Fantastic Apartment on Piazza Navona

Emma was such a gracious host, helped us arrange transport from the airport when we arrived and was waiting to meet us when we got to the apartment. Apartment was exactly as pictured, beautiful and well kept, and had everything we needed for a week in Rome. The location is amazing, the views of Piazza Navona and access to all the surrounding areas was so great for us, two adults and two teens exploring Rome. Would highly recommend this property if you’re looking for this type of space in Rome.

Fun Location

The apartment is very comfortable and sunny. The beds are comfortable, and the kitchen is well-equipped. It's great fun looking out over the Piazza Navona, and the location, overall, is great. Beware the wifi is only adequate for one person at a time and, sometimes, not even that. It might be the same in the old areas of Rome, generally.

Magical Navona

I cannot imagine a better location. It is not only central to many walkable attractions, it commands a permanent view of the stunning Piazza Navona. The space itself reminded us of a movie set with spacious vintage elegance and a comfortable array of sleeping arrangements for a family of six. The small but efficient kitchen delighted us and served well for the few times we weren't out sampling the nearby dining options.Our host worked hard to accomodate our language and cultural confusion. She quickly arranged drivers at the last moment and smoothed over problems of our own making. All six of us would recommend this space with genuine enthusiasum.Thank you Emma, for your expertise and generosity

Great experience!

You couldn't ask for a more centrally located property to all the major sites than this apartment. It is within walking distance to most of the classics, and well situated to hundreds of bars, restaurants and markets. The apartment itself is very spacious, well laid out, functional, clean and well appointed. It has a lift for those that may have difficulty with stairs, so that's a bonus. I would highly recommend this property without hesitation! Emma our property manager was absolutely great. She is very kind and attentive, and was very helpful in arranging our stay and in helping with transportation solutions. Overall a great experience.

Leave your cares at home - go to Rome

This is the second time we have stayed at this apartment. Very clean, well appointed and the location alone is a 10. We would stay there a third time!

Piazza Navona Gem

This is a very central location if it's your first time in Rome as it was for the larger part of our group. The apartment is older, like most buildings here and could use new AC in the living room and at least one of the rooms, but it was not uncomfortable at night. Overall a great stay and hosts.

Wonderful

Can’t beat the location. Central to everything and lovely views of the piazza Navano. Apartments stays cool and the space was larger than expected. Truly a special place. Unfortunately, the fountains are down for maintenance in the piazza and look to be for several more months. Did slow the crowds a lot. I would make only 1 recommendation to the owner: consider new beds. They seemed well worn with body impressions and was a little uncomfortable. Would stay again if we’re back in the area. Thanks Emma and Pepe!

Emma’s property is first rate and in a wonderful location. The apartment itself is outstanding and a great place for relaxation and seeing Rome. Emma’s many helpful dining recommendations were great. We will eagerly stay with Emma again.

Navona Apartment

The apartment was great for our group of 7 and was close to the places we intended to visit during our short stay. Our host was responsive and helpful. We would stay there again if we had the opportunity.

Perfect Place!

The apartment was in the perfect place, the Piazza Novana. You are close to everything within a walking distance. 30-minute walk to the Colosseum, 20-minute walk to the Vatican and 10-minute walk to the Trevi, Spanish Steps, the Pantheon, etc. Don't forget to visit the "Steelers Bar", La Botticella if you're a Steelers fan! Emma was absolutely great to work with! The apartment was just as described and fit our family of 5 perfectly! Having 3 bathrooms was awesome, since it allowed everyone to clean up quickly before going out for the evening for dinner and to walk around. The sushi restaurant next door was a great place to eat, when we needed a break from all of the pasta and pizza. The Taxi station was 1 minute around the corner which would be convenient for a smaller group of people. Trying to find a taxi for 5 is very hard. Most, if not all taxis, only hold 4. If we ever go back to Rome, we would definitely stay in this apartment again.

Amazing apartment in the center of Rome!

Emma was an amazing host for our stay in Rome. The apartment was perfect for our family of 5. The apartment was in a wonderful location and had an amazing view of Piazza Navona. It was wonderful to be able to cook breakfasts on our own and have a place to go in the afternoon for a brief time to escape the blazing summer heat. The kitchen was well stocked and enabled us to prepare dinner and breakfasts easily. It was wonderful to have three full bathrooms to making getting ready/cleaning up easy to do. One word of advice to travelers from the US-washcloths are not common in Europe; if you would like to have washcloths, you need to bring your own. Enjoy your stay in this amazing flat. We would definitely stay here again when we return to Rome!

Family Italy Trip

Our family of 5 adults from the USA stayed here and this apartment exceeded our expectations. It was our first trip to Rome, and we had much to see, and this location was prime. You are walking distance from most of the big ticket spots. The living room is a great social space and you can open the windows and overlook the piazza. The host was lovely and helpful and was there to meet us in person to check in. One item of note is that there is a washer but no dryer. But you can simply wash your clothes and put them on a rack and let them dry in the sun (just like the locals do). Being from the USA that may sound like a huge inconvenience but it’s honestly not a big deal at all. If we ever go back to Rome it’s likely we’ll stay here again. It was an absolutely awesome experience and I fully recommend this place. -Anthony

Our visit to Rome

We thoroughly enjoyed our three night stay!! There were three couples traveling together to celebrate my husband’s retirement. The apartment location was perfect and we had plenty of room to relax. Emma was a fabulous host as well!

Amazing Home...

This home is amazing... The view of the Piazza is spectacular! The home is very clean, with lots of room for a big family. Emma, the host is amazing... She met us and showed us everything, she even made dinner reservations for us. When we left, we forgot something at the home and she went above and beyond, mailing it back to us. My only advice is; rent this beautiful property now, before someone else does. You will love it! We can't wait to come back...

Beautiful view and central location

This apartment has a gorgeous view of Piazza Navona with large windows that you can open so you can hear and see all the activity in the piazza. The apartment is clean and comfortable. The check in process was easy and helpful with great restaurant recommendations. Easy 5-20 minute to walk to any of the main Roman sites.

Feel the Energy of Rome

We had a fantastic stay at this property, the location cannot be beat. It's right in the heart of Rome, the windows open onto the Piazza Navona. The linens and bathrooms were very clean, beds comfortable, and kitchen well-equipped. Very safe and well-lit, doors were secure. Usual quirks with an old building, nothing out of the ordinary for Europe. There is a lift to help with luggage, which was definitely useful. The host was readily available via WhatsApp. We had one issue with a key not working properly shortly after arriving. The host returned immediately and gave us a new one to make sure we didn't waste any time on our vacation. He also provided us restaurant recommendations for the area, and got us a driver to/from the airport. This made for an excellent family vacation in a city I had never visited before. Five stars all around -- I cannot recommend this property enough!
