Ristrutturazione mozzafiato e panorami mozzafiato, non c'è niente di meglio di così! Goditi le viste mozzafiato dell'isola di Daufuskie e del Calibogue Sound da questa Sound Villa con 4 camere da letto e 4 bagni. Le splendide ristrutturazioni includono nuovi pavimenti in legno, nuova vernice, tutte le nuove porte in legno, finiture e rivestimenti in stile artigiano, cucina nuova di zecca con tutti i nuovi elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, ripiani in quarzo e backsplash in piastrelle di vetro. Entrando, scendi e troverai un'accogliente zona giorno e una camera da letto con letto king size. Entrambi possono accedere al patio privato. La zona lavanderia ha un dispositivo di raffreddamento delle bevande e un forno a microonde e un bagno completo che completa questo livello. Al secondo livello i tuoi occhi saranno immediatamente attratti dalle viste spettacolari! La zona giorno è evidenziata dalla cornice del camino recentemente ridisegnata, decorata con piastrelle di travertino turco. La zona giorno è aperta sulla zona pranzo che può ospitare 10 persone ed è aperta sulla cucina. C'è un bagno completo fuori dalla cucina e una camera da letto matrimoniale. La terza e la quarta camera da letto si trovano al 3 ° piano. La master suite è dotata di letti king size e bagno privato. La quarta camera ha due letti singoli e un bagno adiacente.

Situato a pochi passi dalle attività, dai negozi e dai ristoranti di South Beach Marina. Approfitta anche dei privilegi di tennis gratuiti al South Beach Racquet Club. Accesso diretto alla spiaggia dalla porta sul retro e una piscina in loco. La posizione di questa villa è difficile da battere!

Great Beach Townhome

We had 7 adults stay at this location. There was plenty of room for everyone, the place was well stocked, and the location was fantastic. Just a 30 second walk to the beach. We really enjoyed the stay!

So nice, we didn't want to go back

This was our second stay on the island. The first time we were in Coligny. The character of the resort was quiet, and away from people. The amenities were excellent, and we got to enjoy the whole property. Check-in and check-out were both quick and simple. Highly recommend this property.

Perfect Sea Pines location

This was a great family property with its proximity to the beach, pool and playground, and Salty Dog complex! There was plenty of room for 6 adults and 2 children. The kitchen was very well stocked for cooking and the decor was lovely and inviting. Loved seeing dolphins and birds from the deck every day too!

Nice family getaway

4 adults, 2 kids, plenty of space for all of us. This villa is one of the better-located units in the complex, closest to the beach which is down a small path, while also convenient to the pool. All rooms were clean and comfortable. In particular, the primary bedroom and bath, and the living room/kitchen seemed recently updated. It was an easy walk to the Salty Dog for ice cream and souvenir shopping.

Perfect Place

From the time we walked into the home we felt relaxed! The house was beautiful, well laid out and definitely well appointed! The kitchen had everything you could think about needing for cooking and dining. It was a straight shot to the beach, the decks and patio were very comfortable and relaxing. We had 1 infant and 8 adults and we never felt like we were on top of each other. Two of us were able to attend classes online while there and internet was not an issue. We will be booking this place again!

Family Tradion

We have been coming to Hilton Head yearly as a family for years. After not being able to come last year, this year was especially wonderful. The rental had everything we needed! It was a great week!

Great house and location

The house is exactly as described (great views, super clean, well equipped, comfortable beds). The location on the sound is great to be able to enjoy calm water and lounge in tubes while only being a very short walk to the ocean side. We saw LOTS of Dolphin including a group that was very close to shore on the day we arrived. The short walk to the Salty Dog was also very convenient for our daily ice cream trip!

Fantastic property!

We loved this property so much!! We would definitely return. We had 4 families with grandparents down to a 5 month old and it was a beautiful home and great space for all of us!!! Walking distance to the beach and pool, having a grill was amazing, the kitchen was fully stocked, and laundry was fantastic to have as well. They even had sand toys for the kids to enjoy! We never figured out the garage but just assumed it was locked and we couldn’t get into it, but would have loved for that to be in the welcome instructions or to be able to park our car inside (parking lot filled up a few times so we had to park at the Salty Dog, but that was very close - definitely not a deal breaker). The kids also loved having the playground so close! We walked there almost every night. Check in process was seamless and the guest portal was SO helpful! Answered so many of our questions!

