6 week stay

Just had a 6 week stay in this property. Hedwig and Andreas are the perfect hosts, always at hand if there were any problems. Because of the length of our stay the apartment was thoroughly cleaned every 10 days. There are plenty of ski resorts within easy reach (20 mins to a maximum of 40 mins). There are a couple of good restaurants nearby, one a 10 minute walk and the second a 5 minute drive. I know some people mentioned no oven but to be honest you just plan your meals around that fact. It wasn’t a problem for us and we had a long stay.

Excellent.

We have now probably 7 years since we are using the HomeAway website to organize our vacations. This year though, we were not sure if we can make it for the February half term , which resulted in a late booking All that being said, for the late time of the booking, for the location and for the service, the price was unbelievable, 65 Euros/night for an apartment which could easily accommodate up to six people. The owners, whom live on the site, on the ground floor apartment are absolutely lovely, friendly, helpful, chatty and not interfering. The house is very close to the motorway , very warm, very quiet. Two nicely sized bedrooms and a third, smaller. The kitchen for some might seem a bit small but for us (4 people) was perfect. The only down side is that the cooker has only two stoves , and not any oven , just a microwave , which can be a little bit difficult if you like cooking at home (like we do) , but, never mind, we have managed to have some delicious meals. We always buy food from the local shops, to be am honest, if you see the color of the yolk from an egg bought there locally...you'll come to know what quality means. We drove to Altenmark im Pongau and Radstadt daily, we spent a day in SALZBURG, and , like every other time , we just hope we'll be able to go there in summer time, Warfen is famous for its ice caves. I will strongly recommend this apartment , there are two for rent, if bigger size parties . Thank you very much Hedwig and thank you to your husband as well.

Sehr netter Aufenthalt

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Die Gastgeber*innen sind ausgesprochen nett und waren jederzeit für uns da. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht inkl. Abstell- und Trocknungsmöglichkeiten für die Ski-Ausrüstung. Supermarkt und Bahnhof sind fußläufig zu erreichen.

Leuk appartement

We hebben een fijn verblijf gehad. Genoeg ruimte, goed schoon en ontzettend lieve en attente eigenaren. We hadden een fantastische vakantie want er is genoeg te doen in de buurt. We hebben dan ook een vrij intensieve vakantie gehad. Hierdoor liepen we aan tegen een heel klein minpuntje. Het zou fijn zijn als er een woonkamertje was. Of een plekje waar we met t gezin samen de dag konden afsluiten op een relaxte manier. Maar dit was geen groot probleem aangezien het duidelijk was aangegeven. Al met al een fantastisch verblijf gehad.

Erster Aufenthalt in Österreich

Es war unser erster Aufenthalt in Österreich. Unsere Gastgeber, Familie Hofer, haben uns überaus herzlich empfangen. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gepflegt und es ist alles vorhanden, was für den Aufenthalt nötig ist. Die Umgebung ist traumhaft und es sind viele Ausflugsziele in kürzester Zeit erreichbar. Es war auch für jeden etwas dabei. (Wir sind mit 3 Kindern im Alter von 9 bis 14 Jahren gereist.). Wir werden bestimmt nochmal dorthin reisen, da alles in einer Woche dann doch nicht zu besichtigen war. ist.

Vriendelijke gastheer en -dame. Accommodatie ligt op 20 minuten van Flachau en is rustig gelegen. Kleine keuken, enigszins gedateerd naar moderne begrippen maar voldoet prima.

Herzlicher Service

Wir sind mit unserer Wahl sehr zufrieden. Wir wurden sehr herzlich Empfangen und durch außergeöhnlichem Service überrascht (z.B. tägliche Trocknung unserer Ski-Schuhe, selbstgekochte Marmelade,...). In einer Viertelstunde waren wir mit dem Auto im Skigebiet St. Johann. Wir können diese Kombination sehr empfehlen!

Urlaub

trotz das meine Auto Batterie Defekt war hatten wir einen schönen Urlaub. Die Vermieter waren sehr sehr freundlich und haben geholfen wo es ging. zur Lage der Unterkunft es ist sehr schön vor Ort und ruhig. innerhalb 5 Minuten ist man auch bei einem Supermarkt. es gibt viele tolle Sehenswürdigkeiten die man innerhalb einer Woche nicht bewältigen kann. alles in allem war es eine super schöner Urlaub und eine super tolle und freundliche Unterkunft

