Comfortably sleeps 16. This unique property has two living areas, one upstairs and one downstairs, that includes two kitchens and two laundry rooms. Ideal for families or just one! 100' of private beach just steps from the back door makes this an ideal vacation get-away for families.

Sell it already

The owner/manager was great to work with. However, I'm not sure she is getting what she's paying for for cleaning and maintenance. The house is for sale and it shows. Upkeep has stopped. It seems likely it will be torn down by whoever buys it for development. It was fine for our family visit but don't expect high end!

Family Reunion on the beach

Perfect location and great property for our annual Family Camp ! We swim, golf and enjoy water sports - jet skis, kayak, paddle boarding…. Nice property on beach with plenty of Family gathering space on kitchen, on patio, around the fire or at the beach!

A great place to stay!

This property is in an excellent location to experience all kinds of activities. The beach is nice. Kayaks were provided and some Floaties. The place is clean and roomy.The Wi-Fi can be a little spotty in performance. But I give this place and overall superior rating

Amazing Location

We had a great stay at this property. The house was very nice and the backyard was amazing! The kids played in the lake all day. We enjoyed having bonfires every night while watching the sunset. It’s also close to everything in Traverse City. I highly recommend this property.

Family vacation

This property was perfect for our family. The house was spacious and well equipped. The beach is absolutely perfect for families! We enjoyed our evenings by the fire pit watching the sunset. Will definitely come back!!

TC Gem!

We had 8 adults and 4 kids under 4. We had plenty of space and even some privacy! We enjoyed beach time and even though we brought our own kayaks and paddle boards there were extra kayaks if needed. The house was well stocked for cooking, cleaning and personal amenities. The location was great for many day trips to TC, the dunes and both peninsula’s. The fire pit was great and we enjoyed beautiful sunsets every night! We would definitely go back!

Nice week

Had a great visit—enjoyed dunes, cherry pie and kayaking. There’s a jet ski rental next door but they were polite and not noisy. Navy jets thundered over the weekend Cherry Festival. House is close to amenities. Nice stay!

Great house for a large family

We loved having enough space that each group within our extended family had their own space and bathroom, yet we could come together and enjoy common areas and our own beach and fire pit.

Traverse City Mi Trip 2021

We arrived to the house on the day of arrival. Did a complete walk through of the house and upon inspection we found the house had only been partially cleaned and half of the bedding washed. We immediately contacted the owners and explained to them that we could just take care of it and it wasn’t a huge deal. Apparently the house cleaner had an emergency and had to leave early. Other than that we really enjoyed the house and was overall happy with it and the location and view couldn’t have been better. The driveway was small and we had some boat trailers but we found a business close that we could park our trailers at. We would definitely stay here again. .

Would rent again

This is a great house. Maybe a few more cooking supplies like electric skillet, some more serving containers. Although this is on a busy road the house is quiet. great being on the beach. For the cost of the house I didn't think that washing all of the towels should have been an expectation. Our family had a great time. Kendra was very responsive to all communications and answered questions. would come again. Good space for a large group

Great location for a relaxing stay

The house is great for family/friends ro share and feel relaxed and comfortable. The location makes for a perfect beach stay and bonfire in the evenings.

Beautiful view of the lake, big property!

The listing is exactly what you’d expect! There are some bugs, and it definitely feels like an up north house, but it was perfect for our large family getaway. The view of the lake is incredible, you’re far enough off the main road with the long driveway that it’s not an issue. Super great space for a long weekend!

Fantastic Option for Large Groups

The home is beautiful and the setup inside is perfect for large groups. We had 14 grown men staying here for a golf trip and we had enough beds and bathrooms to make things easy. The views of the bay are second to none and the location is great!

Great location on Traverse Bay

We enjoyed our stay. Tons of beds and space for 10 people. Nice having the extra fridge. Great location right on Traverse Bay. We enjoyed the fire pit and private beach area.

Cool beach house

The beach house was awesome. We had a larger group in town for a bachelor party and this property was perfect for us. The beach and back yard are great for swimming and just enjoying being outdoors. The house itself is in good shape with tons of room. Karen was an excellent host and made sure we were taken care of. We had no complaints at all. I would rent this property again.

Awesome spot - fit 16 people easily and very nice house. Great beach with nice sand and traverse bay water was perfect. Great town also. Highly recommended!

Great location, very spacious, clean and perfect for larger groups.

Arriving with a group of 16 people, our first impression of the outside was a bit outdated and small. However, once we opened the door, we were very pleased to see the updated amenities and how spacious the house actually was. There are plenty of beds to sleep in and enough couches, chairs, etc. for everybody to have a conversation in the same room. The patio and bonfire area were great as well. Nothing beats the Traverse Bay view in the morning. Aside from the house itself, the property owner responded right away to questions and was very easy to work with. Looking forward to our next stay.
