a nice view of the golf course and small lake. Saw huge turtle tromp in & several types of birds fly into the lake. Great spot for coffee or glass of wine. I happened to mention to the owners that they could probably use a new frying pan soon, and boom, here comes Greg with two new fabulous frying pans! I couldn't believe it. Now that's service! A friend of ours ended up driving over to stay a couple of nights and said the spare bedroom bed was a bit firm, but that it was probably a good thing since it seemed to help his backache. Kitchen is a small galley, but was perfect for me. It was nice for a change not to have to clean a big kitchen up. It was very well stocked and has granite counters, stainless steel appliances, all the dishes and glasses you need. The ambiance of the condo was really appealing and relaxing. I miss waking up in that awesome bed with all the windows and patio door leading to the lanai. The owners have thought of everything. Don't think we've ever rented a condo so well stocked. Working with the owners was delightful, too. The only thing I didn't like is working with the HOA. They practically ask for your left arm to rent there, but in the end, you realize it's a good thing they vet people thoroughly before renting out. Makes it safer. I also don't like how the HOA charges too, but this isn't the owner's fault. All around just a fabulous stay for us!

Wonderful Stay...

We enjoyed our stay here!!! The condo is clean and modern and well-equipped and quite comfortable. Unit is on third level, accessible by elevator or outside stairs and is nice and quiet. Perfect walking distance to Vanderbilt Beach and Wiggins State Park and within a mile of some great restaurants and movie theatres. Very helpful and responsive owners and property management. Also, there is ample parking and a well maintained pool. We were thoroughly happy with our stay and would be thrilled to return one day in the future.

Perfect

Everything suited us perfectly. Very clean condo with attention to detail. Everything we needed was there. All beach stuff including picnic basket, nice backpack chairs, beach towels, cooler, even a sun hat! Our family makes smoothies daily and there was a Ninja blender there that we were so grateful to find. We walked or jogged to a perfect spot on the beach daily-very close by. And the upscale shops, restaurants, and Whole Foods at Mercado were only minutes away in the car. Lovely stay, lovely attentive owners, and an awesome time in the SUN for Christmas. Highly recommended!!!

Recent Naples Visit

My husband and I go to Naples routinely to visit friends and enjoy the area. We particularly like north naples and Vanderbilt Beach area. We like the proximity to Mercato, a development with lovely restaurants, shopping, coffee and ice,cream shops as well as excellent movies theaters. We also are close to downtown and pelican bay where many of our friends live. Of course, just a mile or so to the beach. The owners are completely accessible if needed and are quite kind and easy to work with. The condo is great and decorated beautifully and has everything one needs for a comfortable and pleasing stay. I would highly recommend it and look forward to another visit.

Perfect vacation spot!

We had the pleasure of staying here during the holidays. The condo looks just like the pictures, it's clean & beautifully decorated. It's also close to the beach as well as plenty of shops & grocery stores. I'd highly recommend this condo, not only for what it offers, but the owner (Scott) is a pleasure to work with. He is attentive (if needed) and makes sure that the tenants have an enjoyable get-away at the condo. We can't wait to go back!