Het verblijf in Oostenrijk was ok. Het appartement is voorzien voor 6 personen. Wij waren met 3 volwassenen en 2 kinderen. Wij vonden het naar de kleine kant. In de keuken zijn er slechts twee kookplaten en weinig opbergruimte. De slaapkamers zijn ruim voldoende. Iedere slaapkamer is voorzien van een kleine badkamer met douche. Er is een groot en mooi terras. We misten een aparte zitplaats met comfortabele zetel. Halverwege onze vakantie is het appartement volledig gepoetst en kregen we verse lakens op de bedden en handdoeken in iedere badkamer. Dit is meer dan te appreciëren. De eigenaars doen echt moeite om alles netjes te houden. De omgeving is zeker kindgericht. In een straal van 30km om het appartement zijn er heel veel leuke activiteiten te beleven, zoals wandelingen, kabelbanen, zwembaden, ... Salzburg ligt slechts op 30 minuten rijden wat het leuk maakt om deze stad te bezoeken. Zorg zeker dat je een Salzburgerlandkaart hebt (wij hebben deze op voorhand aangekocht) Zo kan je heel wat activiteiten gratis doen, op vertoon van deze kaart. Je haalt het dubbel en dik eruit. Op een kleine 20 minuten stappen is er een zeer grote en leuke speeltuin voor kinderen met katrol, evenwichtsparcours, schommel, ... Er is ook een drinkfontein aanwezig. Wij hadden zeker een fijne vakantie. De eigenaars zijn aangenaam en steeds aanspreekbaar.

Lovely hosts and location

The hosts of this property are the kindest people and they take great pride in maintaining their property. We enjoyed the location as it is close to Salzburg and other local sites. The ice caves were really a highlight for us. We will be going back someday for sure.

Sehr zu empfehlen

Super nette Vermieter. Trotz seiner Nähe zur Autobahn ist das Haus sehr ruhig gelegen mit tollem Blick auf die Berge. Es ist sehr gepflegt und alles da, was man braucht. Guter Startpunkt für vielerlei Ausflüge in Stadt und Natur.

Es gibt nichts zu meckern.

Geräumige Unterkunft, alles, was man braucht ist da. Sehr sauber und in den Betten konnten wir super schlafen. Die Familie ist super nett, sehr kinderfreundlich. Wir können die Unterkunft ohne Einwände weiter empfehlen.

Top Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis

Sehr nette Vermieter, gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Die Wohnung ist von der Einrichtung her schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber dennoch sauber und ordentlich. Leider hat die Küche keinen Backofen. Das ist aber auch schon das einzige Manko.

Trotz plötzlicher Erkrankung haben wir uns wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung ist gut gelegen, die Pisten sind auf schnellem Weg mit dem Auto erreichbar, genauso wie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu Fuß.

Traumurlaub

Der erste Wanderurlaub für uns und unsere Kinder. Wir wurden sehr herzlich von den Vermietern empfangen. Das Wasser war schon im Kühlschrank kalt gestellt. Später gab es dann himmlischen Apfelkuchen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, es fehlte an nichts. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit, wir haben uns bei Fragen zu Auslugszielen immer an sie wenden können. Zwischendurch wurde die Bettwäsche gewechselt, die Handtücher alle drei Tage. Besonders gefreut haben wir uns über das Gemüse aus dem eigenen Garten. Wir haben uns in den zwei Wochen sehr wohl gefühlt und würden gerne erneut dort Urlaub machen.

Herzliche Vermieter, schöne Fewo, Sehenswürdigkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe

Wir waren in einer Fewo im Dachgeschoss mit Balkon. Ausgestattet mit 2 Schlafzimmern mit Doppelbett und jeweils einem kleinen Bad mit Dusche und Waschbecken. WC ist separat. Ein Einzelzimmer mit Waschbecken. Küche. Gemütlich eingerichtet. Handtuchwechsel nach 3 Tagen. Liebevolle Gastgeber, die Getränke waren schon im Kühlschrank kalt gestellt bei Anreise. Sowie immer mal frisches Gemüse aus dem eigenen Garten und selbst gebackenen Pflaumenkuchen. Es wurde immer nachgefragt ob wir uns wohlfühlen oder noch etwas benötigen. Kinderbücher, Romane und Brettspiele vorhanden. Ausflugsziele sind ganz in der Nähe. Bis Bischofshofen sind es nur 6km, dort ist ja die Schanze, aber man auch günstig einkaufen und tanken. Sehr zu empfehlen ist auch das Freibad dort. Mit der Gästekarte bekommt man auch Rabatt auf den Eintritt in die Eisriesenwelt und die Burg Hohenwerfen. Sehr gute Verkehrsverbindung. Reichlich Flyer für Ausflugsziele gibt es im Treppenhaus. Parkplatz am Haus. Für Wintergäste gibt es Abstellmöglichkeiten und Trockenraum im Keller. Alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wir kommen mal wieder.

Een prima woning voor een goede prijs.

Prima woning met drie ruime kamers met goede bedden. De keuken is weliswaar niet groot maar goed uitgerust met voldoende bestek en kookgerei. Ook waren we zeer tevreden over de douches, de broodjeservice en het elke dag droogmaken van onze skischoenen! De eigenaren zijn zeer aardige mensen. We komen graag nog een keer terug.
