Lovely, beachy cottage with quick access to Old Village + Chas

Amazingly attentive owner who answered within minutes of the few requests or questions we had over the month's stay. House is well taken care of - pool cleaners, lawn mowers came weekly, so everything was kept well. The house itself is well equipped in terms of kitchen items - Kitchenaid mixer, gourmet coffee maker for example. The living room had 2 swivel chairs and one low couch, so seating was limited a bit for "older" folks like us. Owner offered rack for our clothes in master bedroom as she said closet in master was locked. We turned down rack, but wished for more closet space in either master or guest room closet that was already quite full of owner's items. If rack is offered, suggest that you take it, especially for longer stay. Golf cart was great fun - as was the pool and surrounding patio. Not sure pics do the outside area justice. Overall, the house was great for our month vacation and the owner could not have more accomodating.

Perfect Little Cottage!!!

This was the most perfect spot for our girls getaway. It was in an excellent area a little outside of Charleston but we liked that. The Shem creek area is amazing and having a golf cart to cruise around in was so fun. The house had everything we needed. The decor is adorable, beds comfortable, kitchen and baths completely stocked and Deanna provided many extras that made our stay even more enjoyable. The landscaping in the yard and pool area is pristine and the pool fabulous. I highly recommend this property to anyone going to the Charleston area. Deanna was so helpful with suggestions for restaurants and fun things to do. She answered any questions we had very promptly. My friends and I loved our stay at this house.
