Great little place!

We were in Hilton Head for the week and this condo fit our needs well. It was equipped with pretty much everything we needed, was clean on our arrival, things were in good working order, minus a light in the coffee nook. But we had a great stay.

Spring Break Getaway

We love staying at Fiddler’s Cove! Although, this was our first time in this particular condo. It was perfectly located in relation to the pool and beach. The walk/bike to the beach is short and very enjoyable. We really enjoyed the heated pool. This condo is located on the third floor, keep in mind there is no elevator, you must use the stairs. Very roomy for the three of us, as there are three beds. Nice kitchen to make our meals and we liked having a washer and drier in the condo. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would return again!

Great location

Easy walk to the beach and the provided wagon and chairs and beach toys was wonderful. The unit fit my family well and was clean and it was handy to dry our towels and clothes in the dryer. It is an older and a little worn down looking of a unit but we didn’t mind. Would’ve been nice to use the two pools on the property but they closed Nov 1

Fantastic location

A convenient and cozy getaway

A large and well-maintained condo property. Lots of nice options and an easy walk to the beach. I definitely recommend for budget-conscious families. Also, really appreciated that they had a ton of beach chairs, and gear already there.

Could’ve had fun

It was easy to get to the beach, would have love to swim in the pool but it was so yucky. We tried to call / text property manager but took days for her todays to respond to the issue so for 2.5 we had to be hot because the air conditioning wasn’t working properly.

Only negative thing....in the heat of the summer the walk to the beach is impossible.

Everything was wonderful. Very nice place to stay with very comfortable beds. The walk to the beach was very difficult in the heat of the summer. We waited till 7:00 in the evenings and even then we drove to the beach.

At 75 lugging big suitcases up 3 floors was a handful. And when trying to tune in TV was a nightmare. Confronted with 5 remotes and rain outside, i would take my chances with lightning. Ok for 35 and under or family with kids

Short bike ride to beach!

We enjoyed our stay at this unit. It was very roomy and set up nicely. The only issue was cleanliness upon arrival but we talked with property manager and the owner and everything was handled quickly. Master bed was like sleeping on a cloud! Would recommend based on price and size. We do prefer to stay on the water but this last minute unit was wonderful and would stay again.

When we arrived and unpacked m, realized that the a/c wasn’t working. I reached out to guest contact Megan and addressed the problem with her. 30 mins later she called back and said the technician would be there that evening and we were the 3rd stop on there route. We went for a walk on the beach and when we returned the technician was leaving and told us to enjoy the nice a/c. The walk to the beach from unit 15 was about 5 mins and nice. Overall it was a great trip

Cozy and just what we were looking for!

The condo was perfect . It was super cozy. The little things mean the most to me and this checked all the boxes. All of the beds were VERY comfortable. I sleep with a box fan and there was one provided in the closet!! There is parking directly outside , easy access to beach , and pools. It was very quiet and no bothersome noises or late night issues. The garbage collection is easy accessible as well. Kitchen had everything needed. There was plenty of tv , movies , books and games that were provided as well. The beach chairs provided was def a major plus as well. This was perfect for what we were looking for!!!

Plenty of room for a family of four with two young children. Easy walk to the beach! We enjoyed taking the private beach entrance (around condo building 22 or 23) and that area of the beach was so much less crowded than the public entrances. Our children loved the larger pool- plenty of room to play and swim! We also loved that this is a gated community. Close proximity to some of our favorite restaurants- Hudson’s and Skull Creek Boathouse! Our only complaint is that the condo didn’t seem to cool well, especially in the late afternoons and during the night. The AC worked, but it seemed to take multiple attempts for the unit to run. We contacted someone, but it was never looked at to my knowledge. You could hear the unit trying to come on both inside and outside of the building. We had one other small issue that was addressed a couple of days later. Would stay in Fiddler’s Cove again!

Overall this was a nice condo in a nice area, but it needs a bit of work before they continue to rent it out. There was a water leak in the master bedroom running down the wall and one of the toilet flushers wasn’t functioning properly. The dryer was also not functioning properly which was really disappointing because I specifically booked this property because it had a washer and a dryer.

Nice, but needed a couple things

The condo was pretty clean. Great location. Very short walk to the ocean beach. I felt safe in the gated community and it was close to pretty much everything. Parking was good. It had a small washer and dryer, but we had to clean it out cuz the person before us put powered soap where the fabric softener goes. We did a lot of cooking since we didn't want to eat out all the time. The oven door didn't open all the way cuz the cupboard was in the way. That was not fun. Watch out before using the oven because there were extra pans in there. We even found a dirty pan amongst the ones in the oven. Reminder, it does state that this is on third floor so it was hard to get big, heavy luggage up the stairs. Would I stay there again? Yes, I also couldn't check in cuz I didn't have the condo code and I called the number and someone was able to help me right away and even on a Sunday. Even with it being a gated community, Uber was able to come right to our condo with no troubles. The little private deck off the condo was nice, but needed a good scrubbing and sweeping. We could have used some more toilet paper because it was three girls staying there for four nights. We had to go buy more. Otherwise, it really was an ok place to stay and the rates were awesome for three people sharing it. oven. much everything.

Needs a good cleaning!

Property was as listed, just not very clean. When we arrived we were looking to heat up food and found a cookie sheet in the oven with crumbs all over it. The one kitchen drawer looked like someone spilled coffee on it. When I opened up the freezer there was hair in the drawer and it was dirty. I then went to check out the balcony. There was trash and a lot of chairs and beach toys all over the balcony. I tried to clean it up so we could use it and gave up. We kept the curtain closed most of the time so we didn’t have to look at it. Cable box did not work when we arrived. My husband had to change out the box with one from the bedroom. Internet connection was not good. I got kicked off just by going from the living room to the bathroom. I wish I could add pictures to this review. The closet in the small bedroom was disgusting. There was a clothes basket with bows and a lot of dirty linens. It is terrible. I would rate this property a 3.5. Owners need to check into their cleaning service because it’s definitely not getting cleaned properly when people check out. The bathroom off of the main bedroom had cracked paint on the walls and the pictures hanging looked like they hadn’t been clean since they were hung. The only paper products supplied was toilet paper and paper towels. We ended up going to the store for clorox wipes, tissues, extra paper towels. Disappointed and will not return to the property.

Hilton Head trip

Smaller than what the pictures show. Third floor and no elevator, plus a "walk" to the beach. Was clean, internet was not that good and Verizon didn't offer much, no hot water in the guest bathroom sink. Not a bad stay. Recommend for those who are younger and fit.
