Just 350m from the beach with sea views! Unwind listening to the sounds of the sea. Enjoy a BBQ, have a drink, or play backyard cricket with loved ones, friends and family. Relax watching the kids play in the cubby and boat sandpit. Breath easy knowing the kids are keeping themselves occupied with the toys, books and games we supply. Or simply do nothing and enjoy your getaway doing what you want to do.

Situated on the beach side of Port Elliot Road, Coastal Hayborough is set on a huge 808m2 block — plenty of room for the whole family including the dog! Easy and scenic walk to the popular Chiton Rocks Surf Cafe and 3km from the centre of Victor Harbor and Port Elliot, with the choice of shops, cafes and tourist attractions. We are centrally located and well-positioned to be both convenient and attractive to those looking to escape the everyday.

Everything you need and more

Great home. Lots of space. Well stocked kitchen with everything we could ever need to cook with. Easy check in. The road can get quite busy, but the shutters kept out any noise and it's very quiet overnight. Beautiful location near the beach for excellent morning walks.

Beautiful & Convenient Location

This whole stay was super fun. The check-in was easy and the place was clean and as described. The location is equidistant between Victor Harbour and Port Elliot, making it very convenient. It’s a 5 minute walk from the beach and many scenic locations around!

A home away from home

We just loved the place! Everything you need was there. Felt like home. Communication was excellent and I’d recommend this place for anyone that wants a serene getaway but the convenience of all the amenities close by

Xmas in Hayborough

The property is ideal for a family of varying ages and pets. My grandchildren loved visiting me to play in the boat sand pit and cubby house. There were lovely little Xmas touches which was appreciated as we didn't bring any decorations. A very happy and comfortable stay.Thank you.

Hi there, upon our stay at this property. We found that the toilet requires repair. Towel racks in bathroom should be repaired. Shower screen requires cleaning. All bushes in driveway require trimming back as it's difficult to get belongings in / out of the car

Port Elliot getaway

Enjoyed the stay at this coastal house. Great as dog friendly and easy walk to beach. Pet shop next door for dog treats. Didn't have any issues.

Perfect home close to the beach

We absolutely loved our stay! It ended up just being my husband, myself and our child who could come in the end but we loved our stay. The yard is perfect and large, the beach is only 300m down the road and such a pretty spot, the house was clean, bed was comfy and overall was just such a comfy place that felt like home. We will definitely be back! Thank you for having us!

Nice homey house, but noisy and hard to get out of driveway on to main road during the day, Builders next door during the day, so very noisy, road traffic at night can be also very noisy.

Hayborough haven

We have stayed before, a year ago and found it just as comfortable. Stocked with all that we could want or need. Great lawn outside for dog run. VERY comfy bed/mattress that my husband's bad back appreciated. House had a great homey feel about it and really roomy. We were so relaxed that we didn't even use the telly. Main road a bit hard to negotiate into and out, but close to areas of Victor and Pt Elliot. Accommodating host. We will return. Good price, although cos my husband is a neat freak, we didn't need to pay a cleaning fee!

Property was great, a bit dated but had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Yard was big and secure for our fur baby. Enjoyed a family table tennis tournament too! Thanks to Tracey for a lovely short stay in port elliot.

Beautiful place to stay

Very neat and tidy, excellent communication with the host, easy check in and out, great beach views from the backyard, easy to get around the area and tourist attractions and beaches were nearby. Overall had a great experience with the kids and they enjoyed the backyard and their bedroom with toys to play with.

Hayborough stay

Great facility close to great beach , Port Elliot and Victor . We’ll set up kitchen and facilities. Yard was perfect for our grandchildren and little dog . We were a little concerned about being on the main road but traffic noise was not an issue for us . Tracey was a helpful and responsive host .

Just right

We had a wonderful stay at Coastal Hayborough that was just right for our family. Close enough to walk down the hill to the beach, but plenty of puzzles/boardgames/books to keep us entertained when the weather wasn't great. Very reasonably priced for the size, amenities and location. 100% recommend.

Near to everything

The house is very family friendly. The yard is brilliant. close to Victor short drive to everything on the south coast. on a main road but once inside, quiet and the focus is all out the back! Very pleasant stay.
