Cozy Creek on a Loud Mtn.Creek- Hot Tub, Fireplace,Romantic,Grill,WiFi,Private
This great little cottage sits right on the creek. Just passed the creek is the Pisgah National Forest and you can hike in the serene forest. Thiis cottage has a landline and the wifi is really fast. Just a four mile drive up the road is the Blue Ridge Parkway with some of the most beautiful views in the world. The hot tub in the cottage is great to come back to after a long day of hiking. There is also a grill on the porch for cooking that big steak or catch of the day.

We really enjoyed our trip. The cabin was perfect for us the hot tub was awesome to have on the cold nights and the creek was so awesome Everything was within a 20 minute drive. The pizza place at the end of the road was really good for a quick dinner.
We had a great time staying in this cozy house nestled in the woods beside the creek. We enjoyed hearing the rippling creek while relaxing in the rocking chairs and breathing in the fresh mountain air. This place was just perfect for our couples getaway.
Cute little cabin, comfortable, very cool inside with all the AC units. Really enjoyed the private hot tub and the sound of the creek. Good spot, close to our hot air balloon ride, lots of beautiful waterfalls on the way up, plenty of scenic drives & hiking, close to all the things in Asheville. We had a great time!

The property was mostly great. It's a beautiful location and is as described in the listing. The only drawback and the reason I'm giving 4 stars is that the mattress was kind of sunken in in the middle and really needs to be replaced. Everything else was great.
Quaint little cabin with rustic appeal and decor. Right on a peaceful stream, nice hot tub on a large porch over looking stream. Great mountain getaway.

Nice cozy cabin perfect for a couple
The view was amazing. Nice creek behind the cabin, and just a short ride to the Blue Ridge parkway or downtown Asheville.
The creek was awesome, hot tub was good, nice to have a washer/ dryer as this stay was part of a 15 day road trip. There were ants in the kitchen, but we made sure no food was left out. Overall i would highly recommend! Very cozy and quiet, calm area

Great retreat, location and amenities!!!
We had a great stay and especially ENJOYED the hot tub. Great quiet location and close to Asheville and Blue Ridge Pkwy. The sound of the water flowing down the creek added to the outdoor environment. We hope to return soon...
This cabin had all the features that we were looking for… listening to the creek out back with access from the deck is just like heaven. It also had a great hot tub outside and was a little cabin in the woods with a fireplace. They do need to do a few cosmetic updates that I relayed to the owner so hopefully next time everything will be five stars.
This cottage is in a great location if your looking for a place to stay in the Pisgah area. Gas and groceries are close by, and the drive to the Blue Ridge Parkway is an awesome one. The cottage was clean, and easy to find. I received immediate answers to my questions. It has a great back deck to relax on, with a creek directly off of it. It was nice to sit in a hot tub which looks off the deck, into the forest!
The cabin is very cozy and is right on a stream. Back portion of home sand patio is very private. Nice hot tub. The fire pit is in the front yard which is not very private, wish it was at the back of property. This is a semi private rental as you are on a road. Let the goat know of small items that would make stay more enjoyable but nothing that would ruin a stay or make us not rent here again. Very responsive host.

Mrs and Mr vacation
We went on a little vacation to rest, relax and enjoy one another in this busy world. The cozy cottage was great! We enjoyed our time there and I loved the hot tub! Will be even better as temps drop. The location was great as few miles from Blue Ridge Pkwy so we hiked. We also went to Asheville several times which is about a 25 minute drive for great food and fun. There is a great pottery studio very near the cottage that we enjoyed and bought several gifts. We hope to return in October or November.
Cabin was small and cozy. Shower was very good. Hot tub was good in beginning, but heater couldn't keep up. It was 15 degrees one night and snow, so that was part of the problem. Glad it is was under roof because it rained the first night. Didn't spend a lot of time there, so for us it was a very good trip.
We loved this cabin. Sitting out on the deck next to the creek was so relaxing and the location in between many great locations in Pisgah National Forest and Asheville was the perfect balance for our vacation. The cabin was perfectly sized for 2 adults and our dog.
Temperatures ranged from 50 to 78 during our visit and the wall A/C unit and radiators were able to keep us quite comfortable. I'm not sure if that would have been the case had it been significantly warmer or colder.
The only thing that could have been better was the mattress. An upgrade here would be nice.
The property is semi private and easy to locate. The check in process was easy and convenient. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. It’s fairly close to food and grocery stores but secluded enough to feel like a getaway. Our only complaint was that the yard guy showed in the morning and was very loud and invasive of the romantic morning we had planned. But property manager was very apologetic and tried to make up for the inconvenience so that was nice. The bed was not very comfortable to sleep on but everything else in the house was cozy. We would definitely stay here again.
Sometimes you find out the hard way. This would be the perfect place to stay in the fall or winter. But it is impossible during the summer. That is unless you don't mind sleeping in an 80 degree room. This one bedroom cabin has a single window AC unit in the dining room. The unit is maybe a 5000 BTU unit intended for a single room up to 150 sq. ft. Which is all well and good if you want to sleep in the dining room. It does very little for cooling the bedroom. There is a box fan provided as well. After trying multiple way to get air flowing into the rest of the house, I tried everything from placing a chair on top of the small table in the kitchen, next to the AC unit with the box fan in the chair to move air with no luck. It was so uncomfortable that the only way to get relief was to spend the night in the truck in the driveway. At least there was AC in the truck. We didn't use the hot tub for fear that it was already unbearable in the house and we did not want to further the discomfort. Very disappointed. I am not one to leave a bad review as I am a realtor who has managed hundreds of vacation rentals along the coast over the last 13 years and I understand sometimes things happen. But, in this case a second AC in the bedroom would be a $200 investment in a nearly $200 per night unit that would make a world of difference. It's done now, the money is spent and the milestone birthday we were celebrating has come and gone. If your vehicle AC works, you should be ok like we were.
We loved staying here. Everything was clean and hottub was nice after a long day out. Great private location close to Ashville.
