Ven y disfruta de esta hermosa casa recién amueblada Estrella Mountain Ranch. Disfrute del caluroso día soleado de Arizona en la piscina privada del patio trasero o trote / camine por el hermoso lago cercano.
Esta casa es de 2500 pies cuadrados con cuatro dormitorios y un comedor y sala. Esta casa puede dormir 9 en privado y 11 usando el sofá y el futón que está en el estudio. Hay espacio para que 12 coman cómodamente, usando la mesa del comedor con capacidad para seis, la mesa de la cocina con capacidad para cuatro y el mostrador con capacidad para dos. Nuestros huéspedes disfrutarán de una cocina completa con encimeras de granito y totalmente equipada con ollas y sartenes y todas las cosas necesarias para disfrutar de una comida.

El dormitorio principal de arriba cuenta con una cama king size, TV de pantalla grande y baño principal con bañera profunda.

También arriba hay una habitación de matrimonio con un baño adyacente. Al otro lado del pasillo del baño hay una habitación con dos literas gemelas, espacio suficiente para que cuatro duerman.

En la planta baja hay una habitación queen más con otro baño completo directamente afuera de la puerta. Este baño conduce a la piscina exterior, por lo que no tiene que caminar por la casa mojada para llegar al baño cuando está nadando.

En el estudio, tenemos un futón con un sistema de juego de wii para otro lugar para pasar el rato y relajarse.

Cada habitación tiene un televisor, excepto la habitación con literas, pero hay una gran televisión en el estudio y la sala de estar. **** La casa tiene alfombras y muebles nuevos, colchones.

Si traes pequeños, no te preocupes. Todavía puede relajarse afuera en los muebles del patio mientras deja que los más pequeños jueguen en el patio. También proporcionamos una silla alta, una silla hinchable y un pack n play para que haya menos que traer cuando viaje.

Big house in gorgeous neighborhood

Estrella Mountain Ranch is seriously somewhere I would move. This house was perfect for our needs. We did end up paying for the extra pool heat which we never used because it wasn’t warm enough for us outside - this was our mistake, not paying attention to the weather. There’s a little bit of misinformation between the online check in info and the notebook onsite but we figured it out. We didn’t have any extra garbage bags or toilet paper but we messaged the owners and it was promptly delivered. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Home

We are local to the area but having renovations done to our home and had to leave for a couple of weeks. The host was VERY accommodating and communicative. Her normal property manager had fallen ill and was unavailable to check out property beforehand however everything still looked great. Host was very intent on making sure we had everything we needed and offered to send us anything we may need through Amazon. 10/10 would stay here again if I needed something in close proximity to work and kids school.

Great location near lakes

Property is clean, great location within the development. Excellent response with property owner. Property could use upgrades with interior lighting.Many lightbulbs burnt out, including fridge and microwave. No lighting in office area, only one bulb in dining room, etc. I replaced missing outdoor bulb. Master bedroom mattress is bad, only 4" foam pad on a base. Other beds were great.

Perfect!

I could not have been more pleased. The house was perfect for my stay. The outdoor space is lovely for entertaining, I hosted a family dinner with 11 guests and the kitchen had everything we needed. The location is great being close to the grocery store, golf, hiking, etc.

Making Memories

Perfect place for family to gather. Well maintained with great pool and yard. It has all the amenities we could want. Hosts respond quickly to questions and send their maintenance man, Bob. Bob is very capable and quick to respond and also takes excellent care of the pool.

Very clean, Angie provided great and very responsive communications. Fast and friendly service. This house has everything needed for a short or long stay!!! As a former appliance service technician, this house has top of the line appliances and the most quiet dishwasher I have ever heard!!! I will stay again! Best value for the money og any home in the area. My grandson caught a 5# catfish Friday night from North Lake. Used the outdoor grill and Made some great family memories. Thanks so much for your awesome hospitality Angie! Very much appreciated 😊😊😊!!!

