3 Bedroom, 3.5 Bathroom Tuscan Inspired Villa. Large gourmet kitchen with KitchenAid commercial style appliances. Kitchen is open to the dining area and adjoining Great Room which features tongue and groove ceiling. Great Room is the perfect place to relax in front of the wood burning fireplace or premium flat panel TV. The large courtyard off the Living Room, features a wood burning fireplace. Family Room opens to an intimate veranda which is the perfect place to enjoy a glass of wine and take in the view! The twin bedroom just off the Family Room on the main floor sleeps two. Enjoy the grand Master Suite, luxurious King size bed and sumtous bedding. The bedroom has a walk-in closet and a private veranda. The master bath features a spacious glass shower and two vanities with granite countertops. There is a second King suited bedroom with sitting area and ensuite bathroom. Beautifully situated, this villa has great views of the vineyards and of the North Georgia Mountains.

Mitch is an Engineer working in the medical field and he enjoys renovating homes and has a special love for muscle cars. Tonya co-owns an adoption agency in Georgia which specializes in conducting home studies. She also facilitates Ukrainian adoptions. Mitch and Tonya have two teen age children and a maltese dog.
Why they chose this property
We came to Le Vigne restaurant for brunch in early summer 2012 and fell in love with what we discovered. The Tuscan inspired homes were gorgeous and the views breathtaking.
What makes this property unique
