Guests initially enter Water's Edge by walking from the driveway to the front door. Once you enter your code within the electronic door lock on the front door, you will enter the home's first floor, which features an entryway, living room, family room, dining area, kitchen, screened porch, master suite and spiral staircase to the second floor. You can access the screened porch from the dining area and the patio from the family room. Walk up the spiral staircase to find the queen suite, guest bedroom and hallway bathroom. You can access the second floor deck from the queen suite and guest bedroom.

NO SMOKING. NO PETS. Tenant must be 25 years old. Reservations made for younger individuals will not be honored without any accompanying adult staying in the home at ALL times. NO PARTIES, EVENTS, PERFORMING ARTISTS OR BANDS ALLOWED AT ANY TIME. You may not exceed the maximum occupancy at any time — day or night. Fireplace is NOT available for guest use. These are causes for eviction with no refund, and may damage our ability to offer the home for future guests exposing you to liability. Sea Pines is a private gated community with very specific rules and regulations. Motorcyles, motorhomes, recreational vehicles, trailers, golf carts, are not permitted in Sea Pines. Any nonconforming vehicle will be turned away by Sea Pines security. No weddings or events can be held on rental property premises.

Due to limited parking availability at the Sea Pines Beach Club, the complimentary Sea Pines Trolley is available to take rental guests between designated stops and the Sea Pines Beach Club continuously during the hours of 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Between early March and Labor Day, rental guests will not be able to park at the Sea Pines Beach Club or Plantation Club overflow lot.
