About this property

Holiday apartment in a small block of 16 overlooking the southern part of Lake Lugano, on the south side of of the Monte Generoso. The large south-facing balcony overlooks the bay of Capolago.
The flat features a main bedroom with a Queen size bed. the small bedroom has a single bed that can be pulled out. The lounge room has opens up to the balcony and has a sofabed and HD satellite HD TV. The kitchen is fully equipped incl. espresso machine and dishwasher with an adjoining dining table seating up to 5 people. There is a heated pool on the rooftop, where you will also find a large terrace with a BBQ area and ping pong table.

Heerlijk met zwembad

Fijn appartement, met erg fijn gedeeld zwembad. Mooi uitzicht, priveterras! Problemen met de garagedeur werd meteen goed opgepakt ondanks dat de host in Australië verbleef. Kleine minpuntjes: ivm hoge temperaturen en alleen 1 ventilator en geen airco was het enorm warm en benauwd. Vooral ''s nachts. WiFi was nogal een speurtocht, er was een simkaart aanwezig maar die moesten we zelf zoeken in oude telefoons/router en werkte de eerste dag niet. Host was behulpzaam maar kon ook niet echt helpen. Onnodig veel tijd moeten besteden aan installeren van een simkaart. Helaas wel veel geluid van de snelweg te horen. We hebben genoten van onze vakantie, vooral door het zwembad en het grote terras.

Unzumutbarer Zustand

Das Objekt hat zwar eine wunderschöne Terrassenaussicht, jedoch wird sich um die Sauberkeit nicht viel bemüht. Fleckige/ tws. Fleckig verschmutzte Bettwäsche , Spinnweben und tote Spinnen in Jeder Badezimmerecke, , lebendige Spinnen im Schalfzimmer, Ameisen in der Küche und Essbesteck/ Geschirr mit alten Essensresten. In den Schränken kaum Platz für die Klamotten 1 Person, geschweige denn für 5 erwartete Gäste. Wir sind nach einer notgedrungen verbrachten Nacht( erst nach 19h angekommen) am nächsten morgen wieder abgereist.

Appart correct malgre bruit autoroute. Isolee et difficile sans voiture.super marche trop loin.

Mauvaise communication pour acceder a la propriete. A offert le Wifi auquel nous n'avons pas pu acceder. Informations fournis au compte goutte. Une note explicative d'instructions (evacuation dechet, code wifi, recyclage, tv instructions uniquement en Allemand). Salle de bain petite. Une note d'instructions devrait etre affichee dans.l'appartement). Avons du ecourter.notre sejour au final par manque de commodites.

Loved the view from the balcony and the pool. The apartment was super clean and had everything I need.

Das an sich freundlich eingerichtetes Appartement mit fantastischem Seeblick ist schon in die Jahre gekommen und wirkt in vielen Teilen ungepflegt . Das „ Kinderzimmer“ ist sehr klein und die Matratze komplett durchgelegen. Die große Terrasse ist genauso ungepflegt und lädt nicht wirklich zum draußen sitzen ein, trotz der schönen Markise Wir haben uns leider nicht wohl gefühlt und das Preisleistungsverhältnis geht nicht auf

Chouette appart avec piscine

Dommage propreté reste à désirer. La propriétaire n étant pas en Suisse la propriétaire ne s’en doutait pas. Elle a assuré s’en charger pour les prochaines locations ! Wifi à payer en plus ! Qualité - prix : ok Emplacement ; top , attention besoin d’une voiture Disponibilité de la propriétaire : réponse rapide : oui Piscine : super Je recommande pour les familles !