Perfect for pickleballers

We really enjoyed our stay. The villa was SO spacious and the proximity to the beach was fantastic. A quick walk out and you are on the beach. I would suggest that renters be prepared to bring paper towels, toilet paper and napkins. Stop at the Publix on the way in. Also rent bikes as it’s a quick ride/walk to the tennis and pickleball courts, not to mention the Salty Dog. We would stay here again!

Great Place!

We loved the layout of this property! We had three in our family working remotely and a student working via zoom so everyone had a place. Only negative of this property was trying to figure out how to use the televisions with no cable, just smart TVs. Had we not had our millennial children with us we would not have been able to watch tv. Maybe more of an explanation written out would help? Great location and a wonderful place to watch the sun set and walk on the beach!

Family getaway

We loved this property and location. It was exactly as portrayed, close to our favorite Hilton Head spots, had easy beach access, and offered lots of privacy when needed. We would definitely stay here again!!

Beautiful location

The condo was very clean, very comfortable, and the location was perfect. Beautiful views, easy walk to beach and pool, and wonderfully stocked kitchen. Our family reconnected and had a restful stay. Thank you for sharing this beautiful home!

Awesome Time

Both the townhome and the location of the property were perfect! We were able to walk to the Marina / Salty Dog area with the kids. When staying in, the home had everything you could want. Very well equipped, updated, and easy to call home for the week away! I would definitely book this location again!

Awesome week

We had a great time at the sound villas. The house was very nice with great access to the beach. The entire sea pines plantation is ideal with tons of different things to keep us occupied. We couldn't ask for anything more.

We loved it!

My family of five adults and four children ages 2-7 just returned from a week at this property. We loved it! I believe we have found the perfect fit for our family for the next few years anyway. The house is very well-equipped for a large group and is kid friendly while still being tastefully decorated and comfortable for adults. The location suited us so well as we could use our cast net, fish, ride bikes, etc without the crowds. The Vacation Company was responsive to every request. We plan to rent this location again next season.

Terrific location with some issues. 25th Year visiting Hilton Head.

This property is perfectly situated in South Beach. Short walk to the beach at the rear of property. The very small community pool is nice and I could walk to the South Beach shops in under 10 minutes. To walk to the beach however, you need to walk thru rooms that most probably have someone asleep in them. The Beach is perfect. At times it seems to be a private beach with few people around. The set up of this house is not perfect. The third floor is the best. Two rooms...one with two small children sized beds and the master bedroom. Each have a private bath. The main floor (second floor up a short flight of steps) is the main floor. Small kitchen, large dining room table squeezed into a small dining room. It worked out for the 9 of us but is was tight. Only room for one person in kitchen. This is the floor with a very nice rear deck and view of Calibougie Sound. There is another bedroom on this floor with a King sized bed. The problem with this is that the bathroom is not within the room but outside and is used by everyone on this floor as the "powderoom". The lack of privacy for the bedroom occupants is a debit to this property. The door also is louvered so the sound comes thru. There is no chance to get much sleep if others are awake. There are 18 painted steps taking you from the top to the bottom of the house. The steps are slippery if your feet are wet. A hazard in my opinion. The bottom floor is horrible. The space has a pull out sofa bed in one room and a double bed in another room. No private bathroom for either and no place to hang clothes. Considering what the unit rental is, bedding should be provided for the couch but it is not! This is a basement that was converted and the conversion is hap hazard in my opinion. No TV in the bedroom is a big miss. The washer and dryer is in the area between the two rooms and again, the lack of privacy is an issue. A louvered door is also installed here, allowing for noise to flow into the room. This is the area that leads to the walkway to the beach. BTW, no jumping dolphins when we were there. A few swam by without saying hello. The Management Company was very responsive to some property issues. I appreciated their help. I think the unit is over priced for what I received. A similar unit rented at the same time was $1000 less per week. I would not go back to this unit for the price, but I think with some upgrades/changes, it could be awesome. 25th year visiting HH. I think South Beach is the best.

October 2015 at Sound Villa

October 2015 at 1457 Sound Villa was an amazing experience. Great location. Well stocked kitchen. Comfy king beds. Perfect deck for enjoying sunsets over the water. Beach only steps away. Salty Dog. Bike rides. Golf. Thank you Sisk family for allowing us to enjoy your Sea Pines home.