Families Fun

Although, there were some issues upon arrival, Jacob and Angie were very accommodating, Bob who cares for their property was extremely nice, concerned, and took care of everything. My family throughly enjoyed themselves, plenty of room and lots of fun. The lake is in walking distance, which was an added bonus, would definitely recommend staying here ❤️

Awesome Family Time

We came to Avondale for a graduation and decided to rent this property instead of getting hotel rooms. We definitely made the right decision. My best description of the property is "a home away from home. We enjoyed all the comfort and amenities of home and more. It allowed us to spend quality family time together. We loved that the area was peaceful and quiet. The owner was always available and responded promptly to my questions. I would definitely recommend this property for a stay.

Great home for a family

Great home for a family visiting AZ. A little far from Phoenix but quiet neighborhood and the Estrella area of a really pretty. Hosts were great communicators and pictures accurately reflect the condition of the house.

Winter Break

This house definitely met our needs. The outdoor space is wonderful, too bad the weather wasn't better. The inside is functional but not especially warm and cozy. The owner had a tight window to get the house prepared for us and as a result it could have been cleaner and better stocked

Christmas getaway

Great location for everything we wanted to do. It’s exactly how it appears and is described on line. Everything was so easy and communication was quick and seamless. The lake access was perfect for a morning walk. There was only 4 of us as the rest of the family had flights delayed with the storm weather in Canada and had to cancel. Would have been plenty of room. We got tickets for the Cardinals game on Christmas Day, golfed a few times and made it to Old town Scottsdale. Easy Uber access to any shopping near by. We we’re able to add on heating the pool for a reasonable fee at the last minute with the cool temperatures so that was a bonus. The beds were extremely comfy!!! Only thing that would be bonus is to have a Safeway points card number available for better grocery pricing. It might be something most people have but we didn’t. Both shopping excursions we had the cashier generously let us use theirs. Makes a huge difference. Overall we certainly would go back.

Great for our needs

Great location and great property, it is very equipped with everything that we needed. Enjoyed our stay but unfortunately it was not very clean, we found some trash and dirt in the bedroom downstairs and inside the kitchen cabinets but other then that everything else was great.

Great house Great location

I would choose this house over all the options in the area. We’ve stayed in the area several time and this will be our go to from now on. It’s clean, great location and it is what the pictures show. We notified the host we were running a day late and she offered us an extra day at the end that we couldn’t use but so appreciated her offer. This house and host are 5+ stars!

Lovely stay in Estrella Mountain Ranch

We came to the West Valley to celebrate our Grandpa's 100th birthday and needed a place to stay that was close to Sun City. It was well appointed, comfortable, clean and the kids LOVED the pool and putting green.

Wonderful place to stay

The house is located in a beautiful neighborhood in Goodyear. It was located 9 miles from I-10. Every morning we got up and walked the 3 miles that went around both lakes in this area. People were friendly wherever we went. After a day's outing we were able to come back and enjoy cooling off in the pool. There was ample room for 7 adults and we were able to bring our fur babies with us so that they could enjoy vacation as well. The property owner, Angie, responded quickly when there was an issue with the pool filtration system and sent Bob the next morning to fix it. He was very friendly and fixed the problem right away. I would recommend this property 100%. We had a great time with family and friends and made wonderful memories.

We are an Indiana family of five. We have two toddlers and know how difficult it is to travel with little ones so have hopefully made that easier by providing baby gear at our house.
I started traveling to Arizona in college every year for spring training. I grew up south of Chicago and have always been a huge cubs fan. I had the most fun putting together the baseball room in the house and can't wait to start taking my own son to Arizona to kick of the baseball season in March every year.

We initially bought this property for my mom to live in. She is a special education teacher who moved from the Midwest to Arizona to teach. Circumstances have recently changed so now it will be a vacation rental house. My mom initially found Estrella Mountain Ranch community when looking at houses and we couldn't be more pleased there. It is just beautiful and in a great location.
