About this property

This is a beautiful 5 bedroom, 3 bath cabin on 3 levels that has everything you could possibly want in a cabin that is PRICED RIGHT. 7 TVs, 3 fireplaces, pool table in game room.

The main level of the cabin has your living room with Smart TV including Netflix along with gas fireplace, kitchen, dining room, one on the right, 2 Queen bedrooms and a full bath with a tub/shower combo (its located between the 2 bedrooms). The deck on this main level wraps around 3 sides of the cabin with a Gazebo. New Living Room and Dinning room furniture as of Jan 2025

The upper level is a king en-suite with a Jacuzzi tub/shower combo. This bedroom has a gas fireplace for your enjoyment. There is an open loft sitting area with a card table.

The lower level has a game room with pool table, mini bar and a stack washer/dryer. There is a futon in the game room as well as 2 bedrooms with 1 queen and 1 King and a tub/shower combo bath. The hot tub is on the lower level overlooking views of the mountains.

This was not an issue for us because we wash the dishes upon arrival.FYI-the front porch and driveway motion lights would randomly come on for no apparent reason, again no problem for us. We really liked our stay and plan on using this rental in future stays.

Family getaway

Perfect place for our family was a great base camp to enjoy all the activities in the area. House had all the amenities you need. Would recommend this place for a larger gathering and would book again.

Beautiful Cabin

Our stay was very nice. The downstairs left bedroom has a huge stain in the carpet which was there when I got there. There are many bees around. Other then that, the place and view was gorgeous.

Family Vacation

We have been bringing our family to the Gatlinberg area for more than 30 years. We have always been pleased with our VRBO rentals and this one was no exception. Great location! Nicely appointed kitchen. We love having 3 floors which gave everyone some privacy. The deck was a nice bonus! Always breezy even on the hot days. We would definately stay here again.

Great Views and Beautiful Cabin

This cabin was absolutely beautiful and a perfect fit for our family of 11 (6 adults and 5 kids aged 7-16). It is in a safe country neighborhood in Wears Valley with stunning 360° views of the Smoky Mountains. We loved having our morning coffee on the wrap around deck that has plenty of seating, and a hot tub on the bottom level. The pool was clean and big with a great deli, but a negative was that it was a 3 mile drive from the cabin, and it closed at 6:00 pm every day. We did have an issue with the AC not working on the top 2 levels for the first 2 days, but it was fixed and we were given a partial refund. It was hot and humid those days (around 93°-96°) but the property manager, Lamar, was wonderful in communicating with me and getting the issue fixed in a timely manner. It's only a short 10 minute drive to the Parkway in Pigeon Forge, and about a 25 minute drive to Gatlinburg. We saw 2 baby bear cubs in a front yard only about a 1/2 mile from the cabin while driving. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and are already looking forward to coming back soon!

Perfect cabin for those not wanting to be in the woods

This cabin was laid out perfectly for a family vacation (multiple house holds) under one roof. The queen beds on first floor were great for aging family members or those with mobility concerns. Kids/teens loved the down stairs with two rooms, pool table and space for them. Upper floor is a king suite. The hot tub is on the lower level and not covered but great for summer tans. This cabin is in a up and coming neighborhood and at the top the hill. If you love the cabin feel but dont love isolation this cabin is perfect! Everything is within a short drive. Only negative was cleanliness... drawers not cleaned out, beer left in the downstairs area, broken smoke detector and bandaids stuck to blankets. Nothing that was detrimental to our stay. There is a washer and dryer on property and we utalized it fully.

The three levels offered plenty of room and privacy for our three generations. Having two king bedrooms was a bonus for our family. We didn’t get to enjoy the outside living areas due to the weather even though the areas are covered. It was just a bit too rainy and cold for us. We are looking forward to our next stay at Mountain Breeze.

Our three generations enjoyed our Mountain Breeze stay for Spring Break 2024 despite inclement weather. We loved the location and ease of access, but we especially enjoyed the beautiful views. We are looking forward to our next stay at Mountain Breeze.

You’re in the valley and there are Mountain View’s in every direction . I hated to leave this beautiful place but will no doubt be back for future visits.

Family Vacation

It was clean and well stocked for cooking there instead of going out! The game room in the lower level is awesome for the kids, the hot tub is amazing and the wrap around porch is nice! The bad...it’s in a neighborhood which we didn’t understand when booking, there’s two new cabins being built on either side of you and they work 7 am to 7 pm (or later), there is no flat spot for the kids to play outside so they played in the road (it was a cul de sac) and finally the big one the pool was 2.2 miles from the cabin ( you have to drive as it’s on a busy highway and walking is not an option).

Great vacation home overlooking Wears Valley, Tennessee

Family had a great stay in the home. Good location for the things we wanted to do in Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg and Sevierville. Gave the cleanliness a 4 because the basement bath room tub was not clean and the tub drain was clogged with hair, but the property manager took care of it the next day. Great views from the wrap-around deck. Great sunsets and excellent view of the great fireworks display on July 4 that Wears Valley put on. Would stay again!
