Questo condominio si trova nella FAMOSA San Clemente Pier Bowl ed è a pochi passi dal molo e FABULOUS Fisherman's Restaurant dove si possono godere i tramonti di San Clemente al loro meglio. Bellissimi negozi di antiquariato e negozi caratteristici del paese sono tutti raggiungibili a piedi.

Questa unità è stata recentemente completamente ristrutturata e tutto è nuovo e bello. La camera da letto principale offre l'eleganza di un "hotel a 5 stelle" con letti king-size e bagno privato. La camera da letto secondaria offre un letto matrimoniale e condivide un bagno con la terza camera da letto che offre due letti a castello gemelli decorati con colori vivaci per il divertimento dei bambini!

The Coaster (Amtrak) si ferma tutti i giorni al molo e trasporterà i viaggiatori a San Diego, dove è possibile prendere i mezzi di trasporto locali per Del Mar Racetrack, lo zoo di San Diego, LegoLand, Sea World o la Città Vecchia di San Diego ... Città di confine messicana Tijuana! A nord di noi, anche Disneyland, Knott's Berry Farm, Long Beach Aquarium, Queen Mary e Universal Studios vi attendono.

Amazing View!

The condo was bigger than we expected and incredibly comfy! We loved listening to the ocean and watching the sunset from the spacious balcony. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub too. There are plenty of restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. The host was very helpful but really the condo already had everything we needed. Beds were so comfy! You will not regret booking this gem!

Wonderful retreat in San Clemen

Absolutely perfect for our family of 5! Great location and we could walk to everywhere we wanted to go. Beach/shopping and restaurants. Quiet condo with a large deck and the ocean view! Comfortable beds and Angela provided all the amenities for a perfect stay Thank you!

Wonderful location in San Clemente!

We love this location! So close to the beach, shopping on Del Mar and the SC Pier. The place was spacious, clean and you can’t beat the ocean view! We’ll be coming back again, for sure.

Ideal and Beautiful

Located a short stroll to the pier, the location is perfect. The unit was immaculate and very welcoming. This is our second time staying here and we will be back!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Avenida Granada while visiting family in the area. Angela was a thoughtful and flexible host. We hope to visit again soon.

Great Stay!

We loved this condo for our annual girlfriend trip! The view is fabulous and the balcony is just perfect. Great place for breakfast and pre dinner cocktails. The beds are super comfortable and we slept incredibly well. Since it's on the ocean, the inside can get humid, so we really appreciated the dehumidifier. It did its job well. Many owners don't think of this, so it was a welcome addition. We met Angela on our first day, so that was fun. Great communicator! Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Just wonderful

Angela is a really wonderful host. Just like other reviews, she was easy to contact with timely response. She’s so cordial and thoughtful. Her condo is above the norm as far as we were concerned. All details are covered. She is thoughtful enough to leave some delicious muffins and mimosas…which we wholeheartedly enjoyed! Sticking the muffins in the oven to warm them up..so delish. We couldn’t get over the view. The patio, like the rest of the condo is so comfy and beautiful. Morning coffees and evening cocktails were THE BEST. Gosh, it was just so lovely. Being able to walk to Fisherman’s restaurant or the other restaurants, made it so easy. Seriously, it’s now our ‘go to’ for visits to San Clemente. Thanks so much for all you’ve done, Angela!! 💕

Pier condo

Communication was excellent and welcoming. The condo is in the perfect location for surfing or walking to restaurants or shops. You will not need to bring or buy and essentials, because you are provided with ample supplies. The view from the deck is breathtaking. The seating in the living area is extremely comfortable with space to spare. Warm and cozy blankets are provided to add additional comfort. You just can’t go wrong renting this place! Look forward to returning soon.

Perfect Location

Clean and spacious condo that is in the perfect location. Beautiful ocean view and in walking distance from shopping, good food and great trails. Very relaxing to just be on the balcony, listening to the waves and reading a book. It was our second time here, and when we need our ocean-fix, we hope to return to Angela’s beautiful beach home!

Great Stay!

We loved our stay here. The condo was very clean and nicely appointed with everything we needed. The host graciously provided pods for the Keurig coffee maker and surprised us with a bottle of champagne, juice and muffins in the fridge. The host was also very helpful and easy to communicate with. She even checked in on us to see how we were doing and if there was anything we needed. The location was perfect. If you come to San Clemente you need to stay in "The Bowl". So much is in in walking distance. The pier is just a short walk away (we walked it every day and ate at the restaurant and bar several times). The beach is beautiful as well as the beach boardwalk. Avenue Del Mar is just up the street and full of great boutiques and restaurants. I love that this part of San Clemente still has the old feel of a Southern California beach town without becoming pretentious like some of its sister cities. The view from the unit is just as shown in the photos. We spent time each day on the lanai with our morning coffee and evening sunset cocktails. Even on a rainy day we enjoyed the view from inside through the wall to wall windows. The living room area is very comfortable for hanging out and spending time together (the soft warming blankets are a nice touch). I highly recommend this unit and we would stay here again!

The owner Angela was fantastic the unit is awesome the only small drawback was the heating situation was not explained to us you have to use a space heater back in the master bedroom and there's a fire electric fireplace in the living room and only one wall heater out of the four in the unit worked, there is no central heating air conditioning HVAC in the unit I guess because of the age. other than that it was awesome thank you Angela we would stay again.

Beautiful beachfront condo

Perfectly located by the beach and pier. The condo was great for our family. Very clean, nice living room and kitchen, and has an amazing view of the beach.
