Updated 3-28-25 We can guarantee a clean, comfortable room - unfortunately - we can’t guarantee amenities at the resort.
Sept & Nov 2022 Daytona Beach Resort sustained some major damage from Hurricanes Ian & Nicole.
• Outdoor Pools are closed
• Indoor Pools and hot tubs are closed
• Tiki Bar & Restaurant are closed.
• Parking garage is closed – parking in front of building or across the street off Plaza Ave. Parking is 1st come 1st served. We can not guarantee a parking spot. Parking may be up to 2 blocks away.
• Beach access from the north access road.

This is a convenient location on the north end of Daytona Beach.
Our condos are OCEANFRONT with a private balconies wide enough to accommodate seating.
Please ask any other owners about their balconies- the #1 complaint we hear from guests who have stayed with other owners is that they were not told that balconies were standing room only or public walkways... and not a private balcony -- Please be aware of the difference and ask before renting -- do not be disappointed !!

Furnishings include :: Leather Sofa/Loveseat, Leather Reclining Chair, Dining Table and Chairs, dresser and chest of drawers. This room location has Gorgeous Northern & Eastern views, Efficiency Kitchen and Million Dollar View from private balcony with 2 chairs and a table so you can comfortably enjoy your coffee while watching the sunrise from your private balcony.

AMAZING VIEW

I am all about the view and this view was AMAZING to say the least. You can watch the sun set over the bay and rise over the ocean. Laying in bed watching the sun rise was the best part of my day. Balcony was very nice to sit and relax watching the ocean below. Would stay here again!

Perfect stay for couples. The panoramic oceanfront view is unbeatable. Plenty to do nearby including shopping, bars and restaurants.

Great Room, Underwhelming Building

I’ll start with the good…the room is fantastic, just as described in the listing. The view from the 10th floor of the ocean are outstanding, with plenty of windows providing you a great view from inside. The balcony is massive, and the chairs provided outside were very comfortable. The bathroom is very nice, as was the small kitchen. Bed was comfortable. The check in process was a breeze. The property host was a also great, and was quick to respond to my communications, even on a holiday. This room is fantastic, and I’d book again in a heartbeat. However, the building the room is in leaves a lot to be desired. I still gave the room a 5* rating, as this is not the fault of the hosts. The building almost seems abandoned. It’s very quiet, in an eerie way not a relaxing one. The restaurant and workout facility in the building were closed. Two of the four elevators didn’t work. The indoor pool was closed. The outdoor pool/bar area was also closed. Not only was it closed, but still in disrepair from recent hurricanes. All other hotels/condo buildings either had completed repairs, or visually had begun cleanup and repairs, not this building. The building just threw some caution tape up, and called it a day. From the beach, the place looks like a dump. This building has such potential, and you can tell it was once very nice, but it’s beachside outdoor areas are in ruins, and the place just gives abandoned vibes on the inside. Again, not the fault of the host, the room is GREAT

This property was perfect for our quick visit for Thanksgiving. Room was excellent, just wish they would maintain the building a little better. Understand the damage from Hurricane but seems like they are just letting the building go.

It was really nice. Wasn’t expecting the whole place to look run down. But the condo itself was very clean. There was a grocery store right across the street so that was a plus and we also could walk to certain places to eat.

Great unit in post-apocalyptic building

Spent a weekend on the beach in Daytona Beach in this studio unit. The unit has spectacular ocean views and is located directly on the beach. The furniture is a bit dated and worn, but it was clean and in good operating conditions. What’s odd is the building feels post apocalyptic with the pool and all internal facilities closed and locked off. You have to walk through the lobby and conference center that is dingy and dark - and you keep expecting a zombie to jump out. The parking lot next door is large, but dark at night.

A Room with an Amazing View

We had a lovely 2 night stay. The view and sound of crashing waves can’t be beat! The suite was beautiful and clean and had everything we needed including a well-equipped kitchen. The bed was very comfy. We are beach lovers and do not use pools, hot tubs, etc. so the lack of these amenities due to hurricane damage was not an issue. The unit was quiet and no construction was taking place. We are so happy we decided to stay at this rental on our travels back north. It was a nice way to end our trip.

Great Location and View

The location and view were wonderful! The unit is exactly as pictured. It was a little dark in the area of the couch and dining table on a cloudy day and at night. The bed was very comfortable. It was very quiet. The parking at this time due to storm damage is in the lot next door and it is very dark. It is a long walk to the elevators from the parking lot. We did have a very enjoyable stay and I imagine it will be great once everything is repaired and up and running again. We will consider returning for another stay in the future.

Total relaxation!

Gorgeous views. Got takeout and brought to the room to eat because you couldn’t beat the view. Celebrating my husbands birthday and our 40th wedding anniversary.

Beautiful Views and Clean Accommodations

I enjoyed renting this unit. It is tastefully decorated and very well kept and clean. The views are breathtaking. A few unavoidable things came up during my stay and Renata made sure things were taken care of and made right. I really appreciated her looking after things. The bed is comfy and so is the furniture. Kitchen is well stocked too. There is even a tea pot provided and that is not always the case. As a tea drinker, I appreciated that very much. Grocery store and drugstore are within walking distance. There are many great restaurants a short distance away too. Great place to rent!

Great View

The cleanliness of the lobby and elevators needed much improvement but the room itself was clean. Because of the recent storms, parking was difficult and of course the pools, restaurant, and lounging decks were closed. The view from this room was spectacular and we very much enjoyed sitting on the patio.

Corner Condo

We had a beautiful corner condo. The view was awesome! Check in was easy. A plaza across the street that had everything we needed. (Publix, restaurants, Dollar Tree, and liquor store) We were there just after Ian and had to leave when Nicole was arriving. All amenities were closed due to Ian, but we still enjoyed our stay!

Amazing views! Great location!

This property was close to perfect! For my husband and I, the size was “spot on”! We loved the sunrises in the morning and the balcony views were second-to-none! The king size bed was super comfy as was the leather furniture (although we spent more time on the balcony than we did watching tv). The patio chairs were solid and comfortable and perfect for morning coffee or “we’ve had enough sun” afternoon/evening drinks. As for thé resort, we really enjoyed the two pools (receiving different amounts of sun at different times) and the tiki bar. Groceries and liquor stores were right across the street, and bars and breakfast were within walking distance on the beach!!

Great beach getaway!

This property was exactly as described! The amenities were great. The bar/restaurant had great food & drinks. We loved how open & spread out the beach was. We were on our honeymoon & honestly couldn’t complain about anything. We even made friends out on the beach that we had an Easter meal with. Everyone was so nice that we came in contact with. There was an ice machine right out the door that came in handy. The parking deck wasn’t very crowded at all. We would definitely come back & recommend!!

A room with a view

Clean, modern and comfortable corner unit right on the beach along A1A. Balcony plus windows on two sides give beautiful beach views. Perfect for two people. Includes parking. Owner was very responsive to questions. Would definitely recommend!

Nice condo in a safe area

My husband and I enjoyed our stay in this condo. The beach view is beautiful. The condo is within a resort and we were able to utilize resort amenities including parking, pools, and beach access. The building is just a little bit north of the busy Daytona Beach nightlife but there is still plenty within walking distance. Host provided plenty of information and ideas for our trip.
