The spacious property is located on the edge of Guatiza, on the foothills of the Cadereta Volcano. Behind the property is a large natural reserve.

The 2,000 m² property is communally accessible. The community pool offers welcome refreshment on a hot day. There is even a trampoline. Enjoy the views over the valley all the way to the ocean.

Guatiza is a village in northern Lanzarote. In town you will find the cactus garden designed by César Manrique, complete with a windmill and a cafe. There is also a supermarket, a town hall, a pizzeria, a post office and an atm. It is close to the island's most famous Barranco. Hiking and bicycle trails leave from the property. It is 2 km to Mala with swimming coves and two great restaurants. Arrieta (six kilometres) is a traditional fishing village with restaurants on the ocean and a sandy beach. It is 16 km to Orzola with its beautiful beaches. In Costa Teguise (12 km), you can scuba dive and wind surf and enjoy a meal in a restaurant.

A cosy sitting area surrounded by palm trees and cacti is great for relaxing. There is also a barbecue.

The 55 m² house can accommodate up to four people. Upon entering the house, you enter the living/dining room. The open plan kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances. There is a gas stove and oven and also a coffee maker, a fridge and a toaster. The dining nook is furnished with a table, chairs and a television. A fireplace offers a cosy atmosphere. The two bedrooms are furnished with a king size double bed each. Then there is a bathroom with a shower and a toilet.
